hat's the sort of person I wanted to shoot my wedding. We were so sure about this decision, he was actually the first solid confirmation we had in our wedding planning process. Ryan is a wizard with his flash. It's never overwhelming and makes the pictures come alive. We weren't looking for a sparkly cheeseball wedding photographer with staged photos (though the group pictures we did came out great). We liked Ryan because we saw a lot of candids in his albums, and he really delivered on that front. He was available when you need him (it helps that he's tall!) but unobtrusive when you're in a moment while still managing to get the shot. We had an amazingly fun wedding, and I really feel like he captured all of it. We had so many amazing pictures available to us that it was excruciating cutting them down to a facebook-digestible amount. And I can't imagine how many didn't make the cut! Ryan was also super easy to work with, making himself available for a meeting whenever we wanted to iron things out. As a photographer, I had a number of ideas about how I wanted the photos delivered, and he was extremely accommodating. Basically, hiring Ryan for the job was a slam-dunk

nning at sunset, we knew our venue would be somewhat dark for photos, so we were looking for someone that had great photos in low light conditions. Ryan's portfolio featured a lot of this and his photos from our wedding did not disappoint. They are truly stunning and captured the evening perfectly! He blended in seamlessly everywhere. He even managed to sneak in for a few shots at just the perfect moment, when I didn't even know he was nearby. As for turn around time, he had shot at a multi-day music festival the week before our wedding and still managed to get our photos back to us very quickly. He continually kept us notified about his progress and made sure we knew when new photos were posted to our site. When he was completely finished with processing and editing we received all of our photos at once through a dropbox link, which was super easy. We were so happy we chose Ryan for our wedding!

d his own creative style to capture beautiful pictures we wouldn't have dreamed of! He is certainly an artist at his craft and is highly skilled - our pictures were downright gorgeous. He had a way of seeing and using really unique lighting and backgrounds and making the colors (and smiles) really pop. We loved how he captured the joy of the day: people dancing and laughing, and small special moments between my husband and I throughout the day. We absolutely recommend him for his truly remarkable work!

He was very kind and accommodating to myself, my bride and our guests. Ryan is always smiling and happy to be doing what he loves to do.
