the rudest human being in the world and is using scare tactics to keep us from getting our partial refund for services not rendered. Reach out if you want more information, but please do not book with them.
We had a deeply unfortunate experience with Rhythms for our wedding on 6.20.26. So much so that we will be taking them to small claims court to ask for a partial refund on services not rendered. The owner, Nathan, has been unbelievably unprofessional and rude, despite our best efforts to keep things civil. To name just a few of the contractual failings we experienced: only one bar tender showed up for our 115 person wedding. The bar lines were across the room the entire night. We were originally told the 2nd bar tender would arrive later. Then days later found out they "called out sick". The venue does not feel like it was their responsibility to fix that issue. Their staff started clearing "trash" from the tables an hour before the party was to end and threw away people's uneaten food and drinks. Their event planner told us $500 would cover the entire cost of the open bar. The bar tab ran out as soon as the ceremony ended. Myself, the bride and my husband had to pay for our first drinks at our own wedding. Other promised staff did not show up. Our wedding started late due to long bar lines. Their day of coordinator was unbelievably rude. She changed the layout of our wedding, after we had approved very specific things. She changed where the food was placed, which caused nightmare traffic issues with double lines for food and the bar. She also put the food where the dance floor was supposed to be so we were unable to have any dancing. My husband and I did our first dance in front of mountains of pizza boxes. She changed the color of the lights because she didn't think they looked good. She asked me if she could do it, once I arrived, I said no multiple times but she hounded me so hard that I eventually said yes and walked away to go cry in the dressing room. My husband had to go back out and make her change things back. Truly working with Rhythms on this event was a nightmare. And now we will have to take them to court which I'm sure will also be a nightmare. Brides, beware. Do not go here for your wedding.

mooth sailing in my opinion. I had been struggling with the original venue I booked and nothing was going right figuring out all my vendors. Someone suggested Rhythms Event Center to me and I was luckily able to get out of my prior venue to book them. Their staff spent so much time on the phone, in-person and on the day of, making every effort to be sure everything went right. They genuinely cared about my situation and contacted preferred vendors for me too. From then, the experience as a bride that I had dreamed of really began. Amazing venue. My wife and I loved the fact that there was a stage for live entertainment and an outdoor patio. Great custom lighting. Jazmin, our event planner was amazing.
