culous and phenomenal in planning a wedding, and because this was more so a destination wedding for our family and friends, she went above and beyond in making sure all the details were accessible and understandable. Katie provides a really informative and useful computer program to help you plan all the nuanced details for the wedding day (and all the events you may have the day before or after, e.g. rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch, etc.). It really helped make the planning process seamless and organized that way she had all in the information we had, and she could help us spot any gaps we needed to address. Katie also did our signage for our wedding which was exquisite. She truly is so creative and detail oriented. It really made for a phenomenal experience in working with her. Thank you so much, Katie!

it! We chose the Partial Planning option and couldn’t have been happier with it. Being local to the island and having planned many weddings at Roche Harbor, Katie’s knowledge of timing, logistics, considerations and organization were invaluable to our wedding planning and execution there. Her advice on which details to sweat vs not sweat, how to coordinate shuttles to get 75 guests from Friday Harbor to the wedding and back at the end of the night, and how to structure/prioritize our timeline were extremely helpful. Also, her questionnaires brought up many things we hadn’t thought about before, but were critical in making the day run smoothly — like who is in charge of getting coffees and lunch for the wedding party when they’re getting ready?? We felt so relaxed on our wedding day because we had everything set up with Katie in advance and she executed our vision so wonderfully. We loved working with her and have definitely made a friend in the process too. Thank you!!

p of. Katie made everything easy and was able to handle any needs that arose. There are so many things we have no doubt Katie handled without us even knowing. Katie was easy to communicate with us, patient as she answered all of our questions (and there were many), and helped get all of our bases covered on the weekend. Then on the wedding day itself, Katie was quick to help, calming, and reassuring. As with most weddings, we ended up slightly off schedule, Katie was quick to navigate moving plans around and keeping us calm and excited. Katie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and found her to be irreplaceable. We highly recommend Katie and Revel for all your event planning and coordination needs!
