Reva and a team member even attended our Welcome Party the day before the wedding, which was not at all necessary since she is only technically hired to plan the wedding, not the other events around the wedding. She was there from start to finish of our wedding weekend. Reva went above and beyond my expectations. About a 1-2 months out Reva and her team stepped up to help us handle everything - Kaiah especially was so on top of it during this process. They helped us develop a day-of timeline, juggle vendors, and recommended an affordable, beautiful florist. They even found us a security person at the last minute. Reva and her team were supremely detail oriented and prioritized listening to their clients and making their dream wedding happen. As someone who has trouble delegating and planned most of the wedding before we booked Reva’s services, they made me feel so at ease putting the day’s events in their hands. They ran our rehearsal, set up and tore down our decor, directed guests to their seats, managed the day’s schedule, and even brought us champagne and apps immediately after the ceremony. Reva even gave me a pair of socks for my reception Doc Martens when I forgot mine - a sign of a professional if I ever saw one! the day of her wedding, the florist forgot to bring her wedding arch with flowers. 1 hour before the wedding. What did Reva do? Magically appear with an arch out of nowhere that was absolutely stunning. Two years later, my partner and I decided to go with Reva. That was the best decision ever. She was so detailed oriented, and asked us questions that we didn't even know needed asking! On the day of the wedding, it was perfect. They helped with absolutely everything, and the details (which were the most important part of our wedding) were placed PERFECTLY. I remember one of my guest came up to me and said "I hired a full blown wedding coordinator and didn't even get as much attention as you did from yours." Reva and Kaiah were AMAZING. And it was very important for us to hire women-owned and minority-owned companies. I cannot recommend Reva Event enough.

was a difficult wedding in that it was at a private home in the desert and we had to bring everything in. There were multiple vendors to deal with, some very difficult, but Reva handled it with grace and efficiency. One the day of the event she stayed calm when all around her were bustling and handling last minute details. I highly recommend Reva!

hard time finding a wedding coordinator within our price range but I came across Reva Events on Thumbtack and the reviews were amazing and their price was reasonable. Everyone was raving about their service and I saw a lot of reviews from brides that said their wedding went smoothly. I reached out and worked closely with Kaiah from the very beginning and was confident that I had made the right decision by booking Reva Events for my wedding. The month leading up to the wedding, I had several conversations with Kaiah over the phone...going through the timeline, schedule, details, decor etc. She asked a lot of questions and was detail oriented which I was relieved about because she seemed like a professional and like she knew what she was doing. First thing I noticed the night of my rehearsal, as well as my bridal team, was that she was not taking charge. Very soft spoken, which there is nothing wrong with that, but as a wedding coordinator dealing with so many people, I felt as though she couldn't get everyone's attention and seemed standoffish. When we were rehearsing, I noticed that she did not follow what we had discussed. I had mentioned to her several times that I wanted my bridal party to sit during the ceremony which she forgot and she had them lined up at the front and I had to remind her that I did not want them standing next to us at the alter. I'm running out of characters but basically there were several things that were not executed the night of the rehearsal, practicing our entrance/ bridal party walk out, setting up cutlery, cups, etc. for my rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding, all I have to say is that if it weren't for my friend and Sunny, who she brought to help her, my wedding would have been a disaster. 1. She was not with me while I was getting ready, she checked in a couple times but I am not sure what exactly she was doing during those 5 hours before the wedding started. My friend and Sunny helped setup the ceremony and rehearsal dinner. I was told that she complained about my decor saying it was too much, mind you...I have seen pictures of the events that Reva Events has produced and my decor was not nearly as much as those events. She had detailed information on what I wanted, pictures of how I wanted everything set up, the layout and diagram of it all and there were several things that were not executed. Unfortunately, she did not communicate a lot of the songs/timing/ etc. to my DJ which resulted in the wrong song being played as I was walking out during the ceremony. Thankfully the DJ fixed it and played the right song. What upset me the most was finding out that she did not communicate with my husband AT ALL during the entire day of our wedding. He mentioned that she never addressed him or spoke to him. My husband and his groomsmen had to figure out what time to show up to the venue, where to take pics etc. on their own. Our wedding party had nothing nice to say about Kaiah and as amazing and wonderful as our wedding day was, it saddens me that they had to experience dealing with her. Thankfully none of our guests noticed but I sadly DO NOT recommend Kaiah as a wedding coordinator.

They not only went above and beyond for day of coordination, but were in contact with me in the weeks leading up to my wedding, both with me and all my vendors to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Even though I thought I had everything planned and organized, there were so many things I hadn't even thought about that my pre-event coordinator Kaiah helped me sort out. My day of coordinators Rosie and Shaun were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran exactly as I wanted, checked in frequently to make sure me and my now husband were happy and well fed, and helped so much with last minute decor, dessert table arrangement, and countless other things that made my day feel so special! I am so happy I booked with Reva Event, and would recommend them to all my family and friends!

on set in that we couldn’t – Reva Events was there to handle day of coordination! She was very open to listening to our ideas and asking questions to help us convey what we wanted in a clear manner. She stayed in contact with us regularly throughout the planning process and offered us suggestions on décor which we hadn’t even thought of. When it came time to the day of the wedding, everyone knew what was happening from start to finish which alleviated so much stress for us as the couple! All of our décor was executed better than we could have hoped for and Reva was never far away if we needed anything! Our venue had a few hiccups with dinner service but Reva and Michelle were more than willing to work with them to resolve on our behalf! Aside from being great at what they do, they are also some of the nicest people you could work with! If you’re thinking of getting a planner or day-of-coordinator, you should definitely do it and choose Reva Events!

It looked beautiful and was perfectly placed! Her assistant decorated my wedding cake (even though the florist was supposed to do it) and did a marvelous job, even better than my inspo pic! Reva was somehow able to find earplugs for my father-in-law which allowed him to stay inside and enjoy the dance party! She was attentive, calm, and kind every step of the way. She handled all hiccups and challenges with poise and perfection! But most importantly, she looked after my husband and I, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Reva was exceptional and helped with all the logistics, getting our wedding favours delivered to her address took the stress out of carrying a ton of luggage. When we arrived in San Diego, Alana and Jali did an outstanding job in following the timeline, dealing with technical issues, helping me dress, managing the vendors, they were like friends, calm and showed their genuine care before, during and after our wedding.
