Was going to just hire all of my vendors sepearly, until learning about the wedding packages. I ended up with the Charleston package. I am so glad I went with them and highly recommend this company if you are looking for an easy and perfect experience.

Andrea was so great to have on our special day. She is amazing at coordinating and made us feel special with nothing to worry about! I highly recommend her services! We were from out of town and had our wedding in Isle of Palms and I couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out!

After researching, I came across Reynolds Treasures and hired them for my wedding day. I went with one of their packages that included an officiant, hair and makeup, photography, floral, and decorations. Andrea made it so easy and kept me calm throughout the process. The team were all so professional and you can tell love what they do. Karen made me look like a supermodel and it shows in my photos. Highly recommend this company.

Andrea and Laura were absolutely incredible to work with. From the day I inquired about their services up until the wedding was over, they were responsive, helpful, and professional. Planning a destination wedding in Charleston during COVID-19 was no easy feat, and the Reynolds Treasures team took all of my worries away. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, I am recommend them to any bride or groom that is looking for that extra help. I can't say enough good things about these ladies!!

Reynolds Treasures did an amazing job with our intimate ceremony. We postponed our reception that was planned for North Carolina but wanted to still get married on our date with our families. They were amazing to work with and made everything seamless. We chose Folly Beach for our ceremony and rain was forecasted all day. The officiant, Andrea, did a great job of having a backup plan (that we didn’t need!), organizing our guests, providing a beautiful ceremony, and making sure all the details were completed. The photographer, Mike, was excellent. Our pictures turned out amazing and we have received so many compliments on them. Working with Reynolds Treasures up to the ceremony was easy and they made sure to remind you of all important details and information regarding marriage license, etc. Thank you so much!

I would definitely recommend Reynolds Treasures. It was extremely easy & helpful especially for a destination wedding. From the officiant, the photographer & flowers! Everything was beautiful and gave a day we will definitely treasure forever! Perfect!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Andrea and her entire team at Reynolds Treasures! This past Saturday, August 22nd they made our dreams come true with a perfect wedding! From the beginning, Andrea made the entire process as easy as possible and answered any/all questions I threw her way. Andrea and her entire team are extremely professional. They will do everything they can to make sure your special day goes as smoothly as possible. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator and team!

Initially we were excited to utilize the services of Reynolds Treasures. They have great reviews on many sites and was recommended to us by a friend. We booked a small elopement ceremony with them in 2019. Since the coronavirus began closing down parks (including the park we were supposed to have our ceremony in), we decided to cancel due to the governor's restrictions on gatherings and the stay-at-home order put in place for certain counties and states, which kept our family members from being able to attend. Our secondary location did not feel comfortable having a large number of people on site and would not allow us to have the ceremony there as planned with this company due to social distancing rules. We were also unable to reschedule the ceremony, as it is more than simply picking a new date and there are many scheduling uncertainties right now given the Groom’s career and the current state of the world. We emailed the company to cancel and asked for our deposit back (the full amount). In our opinion, we felt this was not an unreasonable thing to ask, and thought the company would have been more understanding during this pandemic. Regarding our refund, it took over a week to respond to us (we sent an official request on April 7, and did not hear back. An additional request was sent from a 3rd party a full week later, on April 14 and was not responded to until an additional 2 days after). We felt dejected, as it had only ever taken up to three days for the representative to respond to us. We called the number provided online multiple times on multiple different days, and got no answer each time. This was extremely frustrating for us, especially in a matter such as this. The company refunded a small fraction of the money we paid, and that certainly felt like a slap in the face since the services in question could not/should not have been performed per social distancing recommendations put in place by our government. We paid for a ceremony of up to 6 people (ourselves and 4 guests), an officiant, a photographer, and H&M (which is considered close-contact service and recommended against due to social distancing). Had we continued our ceremony as paid for, we would have been putting ourselves and family members at risk. Had we continued the ceremony without H&M, without a photographer, and without our 4 guests (our parents), we still feel that we should have been refunded at least half of what we paid. In our experience, we are extremely disappointed in the conduct of the company and it is in our opinion that the company’s response during this situation reflects very poorly on their ethics. Ultimately, wish we would have done more research on other wedding planning companies in the area and we now deeply regret choosing this company.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't say enough about Andrea, her team and vendors. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough....then add a pandemic. Reynolds Treasures took ALL of the stress away and went above and beyond to make our special day happen! The professionalism and attention to detail was perfect. I will be referring all of my girlfriends to her.

So I initially tried planning my own wedding and it go stressful, so my friend recommended Reynolds Treasures. I went with their Charleston package and it was so easy. I sent in my inspiration pics for flowers and they were more beautiful that I ever expected. I got to pick out music, my ceremony and just show up and they took care of it for us. Their team is amazing and so friendly. I highly recommend if you don't want all of that planning and less stress.

Andrea and her team at Reynolds Treasures are beyond amazing!! They helped plan our out of town wedding in Charleston (4 month engagement) and gave us the most beautiful wedding we could ever imagine. She was so easy to work with and helped bring our vision to life (even with last minute additions they came up on our end). We chose one of their wedding packages and it was the best idea ever. We decided we didn't want a lavish wedding and went with their elopement package with a few add-ons. Communication was easy throughout the process and the team was amazing. It was simple, yet so easy and exactly what we wanted. Definitely worth the price and highly recommend.

Andrea at Reynolds treasures was amazing for our wedding coordination! We bought the day of services, and it was 100% worth it! She took care of everything starting a few weeks out. Andrea and her team are exceptional. She is quick to respond to every email, all the vendors she referred me to from florist to baker to hair & make-up were outstanding. There are multiple packages for every price range and wedding size. I had a very small wedding as far as Charleston weddings go, but Andrea and her team made me feel like a million dollar bride.

Reynolds Treasures, specifically Andrea and Christina, did an excellent job making the wedding planning process much less stressful. They recommended vendors for all aspects of the wedding. We went with vendors they recommended for everything and were extremely pleased with all of them. Andrea was willing to communicate using various channels, such as email, text, and Skype. She was always willing to answer our many questions and always responded promptly. Her and Christina did an excellent job on the day of the wedding. They took care of everything making our wedding day low stress. Also, I was extremely excited once I found out their go-to bridal hair stylist is also the hair and makeup stylist for some of the stars on Bravo's Southern Charm show. How awesome! I would highly recommend Reynolds Treasures for the professionalism, communication, friendliness, and excellent service. They always put us first and we have nothing but good things to say about them!

They made the entire process so easy. They handled everything. All they needed to know were our colors and if we had any specific requests. All I had to worry about was a dress and accessories. We eloped at Magnolia Plantation. All of her staff were incredible. My hair and makeup were more than perfect and the photographer captures the best pictures. If I was going to do it over again I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything was perfect. Very easy and stress free process.

Michael and I didn't want anything big and expensive for a wedding and this company made everything so easy and inexpensive. Not only was it a beautiful wedding, but we also didn't break the bank. We were able to have everyone we love there, exactly where we wanted to get married, when we wanted to get married. Andrea was so sweet and helpful. She kept in contact with us all the way up until the wedding. The package we bought was perfect. We had a violinist, flowers, chairs, makeup/hair and photography. hair/makeup and photos are very important and I was very happy with all 3. I looked beautiful thanks to UpDos. Also, our photographer was amazing. our pictures were better than I imaged. If we did it all over again, we'd deff go with them. Deff recommend. Beautiful wedding. It was perfect.

Andrea was our Day of Coordinator and she did an incredible job to make our day special. She was incredibly detail oriented and responsive to all of our needs. She started reaching out to our vendors a couple months before the wedding, ensuring she became the primary point of contact, and continued to follow up to make sure everything ran smoothly. She met us earlier in the week to pick up our decorations. On the day of the ceremony she came to the venue early to work with the venue coordinator, set up decorations, and coordinate with the rest of our vendors. She helped us run through the ceremony, helped coordinate our photographer, and stayed through the end of the night for clean up. Most importantly, she anticipated all of our needs-- monitoring the weather to make sure that we could still have our ceremony outside, getting us food/drinks throughout the night, ensuring we were in the right places for dances and toasts, turning down the lights for late night dancing, and beginning to break down decorations early so we could head to the after party. I would recommend Andrea to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator.

Andrea at Reynolds Treasures was wonderful. My paperwork was lost a few months after I booked due to a system glitch, but she took charge and made sure everything was fixed so that our wedding would be perfect. She emailed me periodically to make sure I was on track and to get all of the details. I had a bit of an issue with the makeup artist provided in my package, but Andrea again took control of the situation and made things right. She did a fantastic job of making sure every little detail was perfect and was just what I wanted on our special day. I honestly did not have to worry about a single thing. I recommend Reynolds Treasures to anyone and everyone! You will definitely not be disappointed!!

Reynolds Treasures was amazing. They answered every question throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding everything was perfect. Wonderful experience.

My husband and I wanted to elope for the small, intimate experience. My main goal was to marry the love of my life without the stress of planning a wedding. I contacted several elopement/wedding planning companies in the area and chose Reynolds Treasures based on their reviews. I tried to be flexible with the fact that they weren't returning my calls or emails promptly because it was peak wedding season. When they finally called me back we had a 5 minute discussion about the plantation package and pricing. Penny sent me a link for payment--I payed and didn't hear back from them again for several weeks. At this point I was freaking out about whether the plantation was booked, if my flowers would be ordered in time--basically everything I was promised in the package I paid for that I WOULD NOT have to worry about. They literally reached out to me the day I arrived in Charleston (2 days before my wedding) to tell me they had just used flowers from another order they had processed for a different wedding to make my bouquet. The only thing that saved my elopement from being a nightmare was the amazing person who did my hair, my photographer and the natural beauty of the location itself. Now (almost 3 months later), I am still trying to get them to send me a new marriage keepsake certificate that they offer in their package. We got married July 5th 2016 and when I went to frame the certificate a few weeks back, realized it said we got married November 2016...apparently in the future. $1500+ later, with the experience I had, for a 1 hour elopement--I would not recommend Reynolds Treasures to anyone.

My husband and I eloped to the Charleston area with our family a couple weeks ago. Let me start by saying that Penny went above and beyond the call of duty. I can list countless examples of this, but I will focus on one. When the state of South Carolina was under a foot of water from flooding a month before our wedding, we were devastated to find that our wedding venue cancelled. Penny leapt into action and ended up finding a venue that usually does not host weddings for nearly the same price. It not only made the day extra special, but it really shows the connections she has in the Charleston area. Penny allowed me to be as involved as I wanted/needed – which is good coming from a Type A, need-to-be-in-control personality. But, at the end of the day, we trusted her. We were able to enjoy the wedding ceremony and the reception, and really had no worries all day. We couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

Penny did an amazing job with making sure our beach wedding was perfect. I appreciated how detailed and organized she was and really took the time to make sure we had the ceremony we wanted. Her package options are very affordable and have all the options you really need. We are not from the Charleston area and did most of our communication through email, but I felt confident through the whole process that everything was taken care of. We were very pleased with the services!

Reynolds treasures made our wedding day perfect. They were very helpful and professional. Being that it was a destination wedding I was nervous not being able to see everything in advance but they were very good at providing details and put me in touch with other vendors. We'll definitely be going back to them for our 5 year wedding vow renewal!!!

Jessica was our officiant. We communicated through email and she was absolutely wonderful. We picked out our ceremony and made the changes that we wanted. I had no idea what I was doing, she came in for the rehearsal and took charge, knew exactly what she was doing and was very professional. She made sure I was fine with everything before we moved on to the next point. We had a slight SNAFU the date of the wedding with a miscommunication on start time, so the ceremony started a couple of minutes late. But worse things have happened. Jessica was SUPER apologetic. Overall the service provided was wonderful and I would recommend their services.

Penny Reynolds, owner of Reynolds Treasures, is amazing! Super easy to communicate with both over the phone and via email. Her Facebook page and website offers tons of photographic proof of her services. She is amazingly priced and super helpful in making sure your day is as special as expected! She even came on-site and did a rehearsal BEFORE a wedding WAY across town and DURING a long-weekend vacation with her husband! How kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Penny for any event - day-of planning, civil or religious ceremonies, interracial or same-sex... She does it all and offers packages that include cakes, flowers, photography and more!

Penny had all the bases covered and really took pressure off the event by helping us to personalize our ceremony from day one. She has many creative ceremony ideas. We did the hands ceremony and were able to work with her on the script. It was beautiful and unique to us.

Everything! All we had to do was show up. She was in contact with us up until and after the event. She was available each and every time we needed her to be. I was nervous planning a destination wedding, until I spoke to Penny at Reynolds Treasures! She helped me find the perfect location. Even went to a couple and took some extra photos to email me! I ordered one of her wedding packages, and all I had to do was get my dress for the most part! The wedding ceremony was more than I ever thought it could be! If I could up the rating to 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat!

Penny was absolutely wonderful! From our first conversation to the numerous emails up until the wedding day she was a comfort. Unfortunately we had a little bad weather on the day we planned our beach wedding but Penny was very compassionate and understanding. We was able to change the date and location with no problem. Penny officiated our wedding in Sept, 2012, and we couldn't have been happier! We met her when she did the ceremony for my husband's twin brother's wedding back in May, and loved her immediately. She was very laid back and easy to get along with, and did everything exactly as we wanted it. We wrote our own vows, and she kept them with her beforehand so I wouldn't have to worry about it, and she gave us a folder afterward with all the paperwork we would need to change my name. She even moved away from us during our kiss in our ceremony so that she wouldn't be in those pictures. I never would have thought of doing that or asking her to do that, but it was a really nice touch. Penny was really wonderful, and I highly recommend her.

Penny was great! She helped fill in any holes I may have left. Planning our own wedding, we did not have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. Penny was able to step in and make sure everything was ready to go while I got dressed and enjoyed our day. She was able to help my aprehensive husband write his own beautiful vows (he's not a writer & claims to not be romantic). Everything was perfect, timely, and organized...just what I needed! Penny performed my ceremony for me this past September and I have to say she is the most helpful, flexible, considerate, and thoughtful person. I hired her a year before my date (because I knew I had to have her as my officiant when I met her at a Wedding Festival purely by accident!). That year, she even sent a Christmas card. It was so sweet! She will help you come up with a ceremony that fits the relationship perfectly. She successfully navigated my "complicated" family dynamic without any problems. She even asked me about her attire for the day (something I had NEVER thought to think about). And she never had a problem communicating with me primarily through email since that was most convenient for me. I would definitely recommend Penny Reynolds for anyone looking for someone to not just to make their marriage legal, but to bring heart and personalization to their ceremony (we have had people comment our ceremony constantly since the wedding). If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose Penny again in a heartbeat. =)
