I have always had a passion for creating and planning events that bring people together. I just love seeing people happy and living their best lives. When I am not planning events, I am probably enjoying the outdoors, exploring NV, drinking wine with my gals, spending time with my family or watching Step Brothers. We first met Hannah while she was coordinating a rehearsal dinner at one of our favorite local outdoor bars in Tahoe. Her tablescape design was so stunning that we immediately asked if she did weddings, and it turns out that was one of the best decisions we made! When searching for a coordinator, I wanted someone who could help create a fresh, fun, and modern wedding—not overly traditional. Hannah’s style matched that vision perfectly. From the very beginning, Hannah exceeded our expectations. Although we only hired her for day-of coordination, she started working with us six months out, and her input throughout the process was invaluable. One of the standout qualities that sets her apart is her ability to easily handle last-minute changes. After consulting with our photographer about the sunset over the mountains four days before the wedding, we decided to extend the cocktail hour by 20 minutes so our guests could enjoy the beautiful view. Hannah seamlessly coordinated this adjustment with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone knew the new timeline. On the wedding day, she worked closely with our photographer, DJ, and the venue to ensure everything went according to plan. I didn’t have to answer a single question about logistics on the day. When things did go wrong—like when the venue set up the tables incorrectly for both the reception and after-party—Hannah immediately stepped in, fixing everything to match the vision we had worked so hard to create. She managed multiple transitions between locations (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing) and even handled last-minute requests from my husband until midnight. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran, and it’s truly all thanks to Hannah and her team at Reverie Picnics. Her creative eye, calm demeanor, exceptional coordination skills and just general good vibes made our wedding day everything we dreamed of. If you’re looking for someone who can make your wedding as seamless and special as possible, look no further than Hannah at Reverie Picnics. We are forever grateful for her hard work and dedication!

Hands down the best part of our wedding in my opinion was of course marrying my now husband but second to that, it was hiring Hannah to be our wedding coordinator! I had interviewed 5 different wedding coordinator/planners and as soon as I met Hannah, I just knew she was THE ONE! She is a true pleasure to work with and I genuinely looked forward to and enjoyed our planning meetings leading up to the big day. She helped us navigate difficult venue restrictions, made amazing recommendations for vendors (ummm, ask her about her churro guy!) and helped me manage all the details that go into executing an elevated 125 person wedding at a campground. If she is available for your wedding date you have the chance to hire her, DO IT!!!

Meeting Hannah, the face behind Reverie Picnics, felt like discovering a kindred spirit. I knew immediately she was the right person for the job and I was lucky enough to hire her to help plan my 30th birthday /surprise microwedding. When I was in over my head and struggling to see a way through, Hannah swooped in with unwavering dedication. What struck me most was her knack for turning dreams into reality. From budgeting discussions, where she expertly navigated every detail, to the decor that felt like it jumped out of my imagination – she nailed it. For Hannah it didn’t seem to just be about logistics , she had a truly personal touch. She wasn't just a planner when I needed her, it was as if she became a friend who genuinely cared about making my day special. Her passion and genuine understanding of my vision made the whole process almost effortless. If you're looking for someone who not only knows their stuff but also invests in your happiness, Hannah is the one.
