Ryan was phenomenal! I'm pretty sure he's a ninja!! He made sure to take all the important posed photos and during the events I barely noticed he was in the middle of all the actio...
n snapping the most amazing candid shots. He made us all feel at ease while taking pictures, even in the freezing cold. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Revelry Photo Group!!
Ryan was absolutely incredible to work with and I cannot recommend him enough! He was extremely easy to work with and went beyond what my husband and I were expecting. We wanted a ...
photographer at our wedding to document our day and our guests, but did not want them feeling like there was always a camera in their faces. Ryan did exactly that, he was the least intrusive photographer I could imagine but was somehow always there when anyone wanted or needed a photo. He was extremely kind and easygoing, making everyone feel very comfortable in front of the camera, and got all of the shots we needed efficiently. He went above and beyond and stayed to take more photos during our reception when things were a bit late. I will absolutely be recommending Ryan to anyone in need of a wedding photographer!
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Ryan. He was absolutely amazing on my wedding day for multiple reasons!! He was extremely easy to work with and self-sufficient. ...
I was too stressed out to even remember where half of my belongings were and Ryan told me it was not a problem and that he would handle it. He literally took charge and found my shoes, he noticed that I had a personalized hanger on the floor (that I had totally forgot about) and offered to hang my dress on that hanger so it would be in the pictures. He really paid attention to all the little details without even asking me to help, which I can't explain how important that was to me given how stressed I was! I had a slight mental breakdown before the first look and Ryan handled it amazingly. He was really kind to me and also made a couple of jokes to lighten up the mood in the room. Something about about his humor and calmness in that situation made me feel so much better. Our Maitre 'D was supposed to handle a bunch of things (e.g., getting the flowers to myself and the wedding party), but since he was nowhere to be found, Ryan stepped up and was running around to find the flowers and give them out to everyone. This was clearly not part of his job responsibilities but he did it anyway to make sure we could stick to the timeline we had put together. I just received my photos today and I have to say they look AMAZING. Ryan did a great job of positioning everyone in the photos, even complicated pictures with my mom and stepmom. He captured every single moment we asked him to (and more!) and the way he took the photos made everyone look stunning. My grandparents and some of the guests kept coming up to me saying how much they liked the photographer, so I wasn't the only one who was pleased with him! My family will definitely be using Ryan again when my sisters get married :)

lmost like we were working with a friend and not just another vendor. The pictures came out awesome, of course. We highly recommend.
My husband and I didn't want to stress too much about our wedding, so we didn't make much of a plan for our photography, and to top it off, our wedding party was a bit shy/reserved...
. Ryan did such a wonderful job taking meaningful pictures for us, and he did his best to get the others to loosen up. Overall, the pictures were wonderful and we are MORE than satisfied!

Ryan was the photographer at my cousin's wedding and he was wonderful! I was particularly impressed by his ability to capture meaningful details and special moments before, during,...
and after the ceremony. Our family can appear a little strange to outsiders, but he really seemed to "get" us. The photos were simply beautiful--they really do tell the story of that day.
Ryan has taken photos of our family for five years. They've been creative, artistic, and unique . We've also found him to be extremely personable and fun. We always recommend Ryan ...

Ryan and team were great to work with on our engagement photos. I hate being photographed but it was such a relaxed and fun environment that I really enjoyed myself and didn't mind...
being in front of the camera. The professionalism of the team was obvious from start to finish, from the day of the shoot through to the resulting photographs. Ryan listened to our thoughts, made his on suggestions and was a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was great and we will now be using them for our wedding.
Ryan's photos are amazing! He did a great job of capturing all the emotions of the day. It was so nice working with him, and I couldn't be happier with my wedding pics!
Of all of the vendors we had for our wedding, I find this review the easiest to write. Words cannot express the gratitude we had for Ryan in shooting our wedding.
Leading up to...
the wedding, we looked at about 40 portfolios and found that most of them, despite the differences in price, were more or less the same with respect to quality (per our tastes). Ryan's portfolio was one of three that we would even consider based on that alone. He has a great eye and can really make use of light. What made Ryan stand apart from the rest was his willingness to share with myself and my soon to be wife not only his vision but was willing to work within our budget. It certainly made our choice simple.
On the day of the wedding, Ryan was amazing. He was everywhere (he did the job himself - wedding size of 100). He was amazing with us, capturing the shots that we wanted and all of the guests as well. We received a number of compliments about how professional he was.
We received our portfolio of images 3 weeks after the wedding (images available online in about 10 days) Up front we were nervous about our wedding pictures in general because we do not photograph well. Ryan's portfolio blew us away. We expected 20% quality shots. The number is reality was significantly higher, nearly 100%. Our only problem now is choosing between the numerous high quality shots for our albums! It's a good problem to have. Thanks Ryan.

Choose Ryan if you want a professional, committed, and personable photographer who of course takes great pictures. My wife and I really liked how easy he was to work with. We immed...
iately felt connected to Ryan as soon as we saw his previous work and spoke to him over the phone -- we felt like so many other photographers were hokey and over the top. Ryan is the real deal: simple. great. shots. Thanks Ryan for helping us remember our special day!
Ryan recently photographed my brother's wedding and I was blown away! He went above and beyond, even helping out with things that weren't photo related to ensure that everything we...
nt smoothly. It was pouring rain on the wedding day, and Ryan somehow managed to keep the bride and groom dry while he was getting completely soaked. He had a smile on his face the whole time, and didn't let the weather prevent the bride and groom from getting the outdoor shots they wanted. His friendly and easy going personality made everyone relaxed enough to get some truly beautiful photographs, both candid and portraits. He didn't miss a thing, yet managed to stay out of the way so as not to be distracting. The wedding was beautiful, and when I saw the final photos, the entire day seemed even more breathtaking than I remembered, which is saying a lot! He is a true artist, and his passion for what he does is reflected in his work.
so I could use Ryan Lavine as my photographer! He has such an eye for detail, and his photographs are so full of life. He was professional, yet had a way of making everyone feel at...

he wedding, he interacted with the guests in a friendly, professional way that made everyone laugh to take the most genuine pictures. He will make you feel comfortable being in front of the camera and takes beautiful and artistic photos. I highly recommend going with Ryan as wedding/engagement photographer! He is very talented!
We love the photos that Ryan Lavine took at my son's wedding. It poured that day, but you can't even tell in the photos. Ryan was the only one soaked, but it never stopped him. He ...
took pictures nonstop. With his wonderful personality, he made the bride and groom and guests so relaxed they took beautiful pictures. He's a great guy and a great photographer. I highly recommend him!
Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He put us at ease from our first meeting over coffee. He did a great job of listening and getting to know us, and to learn what kind of wedding we...
wanted to have. He was receptive to the ideas we had along the way but also asserted his thoughts and shared insight into his expertise by suggesting specific sites, lighting opportunities, etc. At the wedding Ryan was gracious and professional, and he interacted with guests and our other vendors though he clearly was working his tail off. He was a calm and fun (though barely noticeable!) presence throughout the event. A plus were lovely portraits that he took of many of our guests over the course of the evening.
We’d highly recommend him, and we are thrilled with the photos and video he captured for us.
We had the pleasure to work with Ryan for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding this October and recommend him to the highest degree! We were nervous to take photos...
for our engagement shoot, however, that did not last long because Ryan made us feel at ease to be in front of the camera. He is gifted and skilled in capturing real moments that find the true essence of the couple. Ryan also has an eye for finding beautiful angles and locations to take pictures in front of. We used several of the photos taken for our wedding invitations and have received countless compliments on the pictures he took of us. It is easy to see in person and through his photos that he is a passionate photographer who takes pride in his craft.
As for our wedding day: Throughout the entire day Ryan captured the moments, people, scenery and joy for us to look back on forever. He is the best and most professional photographer that made not only us but also everyone at the wedding feel comfortable to be in front of the camera. We are not models but Ryan directed us for certain photos and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome! Thank you so much Ryan for going above and beyond for us and catching all the genuine moments on our special day. We cannot wait to share all the pictures with our family and friends!
My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience with Ryan as our photographer. When we started wedding planning, we put photography at the top of our list in terms of...
important vendors, and were so excited when we found Ryan's photos and discovered he was within our price range! Throughout the whole experience, Ryan was extremely professional, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. We did an engagement shoot with him about a year before the wedding and were so happy with the way the photos turned out. He made us feel very comfortable and got lots of natural-looking, candid shots. Ryan is very go-with-the-flow and took all of our ideas to heart (and then made them better). At the wedding, Ryan went above and beyond, not only as our photographer, but also as an extra set of hands to help things run smoothly (like when our limo got stuck going down a one-way road and needed help backing out). MANY of our guests commented on how professional Ryan was, and appreciated how he was able to blend into the party while still obtaining all the perfect shots we hoped for. When we got our photos back, we were so pleased with the way that they turned out and once again loved how many natural and candid moments Ryan was able to capture. He captured the day exactly as it felt and how my husband and I want to remember it, and for that we are very grateful! I cannot say enough great things about Ryan Lavine Weddings and would recommend him to everyone!

anor and is very unobtrusive - which we really appreciated. After we got our photos back we realized that he had placed us in front of some amazing scenic shots while also shooting at angles that really made our wedding photos artistic and flattering. He also captured moments not just photos. Ryan really listened to what was important to us and it was reflected in his work. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found him for our wedding. I highly recommend him!
We worked with Ryan for our engagement and wedding photos. We were both REALLY uncomfortable with having our photographs taken but Ryan did an amazing job with helping us just to ...
be natural and enjoy our time. Our engagement photos were some amazing shots with great scenery. For our wedding, Ryan was great to work with. More than anything, we wanted some really amazing photographs with our friends and family at our reception. Ryan captured so many great photos of us dancing and laughing and enjoying our wonderful evening. He was definitely present but was never invasive. Highly recommended!

xtremely communicative and always kept us organized so that we were ready for the day of and didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to which photos we wanted, what style, timing, etc. Ryan was extremely kind, patient and is so talented. Thank you Ryan for doing such a great job and being so friendly, patient, timely, organized, and talented! You were great and we're so appreciative!
