Pastor Russ is fully engaged when you hire him to be your officiant. He’s professional but also a man of faith, which was important for me. I wanted an actual pastor and not just someone who decided to start officiating weddings and obtained an internet license to do so. He did a fantastic job at the wedding ceremony and did everything we asked of him. He helped make the occasion memorable and meaningful! I highly recommend him as an officiant.

Pastor Russ was truly such an amazing part of our wedding. It would not have been as intimate and special as it was without him. We were extremely nervous having just moved and not having our familiar Pastor from up North who we dearly loved marry us. The worries were completely washed away after meeting with Pastor Russ and how personal he made our ceremony with God as the center. My family back home loved him by how personable and considerate he was to those watching “live” and making them feel like a part of it as well. He even helped with the camera at the end. God definitely answered our prayers bringing Pastor Russ into our lives for one of the most important days ever uniting us as one with Christ. We will forever be grateful to him for his ministry. Although Russ had only met us one time before our ceremony, it seemed like he had known us for years! The words he spoke were true and from the heart and I couldn’t have imagined anyone else doing a better job! We asked for short and sweet, but it was so perfect! Everyone thought he had known us for years with how great a job he did! His southern charm and attention to detail was perfect for our beach ceremony! Thank you Russ!!

I know everyone says their wedding was perfect but ours really was. We can't imagine it being any better and we owe the beauty of our ceremony to Rev. Russ. He made our ceremony everything we dreamed of - helping us to incorporate our family, special readings, a sand ceremony, and a beautiful blessing. So many people keep telling us how great and personal our ceremony was and loved Russ' readings and prayers. We are so thankful we chose Russ to lead our ceremony. He put a lot of time and thought into it and we are so happy with the result!

Rev. Winn was everything we could have asked for in an officiant and more. After our ceremony, so many guests raved about his personal, funny, and intimate ceremony. Our ceremony was delayed by an hour due to weather, and Russ was flexible and patient. Russ helped us create a unique, to the point, and thoughtful ceremony that represented us as a couple. Our input was valued and Russ was extremely responsive and helpful during our planning process. Our wedding was a destination wedding, and we had not met Russ in person until the day of the wedding, but he made it a point to call us multiple times to check in and run through the ceremony elements to make sure everything was perfect. He creatively intertwined elements of each of my husband and my ideas and preferences resulting in an incredible ceremony that many guests told me was "one of the best wedding ceremonies they ever been to". I cannot say enough about Rev. Winn. Stop looking for an officiant now and give him a call!!

Russ Winn was an amazing officiant for our wedding! Russ was great with communication and made sure to meet with us in person a few times before the wedding. Right from the start he made us feel comfortable, like he had known us for years!!!! He made sure our wedding felt personalized and incorporated all our wishes into the ceremony. Russ made our ceremony intimate and fun! We loved that he asked us to have 3 words that described one another that we kept secret until the ceremony. It was a very memorable moment for us! Coming from out of state, Russ went over our marriage license, readings, ceremony order, vows, sand/glass frit ceremony to make sure it was everything we wanted! If you’re looking for an officiant for your wedding day, we highly suggest Russ!

I had the bright idea to surprise my Fiancé with an elopement the weekend of February 28th and it wasn't set in stone that we would be vacationing in Naples so I didn't plan the wedding until a week before the trip! However, when I spoke to Rev. Russ Winn he really put me at ease. I explained the whole situation to him and my idea to surprise my Fiancé and he was so understanding and helpful. I don't know the Naples area so Rev Winn requested the photographers contact information so that they could discuss locations. The beach that they selected was so beautiful. I must also mention that it rained at the scheduled time of the wedding, which was 5 in the evening and they suggested that we wait to see if the rain would stop (which was really nice). It did about 45 minutes later and we started the ceremony. My Husband is such a quiet person and is not very comfortable with new people but Rev Russ Winn made him so comfortable with the entire situation and he had such beautiful words to say about us as a couple. We had our 4 year old with us and he included him in the ceremony which was so cute! Honestly, I barely planned the ceremony because I was so nervous about surprising my husband and getting married in general but Rev. Russ Winn made it seem like we had practiced the event over 100 times. It flowed so nicely. Even my shy and quiet husband said Rev Winn was amazing and he wouldn't change one single thing about the ceremony. If you are planning a ceremony in the Naples area, hands down I would say select Rev Winn. He made the ceremony so amazing and it is something that we will never forget. *I can also note that after looking back at the photographers pictures Rev Winn's attire was so nice and perfect for the beach ceremony. It fit right in with what we had on and that wasn't even something that I stressed when he and I discussed the event. He did ask me what I would like his attire to be, but I was so stressed about planning this ceremony on such short notice that I didn't even think about it. In short, I'm just glad that I went with this officiant and if I had to do it all over again I would still put all of my trust in Rev Russ Winn.

Rev. Russ Winn was absolutely amazing! From the first time we met him months before the wedding I knew we were in good hands. He really takes the time to get to know you and goes over everything to make sure you get exactly what you want down to the littlest detail. We got tons of compliments on the ceremony, people told us they could tell he was sincere, warm, and kept things short but sweet. We had more than one person tell us it was the best ceremony they had ever seen, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! (Ask him about the 3 words option during the ceremony, it was a huge hit and our favorite part!) We also had a newborn nephew in the NICU fighting for his life and he asked us if it would be alright for him to say a little prayer for him during the ceremony which meant so much to us and my family. Overall he made our ceremony so special and memorable. It was my favorite part of the whole night and I would suggest that anyone in the area use Rev. Russ Winn!

Reverend Russ Winn did a fantastic job in creating such a beautiful and unforgettable ceremony. Our friends and family were very complimentary on how personal it was. Russ kept in contact with us multiple times and guided us throughout our path to becoming a married couple. Russ gave great suggestions for creating a ceremony unique to us; Blessing of the Hands was a nice touch. We feel very fortunate and blessed he was able to be a part of our special day!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Russ was wonderful throughout our entire windy ceremony. His words were so remarkable and meaningful to us. I felt like we knew him for years, through talks on the phone and emails. Family members raved about how wonderful his words were!

Russ Winn came highly recommended to us by my wedding coordinator Paige at No Worries Weddings and he did not disappoint! I feel as though the officiant can be something brides and grooms overlook and think that anyone can read some words and it will be fine. But I have to say, the ceremony Russ did was so heartwarming and personal to my husband and I. He had everyone laughing at certain points and tearing up at others. He is a warmhearted and kind pastor who listened to what we wanted and made the ceremony exactly like we imagined.

Having Russ Winn officiate our ceremony was the best advice given from several of our vendors we had already been working with. From the start, he was very flexible and really made our moment exactly what we wanted. His suggestions helped make our ceremony unique to us. Several guests made mention that it was the best ceremony they had ever attended. We are very thankful he was able to share in our special day!

Russ is probably one of the sweetest people I know and was a great officiant at our wedding. He added just the right amount of humor and grace to our special day.

We had a great wedding ceremony on a perfect location. However some things during the ceremony went different than we discussed beforehand. A wedding ceremony doesn't have to be very long but to us it just felt a bit rushy. We wanted a moment of silence while the Avé Maria was played but unfortunately it didn't happen. For me this was a very important element of the ceremony and I was quite disappointed about this because it had been discussed clearly just a few days earlier. There were a few other things (like not knowing how to pronounce my husbands'first name!) that just didn't make us completely satisfied. On the other hand Russ was great with integrating our cultures by wearing appropriate clothing and including the tradition we have of signing the wedding papers during the ceremony. His wife even made a special document for this, which was super nice.

Russ did a great job officiating our wedding. He was very accomadating and made sure to include what we wanted for our beach ceremony. Being that we were from Chicago,he took time to meet with us when we arrived to get to know us and make sure that everything was set!

Completely amazing! Met with us a few times prior to the wedding to get to know us. Russ designed the ceremony, sermon, and vows around our preferences. He brought religon, humor, compassion, and meaning to what was an unforgettable ceremony! We couldn't have been happier!

Russ is a compassionate, caring and funny Man. He was highly recommended to us and he was PERFECT. He listens to you and will perform the ceremony you want. I highly recommend his services.
