that lasted all day. I felt confident and comfortable, even in the Hawaiian heat! I was also pretty happy with my hair. The waves looked lovely at the start of the day and complemented my look perfectly. They did fall out a bit later on in the night, but that could totally be because of my lei po’o and all the dancing! Overall, I felt so beautiful and really appreciated how relaxed and effortless the whole beauty process was. Would definitely recommend!

peek photos coming back and my makeup all messed up. It makes me so sad that I felt ugly moments from walking down the aisle because the makeup was so cracked and coming off under my eyes (see photos). My MOH tried to reapply makeup 5+ times throughout the day, but it wouldn’t blend with the artist’s makeup and the base kept cracking. I looked scaly and like I had a black eye where the concealer came off. Applying more concealer made it worse. So my makeup looked great at the trial and when it was initial done the day of the wedding. But after only 1 hour, it started cracking. I have to pay additional fees to have them retouched and photoshopped given how sloppy the makeup was. This is unacceptable and is such a stain on my wedding day. ALSO after explaining why my experience and makeup was so bad, the artist and owner proceeded to try and blame me saying they used my foundation and potentially mixed water-based with silicone based. I NEVER gave them my foundation or even said I wanted to use my own. This is so unprofessional. “Thanks for getting back to me. So, actually I never gave her my foundation physically or told her what i use. I actually specifically said that i’m glad we’re not using my face products because it’s not for professional use, and i was so happy I hired a pro. That was our conversation. The only product of mine that we used was my liquid waterproof eyeliner because I didn’t like how, in the trial, the eyeshadow liner smudged all under my lid. So unless she knew my product and went out and purchased it specifically, or took it out of my bag without me knowing, I did not use my products. After a quick search, I found that “The Clinique Moisture Surge line, specifically the Auto-Replenishing Hydrator, is formulated as a water-based moisturizer. It's described as a refreshing gel-cream that feels like a burst of water on the skin, and it's oil-free.” “Yes, the Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré is a water-based primer” Also, if that was the issue, shouldn’t the artist check? This was probably the most disappointing part of my day. I felt scaly and had looked in the mirror before walking down the aisle trying not to shed more tears because I felt so ugly. There wasn’t time for me to redo my makeup myself, otherwise I would. Here is me using the same foundation I use every day the day after I got married—flawless. I never wanted to do my own make up the day of the wedding, but I feel like I should have. I understand that mistakes happen, and I believe that Britney is a good make up artist, however, this is a mistake that I cannot afford, especially on the most important day… While I really appreciate the (PARTIAL) refund for my makeup, my experience cannot be replaced. We paid $1200-$1300 for makeup and hair, and I cannot redo my wedding day.” Photos: me reapplying my makeup multiple times which is not a good memory. Film camera photos that are low resolution and show my concealer coming off. An Iphone photo of my makeup in high-resolution which is how I saw myself in mirrors and how others saw me that day.

bad experiences in the past where I hated my makeup when done professionally, but Reveal completely changed that. They are the experts in the clean, natural, no makeup look or glam if you want it. I could still easily see my freckles through the makeup and that is exactly what I asked. My bridesmaids were hesitant to get their makeup done as well but you could tell Reveal truly cared to make everyone happy and would tweak something if we didn’t like it. I did a trial with them and changed some things for the wedding day which they did perfectly. They also brought such a fun and lighthearted energy to match ours. I didn’t want an anxious, stressful wedding morning but more of a hangout and get ready with my friend’s vibe. They matched that beautifully all while doing ALL the work and still finishing early so we had breathing room the whole time. Seriously cannot recommend them enough!!

he start. She was sweet and fun, and I really enjoyed her being a part of my big day. She gave the perfect amount of “hold” to my hair—it relaxed and looked just how I wanted it to from ceremony to send-off. Raven was phenomenal as well. She had such a calming presence and really listened and thought about what I wanted. So much so that she convinced me to change my mind from airbrush to normal foundation so my natural skin could shine through to achieve the more relaxed look that I was going for. Logistically, everything was super smooth. Zoe and Raven were punctual and worked at a natural pace, taking just the right amount of time. I was able to pay and tip online, which I appreciated, as I was already taking out so much cash to tip other vendors. Overall, I’m very happy with Reveal, and would definitely recommend them (especially Zoe and Raven!) for your wedding hair and make-up. The price is worth it, and I personally recommend paying the extra $$ for the trial. I was able to tell Zoe that my hair held the curl really well so we went a little looser the day-of, and I was able to tell Raven that I wanted a little less setting powder on my under eyes because it dried them out a bit. Little things like that that are personal to you are good to know so you can perfect things on the day-of. Of course, I’m sure they could have made those changes the day-of, but there is enough to stress about that day. It was worth the extra money to me to have the peace of mind that I knew I would love the look.

I had hoped that a professional service would be able to guide me and provide something outstanding. How disappointed I was - hair had already started to come undone before the ceremony and just looked like a birds nest (and not in a good way). The make up was lackluster and one eyelash had already started to peel away. There is no way to redo my wedding day but I leave this review to help others - make sure you ask who your assigned make up artist will be and what they are capable of. What you see on Instagram is nothing like what I ended up with - no before and after photos were taken which was probably my first red flag that this experience was not going to be the same. I give one star for how friendly my make up artist was and another star for the owner offering a refund after eventually responding to my complaint. I would not want this to happen to anyone on their special day and it makes me so upset every time I look at my wedding photos

I highly recommend purchasing their add-on airbrush foundation, which lasted over eight hours in June heat. First off, we love their mobile business model! They came to our hotel room three days in a row, which made our lives significantly easier during an otherwise stressful wedding week. Second, they accommodated every request and touch up with a prompt, professional, and generous attitude. Third, they made us all feel incredibly light hearted and comfortable... just like hanging with the girls. Finally, on the day of our wedding, we were absolutely mesmerized by the beauty, artistry, and impact of their hair/makeup services and how they magically transformed myself and my bridal party. I literally felt like Grace Kelly! Thanks to their exquisite work and attention to detail, our wedding dreams came true and our guests could not have been more impressed. thin hair so I knew I wanted a hairstyle that could give me more volume. With Reveal’s help, my hair looked so luscious, healthy, and full! As for makeup, I usually don’t really know what I’m doing. Finding pictures was even a hard task for me because I wasn’t too sure what look I was going for (I ended up picking pictures of many different looks which I’m sure didn’t make it easy). With the Reveal team’s help though, I was able to get exactly the makeup look I wanted! They asked all the right questions and helped me figure out what it was I wanted. I’d also never tried airbrush foundation, but immediately became a huge fan of it (as did my wedding party) – definitely recommend this add-on to your look! Thank you Reveal Team for making my day so special, I truly felt so much joy because of y’all!

e. I also loved that they had an airbrush option since we were getting married in June and I was super paranoid about sweating it all off. They did such an amazing job our makeup stayed all night! We were two brides and we had 4 bridesmaids, 1 officiant and 2 mother of the brides and every single one of us loved our hair and makeup. My wife and I both did hair and makeup trials the week before which was awesome because we got to know our stylists and were able to spend some time really thinking about any adjustments we wanted for the day of without the pressure of time and a bunch of other people around. We also used them for spray tans for some of us and they were so nice and accommodating and their airbrush foundation matches the airbrush tan so if anything happens they can fix any small stuff day of, not that any of us needed that! Beyond just being great at what they do their vibe was so fun the day of. We had 4 hair and makeup people with us and they blended in seamlessly with our group and just made the whole getting ready experience awesome. Our Airbnb was about an hour away from our venue so we also had one hair and makeup artist meet us at our venue to do some touch ups after photos but before our ceremony which was awesome. Could not have been happier with our decision to use them!

ou don’t get your HMU done often and it helps you to see if your “vision” is actually what you want. I ended up changing my HMU for my wedding day because I realized at my trial my “vision” didn’t dit the vibe I was going for. Thankfully, Sherry, my HMU artist made my whole experience amazing and I felt beautiful on my wedding day. I 10/10 recommend their services for you big day!

Jenny was the hair and makeup artist that came to my hotel room and she did an awesome job. She understood exactly what I wanted and nailed it on the first try! When it came to my big day, Jenny and the rest of the Reveal team arrived on time and ready to work. Jenny did my hair and makeup again and nailed it once more! I even threw a curve ball at her, I totally forgot I had a veil and she was able to incorporate it with my hair piece and the style I wanted no problem. The entire Reveal team was awesome and so much fun. I would definitely hire them again, if I ever find myself in need of a hair and makeup team out in Hawaii. They a great group of professionals and they do amazing work! 10/10 would recommend!

Their work was hands down the best I have ever had. My makeup on my wedding day looked exactly the same by the end of the day after crying, dancing and sweating. Their natural look for hawaii weddings is the best I have ever seen. My skin which normally is oily never had this issue even in the humidity of an outdoor wedding. My hair was beyond my expectations. My hair always gets frizzy but Allison took care of that on my wedding day! It was a dream hairstyle for my Hawaiian wedding… I was blown away. Thank you so much!
