We had Jillian and Susie assist us with month-of planning, and they were flexible and responsive as we were planning the wedding long distance, and met with us earlier in the year to accommodate our schedules. They helped us troubleshoot, were available for calls and texts leading up to the wedding, and helped the day run smoothly.

Reverie is the BEST THERE IS for your big day! We had a large wedding and Jillian and Susie made the entire process feel seamless. Jillian and Susie will assist or completely take on tasks, allowing for you to focus on all the things you feel are valuable and need more thought, and while not letting any other coordination items sit on the back burner for too long. They have an amazing list of vendor relations they have coordinated with before, and know how to work with efficiently. Even with some of the vendors we had they had not previously worked with, it was like they knew them just as well and knew all the questions to ask and deadlines to ask them to meet. They even made the chaotic morning the day of feel so seamless and allowed for the bride and groom to really enjoy the morning w loved ones, all while staying completely on schedule! This year we moved out of state, bought a house, changed job settings, on top of planning a wedding, and the way our day ended up coming together would have ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE without Jillian Susie and the entire Reverie team. If we could give 10 stars we would. You NEED them for your day.

Highly recommend Jillian and Susie for your wedding planning needs. I hired them for full service wedding planning and they knocked it out of the park. They brought our vision to life and then some. Could not have achieved the elegant, modern, bold aesthetic we wanted without them and their recommendations! They made our wedding stress free and memorable, I wish I could relive the day over again!

I’ve put off writing this review because I truly didn’t know how to put together my thoughts to express how grateful I am for Jillian and Susie… they were 10000% the best decision we could have made for our wedding and you will not have any regrets booking them! They felt like family, but the most organized helpful family you could imagine. They are true professionals in every sense, while making you feel like you’re talking with your friends. One of the first things they told me is that we can have the wedding of my dreams at any budget, and they absolutely delivered. Budgeting is by far the hardest part of the planning process and they made sure to show us incredible vendors and ideas that were within our budget, it took so much stress off of us because we knew whatever we picked was within our price range. They gave real feedback on ideas we had and helped us put together and incredible day. I had zero stress knowing that we were in good hands. They even took photos and videos throughout the day and sent them to me after the wedding, this was such a little thing but it helped me see everything I missed and could relive it all over again. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. Thank you Jillian and Susie!!!

Jillian and Susie were an absolute blast to work with. We could not have done it without them. Even though we booked them for month/day of services we had contact with them months prior, doing walk-throughs of our venue and set up plans. As someone who is Type A, having them really helped ease my mind and allowed me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. From getting coffee for me, steaming my dress and bridesmaids dresses, driving us to our first look and everything else through the reception, they were truly there every step of the way. Besides being amazing at there job, they are the sweetest, most kind people. If you are looking for a wedding planner don’t look any further!

Hiring Reverie Events and Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding! Their attention to detail and attentiveness to our wants and needs were perfect. We went back and forth on hiring a wedding planner, and after our wedding we said we couldn't imagine not having them. We hired them for the month of, but they started helping us even before then. They were always quick to answer questions and send inspiration as well. They made the most stressful time leading up to the big day as stress free as could be. They also handled every vendor / minor detail / decor / and timeline on the big day. Jillian and Susie are the sweetest, and I truly can't imagine having them there.

I had the pleasure of working with Jillian and Susie for my November wedding for over a year and it was a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail are like no other, and they 1000 percent took the vision that I had for my wedding day design and executed it flawlessly! When my husband and I got our first look of the banquet hall before the guests were seated for the reception, I think I screamed (definitely shed a tear or two)...IT WAS SO STUNNING!!! Prior to the wedding day, I was pregnant with my first child during most of the planning. After I had my daughter, they made sure that I felt as stress-free as possible. It made an enormous difference to have these two on my wedding dream team. I could not have pulled off such a BEAUTIFUL and MEMORABLE wedding day without Jillian and Susie by my side every step of the way. There are so many moving factors that go into planning a wedding, and so many things that I would have missed had I not hired them. Now that our big day is over, I am already missing them (you really can't help but become friends with these two amazing women) and will need to think of the next fun event to plan and work with them again very soon! :)

Jillian and Susie were fabulous to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for event planning assistance. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my wedding day went smoothly. Both Jillian and Susie demonstrated excellent communication skills and attention to detail in the months leading up to my wedding. As a result, I trusted them completely on my wedding day. I knew Jillian and Susie understood exactly what I wanted from each other vendor involved with the wedding, so I was not anxious about anything being done incorrectly. They did not disappoint. Since the wedding, I have received multiple compliments on the seamless transitions between ballrooms and timing of our wedding in general. I give Jillian and Susie full credit for this. If you need a wedding planner, no need to look elsewhere!

Jillian and Susan were so wonderful with assisting with our wedding. Our wedding was at the Pennsylvanian where you have to bring everything in from outside vendors, down to the silverware. They set up our hall so stunningly and helped the vision I had for it come to life! It was better than I could have imagined. They made itinerary’s for both the guys and girls for the day of so everyone would know what was going on. They took care of communication with all other vendors for the day of the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They did an amazing job, we were so lucky to have them!

They took care of every detail - we gave them a general idea of what we liked and they truly made it come to life, better than we could've ever imagined or done on our own. From signage to design to lighting to florals they handled everything and it was beautiful. From the initial phone call I knew that Jillian and Susan would be perfect for our daughter's wedding! We were planning a theme wedding, resulting in over 15 vendors! Jillian and Susie were incredible. They made planning a Pittsburgh wedding from Michigan a breeze. Their month-of coordination was spectacular. From taking over vendor contracts, making sure everyone/everything was on time, to bringing my vision to life - these ladies nailed it! They were both were so attentive to my family and I. Jillian and Susie lead our rehearsal while offering advice on creating a better aesthetic which was a game changer. Out of the entire process, building them into your budget is a must! I could not have done my wedding day without Jillian and Susie. I planned everything until ~6 weeks out and then they took over. I was floored when I saw what they had done with the decorations for the reception and cocktail hour. They did an amazing job arranging everything and taking away all of the stress for our wedding day.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Jillian and Susie. They were our month of coordinators for our wedding on August 28, 2021. They were INCREDIBLE. I cannot stress this enough -- there is SO much more to do for a wedding than I originally realized. They took care of the details in a way that allowed us to have the most stress-free weekend. Additionally, they helped with our ideas and visions for the day. They are friendly, organized, professional, and prepared. Jillian and Susie planned and designed my son's birthday party (supposed to be 1st birthday but ended up being 2nd due to COVID)-- I cannot say enough good things about them! First of all, the party was perfect beyond my expectations thanks to them. They took care of everything down to the last detail. They are so creative with their design ideas and they're able to just get things done and make things happen. It was such a great experience. Also, they were wonderful dealing with all the date/guest count/restriction changes related to the pandemic. They helped secure all our vendors for the new date and I didn't need to stress about it at all. They were always easy to reach and quick to respond. I can't wait to them again for future events!!

The team was professional, friendly and helpful. The decorations including flowers, table settings and room decorations were amazing.

Jillian and Susie truly went above and beyond for my husband and I from the second we booked them. I am almost always anxious and unsure of what I want and how to execute my ideas. Jillian and Susie went out of their way to make me a detailed wedding plan, utilizing my ideas PERFECTLY. We wanted to have our wedding theme based off of game of thrones. I had so much trouble conveying exactly what I wanted and they took my idea and truly shaped it into the exact image I had in my mind-completely above and beyond any expectation I had. They made suggestions and have the experience and connections to make my dreams come true and do it well within my budget! They came to every meeting with my vendors, recommended amazing vendors, kept in contact with myself and my husband throughout COVID, kept in contact with my vendors, I truly did not have to do ANYTHING but show up to my wedding!!! Even with the uncertainties of COVID regarding restrictions and possible postponement, they kept in touch with me consistently, sent me updates with the state guidelines, worked tirelessly, and advocated for my husband and I to have our dream wedding in the middle of a global pandemic! They even made a timeline for the day of our wedding down to the minute! It was SUCH a relief to have everything planned and have something to refer to. It truly decreased my stress so, so much. Because of Jillian and Susie, I was essentially stress free on my wedding day!! They both love what they do and it really shows. They both made sure I had everything I needed on the day of my wedding. They brought me water, snacks, made sure my hair and dress were perfect, met all the vendors, set up the entire wedding, and coordinated my husband and his best mans arrival to the venue. They both set up the venue and transformed my idea into something I cannot even describe- everything I could have imagined and then some. They even coordinated a live painter to paint us during our ceremony as surprise from my family!!! I implore you to choose this duo for your wedding planning. Jillian and Susie have been nothing short of amazing. We decided to postpone our wedding to next year and they handled literally everything for us. I was so stressed out & having them just take all of the rescheduling off of my hands was a saving grace. It was smooth, they contacted me through it all, kept me in the loop and it just felt like such a weight off my shoulders. They’ve stayed invested, checked in on us and have every planning aspect down to a T, including the little things I never would have thought about. It makes every wedding stress a million times less.
