Rev. Shannon Owens - Dallas Wedding Ministers

We were having a very small private ceremony. I had traded multiple emails with Shannon reagrding our plans and my finance and i selected the ceremony we preferred. Day of the wedding-I had communicated that the wedding was at 8:00. This guy walks up to the door, comes in without introducing himself and after being prompted with "we are waiting on shannon??" He said "oh Shannons in the car, she hurt her arm. I'm taking her place." We introduce ourselves then move to the ceremony site. He starts the ceremony, gets to the spot where names should be and he points to groom questioningly..?? He doesnt know our names. (at this point i repeat both our names) He stumbles through the Wrong ceremony. Losing his train of thought frequently and his place as he reads and turns the page. So the bottom lines is, she couldn't honor her commitment and couldn't communicate our desires to her stand-in who is her husband. NOT sure about the great reviews on their personal website but our experience was ridiculously awkward. They are not professionals.
