Bill was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He has a wonderful and entertaining personality. The dance floor was packed all night as Bill played hit after hit!
Bill was great! He played exactly what music we requested and the dance floor was never empty! People didn’t want the night to end! I would highly recommend!
Bill did an amazing job with the ceremony and stayed on track with all of the cues for music and microphones. The jazzy music he played for the cocktail hour and during dinner was ...
exactly the vibe we were going for. However, at times he would pull us aside and ask us questions that we already answered via email and seemed a little frazzled by it. The grand march into the reception not being perfectly planned out seemed to be an issue, we would have preferred someone who was willing to work through this minor kink with us instead of making the situation unnecessarily stressful. The music for the reception started off seeming to only be appeasing to the younger crowd, even younger than us as the bride and groom, and was unlike the song options we had provided to him before our big day. It seemed like he was focused almost entirely only on what our guests had been requesting at the beginning of the reception. This could have been partially our own error as we could have communicated more clearly what we wanted and did not want beforehand. That being said, we also felt he should have been able to read the room in the moment and recognize that the music he was playing didn’t suit much of the crowd. When we approached him to ask him to play something more suitable for the entire crowd he responded “like what?”, and we had to redirect him to the list of songs we gave him prior to our event. He did a very good job with the ceremony however made things a little stressful and didn’t seem to be able to read the crowd when it came to getting everyone out on the dance floor throughout the night.
Bill was great! We had a COVID date change that he was totally kind and flexible with, and from the beginning he was very easy to work with!

ell-- had several people ask if we basically picked the playlist (we didn't haha) because all of the dance songs were so good! The truth is he got very very minimal instruction from us because we were very overwhelmed- it was 100% him. Honestly such a fun DJ, can't recommend enough!
Bill was fantastic to work with for our wedding in November. He met with us multiple times and brought up some great ideas that we were able to use. The uplighting upgrade that we ...
chose transformed the room into a dance party and was absolutely incredible. He allowed us to personalize our night exactly the way we both wanted, and we highly, highly recommend anyone to work with him for their future wedding.
Bill was great! I was initially drawn to him during our intro call because he was so organized and knowledgeable about the logistics of a ceremony and reception. The DJ plays a hug...
e role in keeping things on track throughout the day and I could tell that he takes that job very seriously. He absolutely delivered on that piece. As far as the fun part of the night... our reception was a BLAST. Our dance floor was full all night long and was everything I wanted and more! Bill listened to all of our song/genre suggestions during our planning call and added in his own selections to create the perfect mix for our group. Seriously, we are still getting compliments on how great our DJ was a month later. Definitely recommend!

elpful guidance. The day of our guests loved being able to make requests and absolutely loved the music! We got so many compliments from our guests on the music all night and never had an empty dance floor!! We would highly recommend working with Bill for your event!!

be played at our reception. Day of, he did an amazing job of keeping the reception flowing smoothly as well as keeping people on the dance floor. We got so many compliments on how great the music was and how much fun people had. I could not recommend Rhythm in Motion enough for your wedding DJ.

e of our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner AND reception music and did a great job with it all. His transitions between them all were seamless. The reception music was just what we wanted - he definitely took our requests and preferences into consideration. We would recommend Rhythm in Motion to all of our friends in Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois.
We booked them for a photo booth, very friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. Affordable pricing. Would recommend for any future events.
Rhythm in Motion did such an amazing job at our wedding in December! They played a variety of music that kept the dance floor packed all night. Everyone keeps telling us that they ...
had an amazing time and that the DJ was awesome. We highly recommend them for your wedding!!
Rhythm in Motion was a great company to work with, they had very convenient access to an online profile system, communication back and forth via e-mail was always answered promptly...
, often within 24 hours, and they were willing to work with us on what we wanted, even if it didn’t fall neatly into their pre-existing packages.
Kurt was incredible to work with. In addition to being quite experienced, he is easygoing, knowledgeable and helpful in planning, open to new ideas, and was very open to suggestion. He was excited at the prospect of playing music he was unfamiliar with, and was willing and able to help us think of traditional or popular music which we had overlooked. In addition to his professionalism, he was really personable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. During the reception, he kept events in motion and checked in (though not excessively!) to make sure our vision of the day was being appropriately played out. I would recommend Kurt to anyone who needed a DJ service for any reason whatsoever.
Kurt did an amazing job at our wedding. During our pre-planning he "took charge" and organized a timeline for myself and the vendors. That was something I needed to get done and he...
did it right away for me without being asked. Kurt listened to my opinions and information I gave him. During the reception he even took the time to double check with me on some songs I had put on the "no play list" but people were requesting them. I appreciate that he respected my opinion over everyone else. I noticed during the reception if a large group of people left the dance floor during a song, he would change it up to something else to get everyone back on the dance floor. He also was very helpful with providing his opinion when asked and needed. He was not overbearing in any way, always helpful. Our uplighting was also gorgeous! I had a very stressful wedding planning process and Rhythm in Motion made it easy and enjoyable for me. THANK YOU! :)
We had an awesome experience with Bill as our DJ. He was very prompt, organized, and willing to cater the experience to our exact vision. He helped to keep the timing on track (whi...
ch is amazing on your wedding day with all the goes on) and made sure all equipment was appropriate for the space, mics were in the right place, etc. Most importantly, he helped to keep our dance floor full all night long! Thank you so much, Bill!

han what songs we had formal dances to... but we both love a variety of music and really just put it in Bill's hands to handle! The dance floor was filled the entire night! People are still raving to us about how great it was which is just what we wanted! Bill was able to read the crowd and keep everyone of all ages engaged all night long! I would highly recommend him!

nerations, and was fun and professional. Highly recommend! Also, when you book with Rhythm in Motion you meet the DJ who will be at your wedding from day 1. You don't get assigned a new DJ 30 days out.
Bill was our DJ for our wedding, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to contact, sent reminders about upcoming meetings or paperwork that was due, and was friendly and ...
easygoing. At the wedding, he kept the party going while honoring my no-play list of organized dances, and he played a few songs past midnight to honor the last few requests that came in. I'm very happy Bill was our DJ on our wedding day - the music was so important to me, and he truly did a wonderful job. I would absolutely recommend him and Rhythm in Motion for a wedding or any event.
Bill was recommended to me by a friend, and he did not disappoint! My husband is very particular about music at parties, and typically likes control over all aspects. Bill was tota...
lly respectful of this, and patiently listened to all of our requests and guidance. Our reception was a hit as a result of his awesome DJing -- the dance floor was literally packed all night! Even our older relatives, who we thought may duck out of dancing, were on the floor til the end. I can't thank Bill enough for making our night so much fun, and I would recommend him to anyone! Side note: We were planning on our MKE wedding from NYC, and Bill was super accommodating with this - quick to respond to emails, and set up a few phone calls with us to iron out details. We also loved that he runs his own business, and you get -him- at your wedding, not just some random DJ from a large company who you may never have spoken to before the big day. That personal touch definitely makes all the difference.
Bill was the fun, professional we were looking for. He adhered to the time table we agreed to and the dance floor was full from the moment he started until he ended at the end of ...
the night. The comments we received from so many attendees were that it was the most fun party they had ever been to. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you Bill.

s before our wedding to better get to know us, and once about a month before to finalize everything we wanted on our wedding day. He took down all of our bridal parties names, songs we did and didn't want played and anything else we could think of to make our wedding day a success. When we arrived at our reception he met us outside before we did our entrance and verified everything we wanted to do that night. He played quieter music during our dinner and told us when he was ready to start the party music to get our guests out on the dance floor! The whole night he had people out on the floor, making sure we were all having fun! We had a few drunk guests that kept requesting songs and Kurt knew to verify it with us before he played them because they were songs we did NOT want played!
The whole evening we kept getting told that our DJ was awesome and played great dance music!
I would HIGHLY recommend Rhythm in Motion and Kurt to anybody! The service was well worth the money we paid!
Bill did a GREAT job for our wedding. He kept everything on schedule and made the reception stress free. We got a LOT of compliments on how great the DJ was. He read the crowd and ...
played music that kept everyone dancing. I've heard the same thing from everyone I've talked to since the wedding saying, "I had so much fun at your wedding!" and I know that is largely in part to Bill! I highly recommend him, he was great!!!
Kurt was amazing! We originally had just booked him to play at the reception but ended up having him run the sound system for our ceremony as well. It was amazing. He ensured that ...
anything we didn't want played was not heard until after we left. He kept the energy up even with the small group that we had. It was a very fun night and Kurt did a great job.
Highly recommend! Everyone loved him!

ly kept us all dancing and having a blast! The uplighting looked great and everything was perfect.
Everyone just loved you. They said you were fun and very entertaining. I would recommend you to anyone.
Thanks Again Bill!
We cannot thank you enough for the phenomenal job you did for us. I'm sure our wedding was quite challenging due to the amount of guests present, all the different ethnic tradition...
s and special performances, and the requests for a wide variety of music. Our guests have been raving about what a great time they had and that the dance floor never emptied through the whole wedding reception. We had the time of our lives and you are a huge part of the reason. The reception was suck a success. Thank you!!!
Rhythm in Motion was so great to work with. One of my friends even decided to drop her unreliable DJ and book you.
Thank you.
