The suits we chose for our wedding were perfect! We were able to get them on time! And had no issues
I was helped by mrs. Irene , and the help was amazing and I will definitely be coming back for my wedding .
Irene was very helpful. Explaining all the options and the pros and cons. It was my first time renting a tux and I have to say she made it a very easy and positive experience. Pric...
es are great too. Thank you Ms Irene.
Terrible. Staff was unfriendly when we we picking out suits. We waited for a hour to get 1 person of a party of 3, sized properly.
Ordered everything on January 15 for pick up on ...
March 25. PAID IN FULL. Received a call on March 22 that they didn't have the sizes. Instead of offering an apology or another option they just said they couldn't do that order. That left me with an emergency to find 3 tux in 3 days. This company is unprofessional, rude and if I ever see them at another bridal event I will be sure to tell everyone what a terrible company they have and they they treat their paying customers like completely garbage and have no sense of decency for wedding parties. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.
I can't speak for everyone, but we did not have a great experience here. We rented groom party suits from the location on San Pedro. We can leave 2 stars due to Rex's professionali...
sm (he makes it a point to introduce himself, which is very welcoming) and the ability to provide quick alterations if needed.
Our service from this location was terrible! We originally booked our services with an employee (Brittney?), who we loved but unfortunately never saw again. I am unsure if the fault was due to her, but we went through 4 months of miscommunication and confusion from the staff at this location. We started with having the wrong suit color written down, to the wrong number of groomsmen ordered, wrong wedding date listed and ended with not having matching suits. My husband had to call and visit multiple times to ensure the order was correct due to the numerous amounts of errors. Each time we called, we received a rude employee on the phone (Was not Esther but the other lady). Each time we visited, we received new information on our order. This was very frustrating. On pick up day, we were surprised to see that the vest on the suits of the groomsmen where not matching, which we were not going to be informed of but just happened to look. We ended up having to change the vest color to ensure that all of them were matching. Even though my husband paid for all of the suits ahead of time, we continued to get phone calls on a monthly basis about payments due, each time ending with an apology and that they "found it". The day after the wedding, we turned in all suits only to receive a phone call 3 days later that they were missing a suit, which ended in another apology (after 20 minutes) and that they "found it".
This is a great place for suit rentals in a short time period (even same day) however it does not exhibit organization, which is very stressful in weddings. I hope in the future, their paperwork process improves. Each transaction should come with a receipt or contract to ensure EVERYONE is on the same page.
Also very limited on color selection for shirts, ties and shoes.
Looking for a sleek suit at an affordable price?? Look no further! Raymond completely took care of all the details for my groom and his groomsmen. They are a great mom and pop shop...
that have the best variety! We were wanting a navy blue suit but we couldn't find the right color or texture until we stumbled upon Rex's. I am so happy we went with them. I can't wait to see my groom on our wedding day!
Rex made everything so easy for our special day. We went in, made our selections for the groom and our 6 groomsmen and they were so helpful. With all of our groomsmen being spread ...
out all over Texas, it was so easy for them to call in and place the order with our wedding party and then pick up and try on the day before the wedding and drop off the day after. Everything went smoothly thanks to Rex! and the guys looked AMAZING day of
We went to other rental places and the prices were ridiculously high for nothing special. Rex's had variety and took care of everything we needed. They made the fittings easy, and...
relaxed. Everything turned out beautiful.
They helped my husband and the groomsmen through the process very well, although they tried to tax is twice. We had to visit in person to clear it up.
We rented our tuxedos for my wedding from Rex's and everything went pretty well. When we tried on everything some things were a little small but the associate Raymond had everyth...

very tux rented now to Project Graduation at the school where the student is enrolled. Can't say enough good things about REX Formal Wear stores and its people.
Rex was really awesome to work with. They had exactly what we wanted and the exact color and they were very affordable as well. Loved them!
Brides and grooms if you have contracted ot thinking of getting tux here, get away while you can. Seriously big disappointment. My grooms suit was not there when picked up, he wait...
ed 2hrs for it and they has stupid excuses. Grooms suits dirty in several areas and the locations are hot and service absolutly discusting. My serce person was in san pedro location , no answer to phone, other stores had calls and didnt know how to excuse them for them during buisness hours. I could go on but im stressing just thinking about it, so thr only thing to say is please go elsewhere and avoid stress on yur planning and wedding day. From the bride
The entire tux with shoes and all was $99 with the groom's tux free. Unfortunately they did not measure well at all and all the guys had to rush order the correct size tux the day ...
before the wedding.
had a great turnout with tuxedos for my husband and groomsmen. Good price for the tuxedos.
We spent a good hour with the representative when we first went to pick out our tuxedo's for our wedding party months before our wedding. On the day before our wedding the wedding ...
party went to pick up the tuxedo's and they were a different pattern then what we picked. My husband was so upset which was horrible because we were under a huge amount of stress already. Turn out the pattern we picked they no longer have or make instead of making a phone call to us the workers picked a different pattern/different shade. They completely altered the look of our wedding and simply told us there was nothing we could do. Not to mention we ordered 16 tuxedo's from them.
