he was extremely sweet and everything went well so we decided to move forward with booking her. I emailed back and forth with her a couple of times over the course of a few months to finalize the wording for our ceremony. Everything seemed to be great. We had a very large wedding party, 9 groomsmen and 8 bridesmaids. The rehearsal the day before the wedding was the first time everyone had seen each other so it was of course a little bit hectic at first. It seemed that this frustrated Penelope as she was short, kind of rude and continuously rolled her eyes and shot some dirty looks at people but I just brushed that off as we are a pretty lively and loud group of people. The following day, she texted my wedding planner that she had a flat tire at her first booking in Jacksonville that morning so she was going to be late. Again, just shook it off, accidents happen, I'm glad everyone was okay. She arrived less 10 mins before the ceremony was set to begin, walked right up to my wedding planner and said "Where is my lapel mic?" The weeks prior to the wedding my planner emailed her to see if there was anything specific that she needed and she did not give any specifications. Obviously displeased, she proceeded to approach our DJ. When he tried to shake her hand and introduce himself to her she then said "I did not come here to shake your hand, I came for a microphone." When he informed her that they don't have a lapel microphone, she said "Well, that's all I use." So instead of using the wireless microphone, she chose not to use any microphone during the ceremony causing our families and other guests to have an extremely difficult time hearing the beautiful words that we chose for our wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, my husband and I were inside taking a minute to ourselves when Penelope walked in. We approached her to thank her and she was so short and didn't show any happiness or excitement towards us at all. She was actually surprisingly cold considering she just married us. I am beyond appalled by the situation. The way she treated and spoke to my wedding planner and DJ was unprofessional and extremely rude. Her attitude and demeanor towards our bridal party, family members and my husband and I during the rehearsal and after the ceremony was also terrible. For a 45 minute rehearsal and a 30 minute ceremony, we paid her $350, the least she could have done was be polite, especially after she was twenty five minutes late the day of the ceremony. I do not recommend her to anyone in the future.

rovided us options to mix and match our vows. The only thing we didn't absolutely love is how she directed our rehearsal- she means business and definitely wants to run the show, which is fine- however, it came off a bit harsh to some of our bridal party. I have heard this from other couples that have used her as well. With that being said, we still are happy with our choice to use her to officiate our wedding. It was nice that she kept the ceremony short and sweet and stuck to what we had put together. Overall- amazing addition to any wedding!
