icture it.. 1 month before your wedding, you have not 1 but 2 trials elsewhere & sadly, it was a disaster. After wasting roughly 6 hours & $300 in trials I was beyond defeated. My biggest concern with wedding day, as if brides don’t have enough to stress about, was my hair!! So being less than 2 weeks out from my wedding, not feeling confident & not having dream wedding hair, you can imagine the pure panic right? Well that is until a heaven sent miracle named Cassandra Broccoli came along. This super talented, booked & busy hair goddess just happened to have a cancellation for my wedding date, this has to be destiny right? So I immediately contact her & she was able to book me last minute. She could have enjoyed her Friday evening off, but no instead she took on a last minute bride without knowing me seeing me or having any idea what she was stepping into. On top of that she had a family emergency in the beginning of the week & still pushed thru & came thru to make miracles happen on my big day! We chatted a bit a few days prior to my day about what I liked and my vision of being “the bride version of Jessica Rabbit”. With no time for a trial, we were both going in blindly. But honey… when I tell you Cassandra did NOT disappoint ! Morning of my wedding, I step outside my hotel room to go get ice, and I see someone walking down the hallway, with a big smile on her face she says excitedly “are you my bride!” I screeched… “are you Cassandra?!” She says “yes!” I give her a huge hug and say I’ll be right back! She heads to my room & I say to my bridesmaid omg the energy I felt exude off of her was so light & happy, I can’t wait for her to do my hair!! I get back into the room and she was so sweet & got right to work, she sat me right in front of the mirror and she even gave me a sneak peak before getting to the front of my hair! It was P E R F E C T I O N! My MOH (also a stylist of 15+ years) says to me how efficient effortless & perfect Cassandra constructed my hair! Everyone in my room could not stop gushing about my hair! There was even another hair stylist that I had for my bridal party who raved to me how Cassandra is the absolute best!! And it wasn’t just lip service either. When I was finished I could have cried, there I was with my gorgeously coiffed hair in awe that it looked so pristine! She also gave me a comb and mini hairspray to keep on me that day. I had makeup next & when I was done I popped my veil in which didn’t even need pinning because Cassandra’s tease she locked in was so strong it held with no issues! My hair was finished by 12:30 my First look was outside on a slightly Windy day at 2:30, we took photos until 4:30 outside, my hair DID NOT MOVE, DID NOT FRIZZ, WAS STUNNING THE WHOLE TIME!!! from my first photo to my last at midnight it was the same as 12:30 when she finished. My curls lasted for the next week! Even brushed out were still gorgeous! Cassandra’s skill & personality were both impeccable & beautiful. She was so sweet so kind. Her work, unmatched! I can’t thank her enough for making my bridal Jessica Rabbit dreams come true!! She is worth every penny & then some!

I tend to come up with a certain vision of what I want in my head and it can get very challenging trying to translate that vision and have someone see what I see. This was something I struggled with with various things in wedding planning, it was hard finding someone who understood what I was looking for when it came to various things (my dress, etc). When I tell you Cassandra NAILED my look on the first try at my trial, she truly did. She made me feel like she truly understood and saw my vision which was HUGE to me. I could tell how much she cared and wanted to make sure it was perfect for me and my big day The day of my wedding, October 8 2022, she was a dream. We all had so much fun getting ready together! Cassandra was punctual and kept a perfect pace for us to be on schedule. Everyone’s hair looked so beautiful. When it was my turn and my wedding hair was complete, I wanted to cry I was so happy. I felt so beautiful - she could not have nailed the look I was going for better. I felt like ME. My hair was perfect all day and night - honestly it looked good all day the next day too 🤣 Cassandra is truly an artist. You can tell she loves her job and business, and bringing peoples bridal visions and dreams to life. I truly could not recommend her more. If you are looking for someone who will listen and understand your vision, who is punctual, communicative and FUN, Cassandra is your girl ❤️

said I should find someone else to do my wedding hair instead of offering alternate solutions or compensation of the trial costs ($100). This happened the month before my wedding. I was extremely uneasy about using her for my wedding but had no other choice 1 month before my wedding. The day of the wedding, she wouldn’t let me look at my hair in the mirror until she was done with the entire style. It ended up being nothing like how I wanted but she had already pinned and hair sprayed everything. I ended up fixing it myself and putting on my veil myself because she left immediately even though she said she’d put my veil on. My hair on my wedding day again frizzed up and looked like a bird’s nest within an hour of her leaving. The way she handled everything and her attitude was the most disappointing and left me in tears the morning of my wedding. I still gave her a tip and she has never reached out to me since

My hair stayed put over many hours during photos outside on the beach and all throughout my three outfit changes, one having to put on a crown and taking it off. It did not budge one bit. Cassandra is an absolute hair magician. I can honestly say I would highly recommend Cassandra over and over again to anyone looking to have Hollywood Glam Waves! She is the best of the best! She takes her time and makes sure every piece of hair was perfect!!!

I will say this: I have never had better hair than I had on my wedding day and rehearsal dinner. I felt like the most beautiful person in the world, thanks to Cassandra! Cassandra is a total professional and is so full of creativity. She came up with my rehearsal dinner look—a “Personality Pony”—and it was so incredibly fab. For my wedding day, we did her signature glam waves. We hired her to stay a few hours for touch ups and I will say we hardly needed it. My hair held and held and held. It was a dream! She was a dream. My mother is also someone who also takes her hair very seriously. Her signature blonde bob is tied to her identity. Katie, Cassandra’s second stylist for the day, said to my mom: “I’ve got you.” Katie gave her the perfect blowout that held up for days. It was perfect! Not only are Cassandra and Katie so talented, so kind and so fun, but they know how to stay on track. They prepared scheduling for us—also to run in conjunction with our makeup team—and they kept us fully on time throughout the day. I am very Type A and grow anxious with scheduling, and everything ran totally smoothly thanks to their leadership. I was so calm day-of because I had the best team by my side day-of. I am so truly grateful for Rhode Island Wedding Hair and I would recommend them to every bride and beyond. They will make you feel like the Queen you are.

schedule my wedding due to covid and literally, my first thought was, maybe Cassandra will be available for my new date, and she was! I booked her no questions asked. I knew she would be the perfect stylist for my big day. I was very particular about what I wanted (an updo) and not every stylist is skilled in this craft like her. I NEVER worried about her executing anything less than perfect. But what I’d really like to say about her is how kind of person she is. She was SO nice to me and truly made me feel important. I feel like the other vendors I spoke with previously were very transactional, and Cassandra really made a point to connect with me & took time to care about what I wanted and more importantly, what looked best on me. This was extremely helpful and really helped me feel my best. She is so cool, calm and collected and also funny! She helped me relax on the day of and she executed PERFECTLY. The day of was even better than my trial. My bridesmaids, LOVED their hair. Everything totally exceeded expectations and they were already very high! I follow a lot of stylists online (and researched all of them) and Cassandra is by far, the MOST talented, the nicest and the BEST wedding hairstylist I’ve ever come across. So thank you Cassandra for being so amazing & making me feel so beautiful and confident!
