Scott officiated our wedding in April and we had a great time with him. He made all of the details smooth and easy to follow, even getting my groomsmen lined up properly. During our prep, he was really easy to talk to and had a great plan to help us get an intimate experience. He was also open to questions and spent time with us to get to know us. His ceremony moved well with plenty of humor balanced with thoughtful and touching moments, He put us at ease with his calm demeanor and we are so thankful he was a part of our day!

My husband and I found Scott through reviews online, as we are not religious but our families are, so we were looking for someone who could thread the needle for our ceremony. Scott did a wonderful job talking to us about what kind of ceremony we were looking for, and gave us lots of advice about what he had seen other couples do since we felt a bit clueless going through it for the first time. He incorporated passages about nature and the earth as it is important to our values, and also included enough spiritual touches that our families were pleased as well. We had our wedding on 9/10/24. The weather didn’t cooperate and it rained on our wedding. We held an outdoor ceremony in the garden at a public park and luckily it was drizzling just a little bit, it actually made the atmosphere more romantic. We had started the wedding a little late because we were waiting for our dog. The reverend entertained the guests and made it lively. I love our ceremony from the start to finish, he made it very personal, there were tears, laughters, and very memorable moments. We decided not write our own vows yet he still made it personal for us. He came highly recommended from my friend who got married 7 years ago . I highly recommend Reverend Scott. He is worth every penny.

I helped my daughter and son-in-law find Reverend Scott and I was extremely pleased that they hired him to officiate at their wedding . I had hoped for a traditional church wedding but they didn't want that. Reverend Scott made us all happy, though. Rev. Scott was all that we could've asked for! He is so sweet and personable! He met with us via phone call, where we got to know each other and helped us make our decision of having him as our officiant. Right away, Rev. Scott sent us information on how to do a rehearsal on our own (since I decided to do it without him there), apply for a marriage license, change our names, and tips for the ceremony. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process! Rev. Scott also met with each of us before the ceremony, giving us pointers of what to do vs not to do during the ceremony. We requested our ceremony to be semi-religious, and he did just that! He incorporated beautiful scriptures, but it wasn't too much :) Rev. Scott had us fill out a questionnaire about our relationship and incorporated our answers into the ceremony. This made everything really personal and unique! He did a great job with every detail and put in some humor, which everyone loved! We were so pleased with Rev. Scott, and my guests loved him too! Can't stop talking about how great he was!

Reverend Scott officiated our destination wedding in Estes Park, and he made time to make sure he met with us to get to know us better in order to provide a very personal wedding. We heard several compliments of how well he did from others as well. He also provided us with some great tips to help us all stay in the moment and it was such a memorable ceremony. Our wedding planner recommended Rev. Scott to us as we were new to the area and did not have anyone in mind that we wanted to officiate us. Before booking him, we were able to FaceTime with him and get a feel for one another. He was SO easy to talk to, hilarious, and quick witted. He had so many tools to get to know us better before the wedding day and executed the ceremony PERFECTLY! Reverend Scott made our ceremony perfect! It wasn’t just another cookie cutter, by the book ceremony. We’ve been to hundreds of weddings, what I loved about Scott was that he told our story exactly like it happened, which is wonderful, especially for those who haven’t heard it. That style helped everyone there understand the depth of our love and desire to be together. He made us pause and take everything in, not rush to the finish line lol he helps you remember what to do for the photographer (not bring your boutique up to your chest lol) and he turns you guys around during the ceremony so both sides of the family can see you. My husband and I did not want a heavily religious ceremony. Rev. Scott was so flexible working with us on what we envisioned our ceremony to look like and was happy to alter it how we pleased. He provided us with questionnaires to tailor the ceremony and took the time to get to know us via video chat and emails. This made the ceremony feel so special and personalized to us as a couple. He included humor and heartfelt passages into our ceremony that added special touches. He was also extremely flexible with us when we downsized our ceremony from 200 to immediate family and tailored the ceremony for a reduced audience. He is an overall amazing person and wonderful to work with.

Honestly, we didn't know what to expect when booking an officiant. We don't have strong religious ties, so didn't have a go-to person to use to conduct our ceremony. We picked Scott based on reviews and a phone call. Wow, what a great person. He takes the time to get to know you, asks you your story, wants the fun little details and weaves together a great ceremony. Our guests absolutely loved him! We loved him. He took what we asked for and made it incredible. His personalty is fantastic, he is great in front of a crowd and he cares about making your day special. Reverend Scott is amazing! We didn’t meet in person until the day of the wedding, but had talked over email, phone and FaceTime. We were a little nervous about this, but he knocked it out of the park. He made everyone super comfortable, lightened the mood and guided us through the whole ceremony. Highly recommended!

I only wish we could offer Rev. Scott a 10-STAR REVIEW. My daughter and finance started off nervous with choosing an officiant on a web-site, and because he was about an hour away, they had to do all their vows and planning via skipe and emails. Because of the distance, Rev. Scott did not attend our rehearsal, which again was scary. But ALL OUR FEARS VANISHED when he began to speak to our guests in preparation for and prior to the entrance of the bride and groom. Rev. Scott gave the most personal and touching ceremony any of our 115 guests had ever been to. He took his time and didn't rush their story or vows. It was a 45 minute ceremony filled with laughter at his humor, tears because of his tenderness in telling their story and his acknowledgement of the support they have received their entire life by loving family and friends, and the shear joy at our daughter and finance's expression on their faces of love for each other. Thank you Rev. Scott for making their wedding and all of our memories so worth preserving.

Our ceremony was an absolute hit! Rev. Scott listened to all of our courtship stories and I really felt he got to know us before the ceremony. He put humor into the mix and people absolutely loved it! He had everything tightly knit together and made the ceremony exactly how I imagined, I loved that we signed the wedding contract in front of everyone, it really made the ceremony special. We decided to try something new and take his suggestion and went with a tree planting ceremony. We planted a Pachira tree, it had beautiful symbolism with the intertwined trunk, and planting the tree with combined dirt from both our parents houses was an excellent suggestion from Rev. Scott. It was beautiful! I highly recommend Rev. Scott's services!

All I can say is WOW! Scott really went above and beyond with our ceremony. We had made some special requests to incorporate some humor and he really took it upon himself to get to know us and our story so he could provide us with the best ceremony possible, and completely personalized!! The way he spoke of us you would think he had known us for years! We received SO many compliments from our guests that Scott was "the best officiant they had ever heard" and I will have to agree! Rev Scott was recommended to my husband and I by Stonebrook Manor. After working with him I see why they do! He made sure that he was available to talk anytime that was best for us. He was very professional and gave a lot of pointers and direction during the rehearsal. He even told us the positions that were best for photos.
