Rhodes Family Bakery

For my wedding I used Rhodes Bakery on Holcomb Bridge Road. Greg was extremely helpful when deciding on our design and the pricing was fantastic! My husband and I were even able to come in prior to the wedding and pick up a complimentary top tier of our cake to make sure it was to our liking :) I would highly recommend this family bakery!

Used Rhodes for our groom's cake. The cake came out great jut like my husband wanted and it tasted amazing. His cake was red velvet. The only reason I took away a star is because the original price range they gave us for our cake size and the final price of the cake were very different. And they charged more than they originally quoted us, and his cake was not a complicated design. Overall they were very nice and the cake looked and tasted very good.

Rhode's Bakery made my wedding cake and I couldn't be happier! We wanted a simple three tier cake with different flavors for the different tiers and Rhode's accommodated it at no additional cost. The designs on the cake they helped us to create were fantastic! The cake was the BEST wedding cake i've ever had and I highly recommend them!

My husband and I used Rhodes Bakery on Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta (the sister location of the location on Holcomb Bridge Road) for our wedding cake and groom's cake for our wedding. We had a three-tiered round yellow cake with ivory buttercream icing for our wedding cake that had pretty swirls all over it to give it an vintage feel to match our venue. The groom's cake was chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Both cakes were beautiful and delicious! I purchased toppers for both cakes from Etsy and dropped them off at Rhodes Bakery a few days before our wedding so that they could make sure they would look great with our cakes. Mr. Rhodes delivered both of our cakes and put the toppers on them, thank you so much!

Rhodes Bakery made a beautiful 3 tiered cake with a gorgeous intricate lace design for our wedding. Not only was the cake delicious and moist, the frosting was light and creamy buttercream. Everyone loved it!

My wife and I got married in September 2011 and, after an extensive wedding cake vendor search, happily went with Rhodes Bakery as our vendor. They were WELL within our budget, and gave us quantity and quality that could not be rivaled by any other vendor. Plus, the cake designer was SO EASY and FUN to work with! They were more than able to design the cake to our unique specifications, and the cake was delivered right on time. And most importantly, it was an absolute HIT with all of our guest. Rhodes Bakery is family owned and has been around for MANY decades, with a track record of great quality and customer service. Companies survive that long for a reason, and you will not be disappointed going with them for your big day!

I loved my cake! Rhodes was excellent is working with your budget and providing exactly what you want. I had a photo of a cake that I found on the intent and they were able to make it for me. They were timely, professional and friendly. My cake was beautiful and tasted GREAT,

We fell in love with George and the Staff of Rhodes Bakery. We had a 4 tier cake with strawberry, banana, carrot, and banana/strawberry marbled tiers. He doesn't normally carry the strawberry or banana flavors but he found the recipe and called us back for the tasting and my husband and I could taste the love! They delivered a beautiful moist and delicious wedding cake and EVERYONE loved it! The decorator was also very nice, she helped us create the cake of our dreams!!!

We got our wedding cake and grooms cake here. They were on time at the wedding and looked awesome. We loved dealing with George. Would recommend.

We bought both the wedding cake and the grooms cake. We ordered it a week before the wedding and it was no problem. The wedding cake looked and tasted wonderful and the price was extremely reasonable. The grooms cake was spectacular. I told them I wanted a dungeons and dragons theme and you should have seen the castle,moat,knights, and dragons. Fabulous!!!

When I ordered my cake they had a "stimulus package" where you could get the wedding cake and grooms cake for a low price. I was already having a friend make the grooms cake, so we used the grooms cake here as an extra sheet cake. The cake tasted delicious and it was a great deal!

George and the design team are spectacular! I have used Rhodes Bakery since I was a little girl that is where my birthday cake always came from. They added extra layers of their homemade lemon filling and it was perfect! The design was simply elegant! I even took my flowers in and they matched the color to a “T”. The cake was so super moist! We even ate a piece the next night and it was still delicious! Our extended family is still talking about how wonderful the cake was! We will use their cakes to celebrate our anniversaries and birthdays!
