Revelry is fast to respond, and willing to help if your dress isn’t right for you!  I ordered a velvet dress to attend a good friend’s wedding, and it was slightly too small to be comfortable. I was worried about it holding up for the evening so I reached out to see if I could do an exchange for something similar.  All I had to do was ship back my dress with tracking, and they sent me another one 2 days later. Sabrina helped me with the exchange process and truly made it a breeze. I will be ordering from here again!!

I recently requested sample fabrics from Revelry. Not only did they arrive early, but they are huge samples along with a brochure of their current dress styles. It was a beautiful package. I also had a conversation with their customer service representative because of a mistake I made, and she couldn't have been sweeter. Her response was very quick, and when I realized that the problem was my mistake, she was very understanding. I'm looking forward to ordering my brides maid dresses from Revelry.

I truly can't say enough good things about Revelry. The customer service is above and BEYOND (like seriously, so kind -- especially when I had some desparate, last-minute questions) and the quality is so good. My sister and I searched all over to find the perfect bridesmaid/maid of honor dresses for her wedding, and Revelry nailed the material, color and style like no one else. Would recommend them again and again!!

The customer service was outstanding! When my package got stuck in transit, they stayed in constant communication and worked quickly to resolve the issue. I've seen some reviews mention turnaround time, but it's important to remember these are made-to-order dresses—allow enough time, and you won’t have any problems. The quality is also incredible! I’m really happy with both my dress and this company.

Amazing customer service!!! I am in a wedding this September & the bride chose Revelry for her bridesmaid dresses. I was super proactive & had my dress picked out & delivered by March! Then in April, I found out I was pregnant (yay!) but that dress would definitely not be fitting me come September. Although the company does not allow refunds or returns in most cases, their customer service rep answered my email quickly & worked with me! They helped me to return the dress I had & select from some in office options they had on hand (in larger sizes) for an exchange. It was not only quick & easy but SO relieving to not have an added extra expense during this time welcoming my first child. 100000/10 customer service, you really don’t see this with companies anymore & I couldn’t have been more thrilled with my experience. I already got married but would 100% recommend Revelry to any upcoming brides for their bridesmaid dresses & other events! And I will absolutely be reordering my original dress once I can fit into it again! :)

Horrible experience!!! They have an extremely long turn around time. Their over night shipping that I paid $45 for took over a week- and customer service was absolutely useless about this I did the at home try on and took measurements of myself and the dress still ended up being huge. Overall just so disappointed in the experience for an over-priced curtain.

Best customer service around! Customer service rep Andy was extremely communicative & was helpful in making my best friend's wedding a success. I'm MOH for an out of town/destination wedding in two months; and over the course of past 3 months, had ordered my dress, found out we were 10 weeks expecting (and had to return a dress/order maternity dress); and then, heartbreakingly, miscarried, thus needing a SECOND return and reorder expedited. I was worried I would need to purchase another dress again and go through the rigmarole, but Revelry graciously sent me the original dress and paid for the shipping. Really was thoughtful as I was not in the headspace to figure out all of the details. Thank you Revelry & Andy!

Revelry is super convenient + has so many beautiful items to choose from. I was able to persuade my MIL, my mother + all bridesmaids dresses from here in the colors I needed. The at home try on save everyone so much money in travel since we’re spread out. Looking forward to wearing the dresses on my big day

Revelry is where the bridesmaids found a great dress. The try-at-home program is a great option, they arrive quickly and you are able to order many dress and try them at home. This was a great option instead of other online companies where you have to order them and then return if they do not fit. Another great thing is they offer a variety of length options, so if you are on the petit side you can select that. The colors they offer and variety is by far one of the best out there. They are beautiful! This was one of the main reasons why we chose Revelry, they offer a variety of different colors and we needed different shades. We searched for months and no other company had colors like Revelry. The only thing to keep in mind is that the dresses are on the pricier side and they do not pay for shipping of the dresses regardless of how much money you spend. We ordered 3 dresses and each dress was two hundred dollars and we still had to pay for shipping.

Ordered swatches and they’re beautiful! the color and quality is great. Can’t wait to order dresses for my bridesmaids!

I am currently using Revelry for my bridesmaid dresses. I had a small issue in regard to one of my bridesmaids not ordering her dress in time with the color I had originally chosen. When I called the company, Sandra answered the phone and walked me through the issue. Not only did Sandra go above and beyond to help me solve the problem at hand, but she also personally messaged me with pictures of dress options and colors that could possibly work with my original vision. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with them trying to find a resolution. Highly recommend this company to help you outfit your bridal party on your special day!

Used for all of my bridesmaids dresses as well as flower girl dress. All of the dresses were beautiful. Have now also bought a bridesmaids dress for a friends wedding and it is also beautiful

I bought pajamas from revelry and they by far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for pajamas that my bridesmaids wouldn’t just throw out afterwards and that’s when i stumbled upon revelry. The pajamas are such great quality with a nice weight to them and do not feel cheap at all. I also love the styles they offer, everything is so cute! I’m so excited to give them to my bridesmaids for my wedding!

We used Revelry for my October wedding and the dresses were stunning! My girls were in a mix of Olive velvet and Silver Sage chiffon and silk and everyone looked incredible. The dresses arrived quickly, were of good quality, and reasonably priced.

Great customer service! I made a small mistake on my order and they were quick, understanding and kind to work with to fix it. Just ordering a bridesmaid dress for a friend’s wedding this time but will definitely consider in the future for my own wedding!

Revelry have been excellent from start to finish. I initially ordered a sample fabric from them and it came super quick, with very helpful packaging and booklet explaining their processes and timeframes. I then ordered a dress for one of my bridesmaids and was blown away by how easy their website was to use. The dress came earlier than expected and was a perfect fit based on the sizing information and the fabric/colour was super high quality and gorgeous. Throughout the dress ordering process I also received regular updates that they were still working on my order. I have since also made a sizing enquiry and promptly received a helpful answer. I cannot fault Revelry’s customer service or the quality of their dresses!

I have bought about four Try-On dresses for my bridesmaids so far for my wedding in June 2025, and every single one of them has been blown away by the comfort, quality, and beauty of the dresses, which is exactly what I was hoping for! During this process, there was a shipping mishap with one of the try-on dresses, and customer service was so kind, courteous, and helpful that I don't even think my bridesmaid noticed a delay in the shipping at all. This really put my mind at ease about ordering the final dresses, and was really impressive, as I've never seen a company reply so quickly and so kindly. Revelry is a bit more expensive, but it is so worth it for the quality, comfort, and beauty of these made-to-order dresses, as well as the peace of mind knowing you are getting the help and support you need. And to support a small business in the process, it really can't get much better! I can't recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this vendor! When I sent messages and asked questions, they ALWAYS replied within a few hours. Their merchandise is very good quality at a reasonable price and they ship and pack them with care. Their try on program is awesome! And once the order was placed they sent communication every step of the process. We trusted them with the bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses as well as mother of the bride with confidence- and no regrets. They will treat you great in every step of the way!

Second time using them for a MOH dresses. For sure one of the most size inclusive options for bridemaids. Great color options (make sure you buy the swatches, screen is not true to color!) Honestly the chests run a little large but it's an easy fix. Every time I have reached out to customer service I've received quick and helpful answers.

I used revelry for my MOB dress and I absolutely fell in love with the Romantic Rose velvet. Unfortunately, I had fit problems with a zipper and Angelle at Revelry worked with me to get to a more than fair solution. I will get to wear the dress I fell in love with and I will happily refer others to Revelry because of the quality of the garments and the outstanding customer service.

I can't recommend Revelry enough! Picking my colors for the bridesmaids and trying on sample dresses was seamless, and the dresses are also so beautiful!

The ability to try on dresses in the comfort of my own home was immeasurable. The dresses arrive within 2-3 days after ordering. And the quality of the gowns was exceptional!!! The colors were exactly what I expected. Ordering the correct size was made easy with Revelry's measuring system. I am purchasing gowns to wear at other formal events from Revelry. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO SHOP!!!

I am the mother of the groom and I got a dress through sons sweepstakes, completely free. The quality, the color and the fit were perfect. I live in the Chicago area and my dress came in approximately 3 weeks of ordering.love it!

My experience with Revelry has been nothing short of frustrating. The at-home try-on service is a scam—if you want to try on a variety of dresses, be prepared to spend a lot. But that’s just the beginning of the issues. Their measurements are completely bogus. I measured myself carefully and ordered sizes that were supposed to match my measurements, but when the dresses arrived, half were two sizes too big, and a few were somehow too small! How does that even happen? I ended up having to reorder all new sizes, which meant paying for each dress and the shipping costs all over again. It was a total rip-off. To top it all off, their customer service was the exact opposite of helpful. I had to move unexpectedly and notified them well in advance—before they even communicated anything about shipping my purchase. Despite the fact that my order wouldn’t ship for at least two weeks, they refused to change the address, claiming they couldn't because the shipping label had already been printed. They offered no solutions and essentially told me I was out of luck. Save yourself the headache and avoid Revelry. Their services are misleading, and their customer service is abysmal

So far this company (Revelry) has been amazing to work with! They give you the option to sample some of the dresses which has been a great experience, especially as a bigger girl! Most companies do not allow you to sample and Most sizes / sizing charts are not accurate when it comes to measurements however, with Revelry they are true to size. Being a bigger girl, I was worried that this bridesmaid dress experience is going to be terrible (as it most of the time is) and yet Revelry has made this experience completely enjoyable!

Having the home try on option was a delight for me! I live in a small central Texas town with very limited choices for formal wear and it would be at least 3 hours to get to a larger city. I ordered twice and every one of the dresses I was sent was spectacular. I made my selection and ordered my dress. When it arrived, much quicker than I expected, it was absolutely stunning! The color, the fit, the fabric and by far, the quality was better than anything else I’d come across on the racks. Price was comparable and better than dresses I’d seen at department stores also. I’ve also had the opportunity to deal with Customer Service at Revelry and they were top notch and so incredibly helpful.
