We booked with Hotel Revival for our hotel block. The hotel itself is beautiful and all our guests found it convenient and comfortable to stay in. Although it’s a bit more expensi...
ve than we wanted, the amenities and stay made th e cost worth it.
That being said, communication was difficult throughout the process. I worked with Ryan to book initially and he was very responsive and helpful, however, responsiveness from other members of the staff seemed to drop off or need consistent follow ups. Additionally, we experienced difficulty with welcome bags being distributed. Many of our guests did not receive them until after they were told they were supposed to get one and went down to the front desk to ask them for theirs. This issue was brought to the attention of several different members of staff and our block was confirmed upon drop off of the bags but was not resolved to my knowledge as guests were consistently telling me they did not get one. While the hotel itself is beautiful, it was clear that there were some communication challenges between staff themselves as well as with clients.

We mainly worked with Josh to book Hotel Revival for our wedding room block, welcome brunch at Topside and after party in the Garden Room. We had the Miss Mary's Suite for our stay...
+ bridal party getting ready location. It was perfect for that! Unfortunately our room (and maybe the whole 14th floor but can't confirm) lost heat for part of our stay in February. At first they offered free breakfast as compensation but then gave us one of our nights free; we were satisfied with this. Communication was not great throughout the planning process. We often felt Revival management did not provide accurate or up-to-date information. This ended up costing us more money than expected because of frequent miscommunications. We wish there was an online portal to keep track of our guest reservations instead of just number of rooms booked. MANY of our guests had difficulty booking via the website and via phone call. This hotel block definitely caused us the most stress during wedding planning. Topside was a great venue for a secondary wedding event. Service was good but the pricing is interestingly setup. Somehow their minimum F&B cost is only achievable by choosing their highest catering package. We had 80 guests, chose the highest package plus some add-ons to reach the minimum. After party in the Garden Room was great. Our bartender Anna was great at both events.

We had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at Hotel Revival with the reception at Topside. It really was a one stop shop and was incredibly convenient for us and our guests...
. Josh especially helped make the process easier, and we felt like VIPs during our stay! Everyone loved the decor built into the hotel, and the general vibe of the hotel. The food was excellent! (Everything tasted just as it did at the initial tasting) and people made sure that we ate as the bride and groom.
Josh was very helpful, and always emailed us back promptly with answers to our questions. The payment process was clear and easy. Thank you for making our day truly memorable.
All of our guests loved the hotel and can’t wait to recommend it to others visiting Baltimore. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our wedding magical!

We used Hotel Revival as one of two wedding blocks for our Fall 2022 wedding at the Engineers Club across the street. We were able to choose the levels of rooms, which were fairly ...
priced and stunning! They kindly handed out welcome boxes to all of our guests, and they treated us to a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room! Everyone loved the speakeasy and breakfast cafe, and thought the vibe of the hotel was fantastic.

r guests. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated - a lot of our guests were able to check in early which was clutch. Emily was also incredibly helpful in planning everything and always super responsive leading up to the big weekend. We'd highly recommend Revival for your wedding block needs (or for any occasion!!).

When looking for a hotel for our wedding block, I pictured something eclectic and chic- this was it! All of the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The Miss Mary's Suite had...
beautiful natural light and was large enough for my bridal party, family members, and beauty team to lounge comfortably. The staff was attentive and accommodating- they gladly stored our leftovers (from the reception) in their industrial fridge overnight. I was so happy to host guests here and plan to return with my husband for our anniversary

We had our hotel block at the Hotel Revival for our wedding that took place nearby at the Belvedere. Hotel Revival was INCREDIBLY accommodating for our guests. Their service was tr...
uly outstanding (shout out to Walter at the valet stand)! Honestly, from the moment we arrived, they made our experience special. A bottle of champagne was placed in our room for us to get back to after the wedding, AND we were able to use the entire second floor lounge and lobby area for our after-party, with the help of the lovely receptionists. Such an incredible and memorable experience.
