The Revel staff was great with email communication in the prep process, always providing prompt answers and flexible scheduling option for phone calls. Robin was great in asking the right questions to help us figure out our vision for the day (a concept that is not always easy to put into words).
On the day of, Robin and Karthiq were both awesome and very fun to work with. They have a great eye for different shots and were amazing in the way that they provided instruction and made it feel fun as opposed to stressful or rushed.
We had our ceremony in early November and received our photos right before Christmas. The site Revel uses to view and download photos is super user friendly and well organized. Overall super happy with our choice and would absolutely recommend.

e got our photos back rather quickly and loved them. Robin even helped edit a photo for our save the date because I was disappointed with the lack of clowns on the trees! The team was very communicative during the year leading up to our wedding if we had any questions, and made sure to have all questions answered when we met for a final details meeting. The day of the wedding, they rolled with the punches of things needed to be changed last minute and made sure we got all the shots that we wanted. And we had fun with them all night! I loved having a photo and video team that worked so well together and knew how to collaborate (Robin, Presley, Matt, Mark, and Mike). They took tons of Instagram reels and posted so many within 24 hours. We also got a nice sized sneak peak the weekend of our wedding and love how everything turned up. We can’t wait to see the final photos and videos!

My husband is not someone who loves pictures or video but thanks to Mike, he felt so relaxed and that allowed us to capture all the moments we wanted! Mike also took the time to show us how to perfect the dip which we were so bad at to start. But in our video you would never know the time he had to take to help us perfect it!

They were super cool and thorough right from the beginning starting with our first call up through the wedding day.
