a bit of a background- My fiance and I were a little bit worried about this whole picking-an-officiant-process. We are not religious, although some of our important/close family members are. (I was nervous to tell my Grandma that we were not getting married in the Catholic church...) I didn't want a cold, 10 minute ceremony, nor a long drawn out affair. We expressed all of this to Rev. Jennifer when we met, and she completely "got it." She did not judge us for not wanting any religious aspects, bible readings or anything like that. She gave us some ideas as how to incorporate some religious aspects for the family, without making us feel uncomfortable. She really got to know us that day. After the meeting, she sent several emails and phone calls to help me plan and stay organized for the day. The rehearsal dinner was efficient, which was appreciated when there is a good dinner in sight. So, the big day. It. Was. Perfect. She had me laughing out loud. She had my finance crying. Countless guests said it was one of the nicest, most meaningful ceremonies they had been to. She took everything that we said we wanted, took it to heart, and made it into the most beautiful ceremony ever. It was so "us;" which, to me, was the most important thing. It was unique. It was meaningful. Touching, divine, serious, and yet light hearted. We could not have asked for anything better. I would so very highly recommend Rev. Jennifer to anyone reading this. She truly made our day.

the planning and the ceremony is catered to you. That's the best way I can explain it. Jennifer Miller was my light trough the whole wedding crazy phase and the wedding ceremony was brilliant.

nd an officiant I was 100 percent satisfied with until I met Rev. Jen. My sister's wedding was so romantic and personal. Then Rev. Jen created our wedding which was just like me and my husband, fun and upbeat and still personal. She custom makes every one of her ceremonies and adds all the personal touches and it was so great to hear all the compliments from our family on both of the ceremonies because they were both unique to us. On behalf of me, my sister, and our entire family we recommend Rev. Jen because she makes your day special and fun from day one of planning to the wedding service itself. She is also very knowledgeable about the wedding profession and I found her a great guide, resource, and comfort too.

e wedding to get to know each other, and then a few weeks before the wedding we met in person to go over more details. He is very kind and friendly and made sure that the ceremony was tailored to fit my husband and I perfectly. He also gave me ideas after he heard about my theme for the wedding (paper theme with lots of paper flowers) and suggested that we make a pop-up paper book for a reading. We did, and it was great! Everything was very personalized and we got many compliments. This was an important part of the day especially because my husband and I are atheist and wanted a nonreligious ceremony. The ceremony was still so lovely that I didn't get anything but compliments from my very religious family.

ants, but after telling her a little about the support I would want to receive prior to the wedding, she comforted me by stating that she provides 3 classes, discussing family dynamics, intimacy, and romance to better assist in our path to marriage. During those classes, we opened up to her about a big struggle in our relationship. She candidly related our struggle to her personal struggle, which helped ease my husband and I AND provided additional comfort for the foundation we needed from someone who was going to be marrying us. In the months prior to the wedding, she readily answered my many questions, getting back to me within a day or two. Additionally, she listened to our desires for our ceremony. She created a FANTASTIC reading about hiking and our path to marriage, based off our conversation about what my husband and I really enjoy doing together. Our guests LOVED it! They thought we had known her for years! She also stresses that even after the wedding, she will gladly provide further assistance. As someone who stresses/worries and researches a lot, I strongly recommend contacting her to see how wonderful she is. My husband and I would love to save other couples the hassle of late night searches and numerous calls to other officiants, when you can rest assure that you will have a beautiful, personal ceremony and meetings that will strengthen your relationship.
