he chargers I wanted and couldn't afford elsewhere, I thought I was getting a great deal. When I walked into my reception hall there were flimsy plastic all-gold chargers I saw at the dollar store. They charged me $3 per charger which should've cost $1 to rent at most, and a delivery fee on top of that totaling $1000 for something I could've purchased myself for $200 and thrown out after because that's how cheap they were. On top of that, rather than calling my wedding coordinator, I got 3 phone calls from their delivery guy while I was getting ready for my rehearsal dinner because he couldn't find the large, clearly marked entrance to my venue. They haven't made any attempt to refund me in any way so I'm leaving this review to warn future brides. If you decide to work with this company, just make sure you know what you're getting and if it seems too good to be true, that's because it is.

hout tacking on huge fees. Only downfall- I'd requested a pickup after 2pm and they showed up at 11. Looking over the paperwork again, it didn't have my request on it. So double check your paperwork. We were in the middle of having the day after brunch when they showed up to collect the rentals.

were panicked about the possibility of rain, and they delivered sides for the tent on the afternoon that we called. They were professional and offered a wonderful product. I would recommend working with them for any rental needs.
