My husband and I contacted Scott off of a preferred vendor list from our wedding venue, and I could tell after our initial consultation that he was going to be right for us. Scott delivered a ceremony that was so personalized, but also allowed our guests to interact and feel included. After our ceremony, we had multiple wedding guests compliment his services, and ask us where we found such an amazing officiant.

In addition to my wedding work, I have also served as a minister, counselor and chaplain, and I volunteer for a local community kitchen. I like to bike, play tennis, hike, and meditate, all of which keeps me ready to do the work I love.

I believe the venue, Black Canyon Inn recommended Scott to us, and we are happy that they did. He made the whole process easy, because we did not know where to start. He had suggestions for the ceremony which were valuable. We had a Scottish themed wedding, so he recommended a handfasting ceremony, which I had never heard of before, and it was very special. He is very warm and uses humor that I appreciate. He is a crowd pleaser as well. We got so many compliments from our guests about him! Scott sent us information on how to do a rehearsal on our own (since I decided to do it without him there), apply for a marriage license, change our names, and tips for the ceremony. We requested our ceremony to be semi-religious, and he did just that! He incorporated beautiful scriptures, but it wasn't too much :) Rev. e laughed, we cried, we said I Do. Every one that attended complimented him and said it was one of the best ceremonies they’ve been too. Scott is awesome and we highly recommend him♥️

we pleased. He provided us with questionnaires to tailor the ceremony and took the time to get to know us via video chat and emails. This made the ceremony feel so special and personalized to us as a couple. He included humor and heartfelt passages into our ceremony that added special touches. He was also extremely flexible with us when we downsized our ceremony from 200 to immediate family and tailored the ceremony for a reduced audience. He is an overall amazing person and wonderful to work with.

Wow, what a great person. He takes the time to get to know you, asks you your story, wants the fun little details and weaves together a great ceremony.
Our guests absolutely loved him! We loved him. He took what we asked for and made it incredible. His personalty is fantastic, he is great in front of a crowd and he cares about making your day special.
We would recommend him to everyone we know, he doesn't discriminate is truly a master at the craft of officiating.
