help us plan a micro wedding / celebration so that we can have our cake and eat it too! We also were planning from Ohio which made it that much more intimidating. Becca was absolutely incredible, start to finish. She absolutely understood our vision and was able to curate the most beautiful backyard celebration for our family. Everyone was so impressed with her kindness, professionalism and ability to pivot at a moments notice. Our planned food vendor had closed for the day due to the extreme heat wave and Becca did not even bat an eye at what would've caused panic for anyone else. She helped us quickly place a new order at a local restaurant and our food was still so incredible and plated beautifully just in time! Her eye for tablescape design and details is unmatched, she truly leaves no stone unturned. She even provided her own candles and covered the cost of a misplaced fork rental! I could go on and on. Becca is intelligent, creative, understanding and grounded. I could not have asked for a better planner for our day and would hire her for any event planning needed in the future! She created a beautiful night for my family and I will cherish forever.

Our venue required many rentals and I was worried that I would miss something but Becca handled all of the rental coordination seamlessly. Everything we needed, she made sure we had. Becca and her team were also on site as our day-of coordinator and kept everyone entirely on track. She built a seamless timeline, wrangling all of our vendors and everyone involved. I truly felt like I did not have to stress about a thing on the day of the wedding. Because of Becca, we were able to actually be guests at our own wedding and enjoy the most perfect day! e-based venues and vendors from across the country last fall, while balancing demanding schedules, it became clear that we needed help to bring our vision to life. I found Becca and RGL through The Knot, and after a brief conversation, I was certain she was the one. Becca was immediately very genuine and had such a can-do attitude, encouraging me right away when I shared that I wanted to use a non-traditional wedding venue (something others had discouraged us from doing). We jumped into planning last winter, but soon our lives were derailed by a personal tragedy. We considered delaying our wedding all together, but decided to go through with it, partially because with Becca in our corner and thus felt we had a capable collaborator. When my husband and I struggled to stay on task, Becca, who we hired for design and coordination, gave us easy to follow to-do lists with extremely thoughtful feedback. Becca went above and beyond in making herself available for vendor communication throughout the process. She is an easygoing and kind person, but she is also incredibly business minded and has high standards, making her someone we could turn to and trust during major decisions. She put together a wonderful design layout, working closely with the florist and tailoring everything so thoughtfully to the venue. The space looked spectacular, beyond anything we could’ve dreamed! On the day of the wedding, she and her team worked incredibly hard, and the event went off without a single hitch. The day was TRULY seamless and we were able to completely detach from logistics and stay in the moment—a huge gift after a very difficult year. Becca remained a buoyant and great humored presence throughout. She felt like a friend in attendance. She handled the team of vendors with nothing but kindness and positivity. We miss working with Becca already and cannot reccomend RGL enough!
