We are so glad we hired Rob to officiate our wedding. We had to postpone our date for a year and he held contact with us during that time and was patient while we selected a new date. He made our ceremony so personalized and intimate. It felt like he had known us for years throughout our relationship. We highly recommend Rob to make your ceremony as special as he made ours.

Rob is such a nice guy and great at what he does. I was stressing trying to find an officiant I wanted about 2 months before the wedding and Rob helped me feel more relaxed as soon as I met him. He got to know me and my husband during our first meeting. He was easy to talk to and asked questions to really get a good idea of what we were looking for. The ceremony he wrote was the perfect length, personable, and had just the right amount of humor. A lot of my guests said he did a great job and I have to agree!

We spoke and then met - mainly so Rob could get to know us, our personality types, and our story. Rob’s entire process was amazing and quite literally EVERYONE RAVED about our ceremony and how he worked so well with our 1 y/o daughter who was included in our ceremony! Rev Rob was fantastic from the start. He's very responsive, friendly, and helpful. He is professional and takes his role seriously. We met in person a few times before the ceremony and he had an organized agenda, suggestions, and stories that helped us decide what we wanted, yet he never pushed his preferences on us. A couple of weeks before my wedding our pastor had passed away. I reached out to Rev Rob and we were blessed that he was available. With only having about 3 weeks to plan for my wedding, he wrote up a beautiful service that was both personal, and provided needed moments of levity. We asked Rob to officiate our wedding back in December and it was one of the best decisions. He was so patient, helpful and kind. Rob met in person with us and by call to go over our script and curated it to exact what we wanted. We had an issue with the printing of our marriage license from the court and he even offered to grab the signed license from the mail and met up with me again after to re-sign. We are so thankful we decided to book with Reverend Rob for our special day!! Rev. Rob was great at giving us a personal ceremony unique to us. He has a lot of knowledge about how things are supposed to go so it was refreshing to talk to him about how the ceremony should go since I was so clueless. He did fantastic.

Looking online to find the "right" officiant for one of the most important days of your life is daunting generally...but even more so when most of the options seem to be people who also call themselves dj's or entertainers. We wanted a kind, classy person who would make an effort to understand our love and our more traditional preferences. Rev. Rob Hundley was exactly that. He was thoughtful, experienced, organized, patient, and kind. The days leading up to a wedding are filled with extra stressors--internal and external--but we knew the ceremony would be in great hands with Rob. Nice not to have something additional to worry about. And when the time came for us to stand at the altar with Rob, he brought another level of professionalism, kindness, and humor that set the tone for the attendees and made us feel as relaxed and happy as possible. In addition, his tone and approach acknowledged the importance of religion and spirituality without one faith or tradition taking precedence over another. That was significant to us, as we had family members from Protestant, Jewish, and Catholic backgrounds. Rob made all of us feel welcome.

Rev Rob was amazing and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through every step of the way and really listened to my needs and wants for our ceremony. He adjusted to my many changes and made sure he still delivered the perfect ceremony, which was carefully put together. It was perfect! I cried so much during my ceremony, tears of joy of course, as the it was very personal and holy. HIGHLY recommend Rev Rob for your special ceremony. Rev Rob was also very comfortable with doing the unity rituals on our list, wedding coins "arras", unity lasso, and unity veil. It was BEAUTIFUL!

As a previous wedding vendor, we were very picky about the vendors we brought on for our wedding. Rob did absolutely amazing, 20/10 recommend! We are still receiving compliments from our guests regarding our ceremony being the best one they’ve ever attended. We flew Rob out to officiant our special day because we knew we had to have him! We are non religious and Rob catered to our every request, and went above and beyond with every detail. He made our ceremony so personalized and so special. My husband and I planned a destination wedding from Texas in Arizona, which at times was challenging because we didn’t have the opportunity to meet some vendors or connect with people face to face in order to establish relationships before choosing them to be a part of our special day. This was something that I was initially struggling with when choosing an officiant because I didn’t want just anyone to marry us. My fiancé and I wanted someone to marry us who was an ordained minister and someone who felt like a friend. We wanted someone we could connect with on a personal level before the wedding day and who could bless our marriage after getting to know us as a couple. This is exactly what we found in Reverend Rob. We met Reverend Rob over Zoom initially and chose to pursue pre-marital counseling with him before the big day. Not only did this give us an opportunity to get to know each other better, but Reverend Rob offered valuable insight and tools to strengthen our marriage, and even took the time to meet us in person during our trips out to Arizona, which meant a lot to us. During our meetings, Reverend Rob asked great questions with a genuine interest in getting to know us and the type of ceremony we were looking for. He listened intently and developed the most beautiful wedding address that fit us perfectly. He offered to attend the rehearsal, which was so lovely, because his presence offers a sense of calmness. He guided us through the ceremony and gave us great insight on how to calm our nerves for the big day. Overall, Reverend Rob is simply the best, not only as an officiant but just as a person. You only have to meet him once to see that he has a heart of gold and a genuine interest in the well-being and happiness of others. I’ll always remember him and the way he made us feel each every time we were with him.

Reverend Rob is amazing! My husband and I currently live in Texas but got married in Arizona, and Rob was super flexible and accommodating as we had to have our first meetings virtually since we were out of the state. We appreciated the way he listened intently to what we wanted our ceremony to be like. We basically wanted to keep it short and sweet, and Rob did a fantastic job creating such a sweet ceremony that highlighted some of our adventures as a couple. That's another thing - he really gets to know you and your love story, and incorporates it into the ceremony flawlessly. Rev. Rob was a funny, gregarious, and engaging officiant who helped us through every step of the marriage process. Rev. Rob was extremely flexible, meeting with us months in advance, and staying with us even when our venue and date had to change because of Covid! Rev. Rob perfectly captured the relationship between the bride and groom and crafted a ceremony that thoroughly described their relationship. Picking someone to officiate a wedding or a vow renewal is a lot of pressure. He made the process so simple but detailed that it wasn't any added stress. If anything, I took longer to respond to emails than he did! We had already eloped so he asked for a copy of what was previously said and he also asked for us to share our own "love store" and some details about us and he ran with it. He created the most beautiful draft that really captured where we started as a couple and where we currently were. Once the night came for our wedding, everyone was so touched by his delivery and presentation - it seemed like he had known us for years!

We were planning our wedding in Arizona from out of state, so we found Rev Rob online and we are so glad we did!!! He was great from the first email exchanged and was always so quick to respond to us. We met with him in Scottsdale a couple of months ahead of the wedding and walked away knowing we found the perfect officiant. He truly takes the time to get to know the couple, their story, and is so open to any adjustments or additions to the ceremony. Could not recommend him more!!! We love Rev Rob! He was the best officiant- we had a connection with him immediately! We had premarital counseling through Rob as well and we used his book “We Do!” to write our vows. We received many compliments on our vows. Rob helped us through the whole process and took care of many things for us. His ceremony was just perfect. Rev Rob was incredible! Most importantly, he was a wonderful officiant. I was worried having no affiliation with a church AND coming from an interfaith relationship that I wouldn’t be able to find someone who could make our Christian ceremony memorable. Thankfully, I came upon Rev Rob through a Google search and from our first conversation, my then-fiancé and I felt we’d gotten lucky. He is one of those types of people that make you feel understood – so much so that at one point it brought me to tears. My husband is Hindu by upbringing and I’m Episcopalian so we did two ceremonies, one Hindu and one Christian. Rob’s son’s wedding was conducted in much the same way so it was almost as if it was fate that we’d found him. Rob really took the time to get to know our relationship and he scripted a beautiful ceremony that we felt really reflected our vision. He even participated in my husband’s baraat (groom’s procession) before the ceremony. He was also very understanding about our postponement because of COVID – our wedding in Colorado was postponed a year, during which he moved to Arizona, yet he still made our new date work. We had no idea what we were doing and Rob patiently guided us through it. We both come from religious families and he was able to make an appropriate nod to that without making anyone feel uncomfortable.

If you're looking for an officiant for your wedding, you can stop right now... you've found him! Our wedding truly would have not been the same without Rob. First, he took the time to get to know both me and my wife personally, how we met, our story, what makes us work. With this, he crafted the perfect ceremony that was unique to us. What's even better is Rob knows how weddings run. He paid attention to all the details that we would never think of to make sure everything went exactly as it should. Moreso, Rob is genuinely a great person. He was a blast to hang out with before our wedding and even took time after the ceremony to chat with our guests. Our guests still tell me to this day how great the ceremony was and how much they enjoyed talking with Rob!

THIS. IS. YOUR. PERFECT. OFFICIANT! Sit down and buckle up. If your one for details and finding JUST the right person for your special day then read this post. Rob was our officiant for our wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased! My now husband and I are from California so finding great wedding vendors took lots of extra research. From having done lots of officiant research I can tell you that Rob is VERY fairly priced. There were vendors I talked to that were more than double and offered less services than him. We had an introduction talk with Rob and found him very kind, laid back, funny, and easy to connect with. We secretly called him our “hallmark officiant” because Rob has the look and feel of an officiant from the movies <3 After booking Rob, he created a draft ceremony for us to review and he was so nice and open to any suggestions or ideas we wanted to add. He was adamant that we would know prior what the ceremony would entail and not have to worry about any surprises. In hindsight I really liked this as well because the wedding day goes by SO fast and it’s nice to have read through the ceremony at least once prior so you don’t feel like you miss really hearing it when you’re caught up in the actual moment. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, Rob ran out rehearsal the day before, which seems like it would be standard but I can tell you that it’s not and many officiants charge a lot extra to attend the rehearsal. Definitely have your officiant at your rehearsal, it will give you peace of mind in all the crazy leading up to the wedding. Especially with Rob because he is very calming and connects with you one on one during that time. We personally loved that Rob included religious elements in our discussions prior as well as in our ceremony because that was important to us but he also does non religious ceremonies. He did a wine ceremony as well for us which was awesome. He’s very open to unique ideas and making the day exactly what you envision! Many vendors will push you around and tell you ‘this is how we do it or this is customary’ and will pressure you into modifying your special day but Rob is not like that. He wants your day to be your dream day and he’ll work with you to make that happen. We highly recommend Rob!!

Rob was an amazing Officiant for our wedding. He took the time to meet us in person to get to know us as a couple. He took the time to understand what we wanted our wedding ceremony to look like and kept us involved through the entire process. Wow, where to start...There are so many things I want to say, so I will try to shorten then so you aren't reading for 30 minutes. When my husband (oh that sounds cool!) and I first met with Rob in our home, we immediately knew he was going to be a perfect fit for us. He was warm hearted and charismatic, and had such a wonderful energy about him! During that meeting he truly took the time to get to know us as a couple, and he was genuinely interested in 'our story'. He was attentive to us from start to finish, and helped us as needed with writing our own vows. He specifically tailored our ceremony to fit us as a couple. His words were beautiful, and delivered in such an eloquent way. Rob truly delivered beyond any of our expectations. He brought such a warm energy to our ceremony, and really brought everything we had dreamed of to life. We are so thankful we met Rob! We could not have asked for a more wonderful person to unite us forever! Thank you so much Rob!

After making drastic changes to our ceremony due to the pandemic we were looking for a new officiant. We found Rev Rob on The Knot and sent him an inquiry. He responded quickly that he was available and followed up with a zoom call that included questions regarding myself and my fiance that were incredibly thoughtful and detailed.
