Motor Row, located at 2400 S. Michigan Ave, is a city landmark and iconic Chicago location. Built in the 1930’s by acclaimed architect Philip Maher, the building was home to the Chicago Illinois Automobile Club, and more recently, the Chicago Defender building. Situated across from Chicago’s premiere convention center, McCormick Place, the new venue will help fuel the resurgence of the neighborhood into a thriving entertainment district. Construction is underway to restore the illustrious building to its former glory, and doors will open to the public in 2016.

h every phase of the process. If you're not aware, they are essentially a one stop shop for catering, decor, flowers, staff, and bar package. While this might feel intimidating, or even limiting, it's actually the exact opposite. That coordination means that everyone's on the same page for what your day should look like and it takes a huge load off for anyone who feels understandably intimidated by the process of pulling together so many disparate pieces. The food was excellent, the decor even better, and everyone who works there was so incredibly outgoing and helpful. On top of all of that it's a beautiful, historic space that both shines on its own while being so customizable. Our families couldn't stop complimenting the space and all it brought to our event and day.

ears of rescheduled dates, changing COVID restrictions, updates in vendors, updates in so many things - Bryn was steadfast, supportive, calming and positive through it all! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was with my husband and I every step of the way. Her expertise and knowledge from catering and wine pairings, to floral and venue layout suggestions, was not short of impressive. She went above and beyond to drop off my bouquet to my hotel suite the morning of and even called in her own husband for backup bar reinforcements the day of our event. She is truly a breath of fresh air and she is excellent at her job. I could not have asked for a more supportive team, a more unique venue (indoor and out) and a better wedding producer than Bryn and her team at RMR. THANK YOU!!! We love you.
