unset at our engagement shoot but we ended up with a TON of fog and mist instead, and while I was really bummed at first Riany assured us that it would actually create some amazing, dramatic shots... which it did! Given that weddings are so stressful we felt like she was the perfect person to have by our side, because she made us feel *sooo* comfortable, is incredibly laidback and friendly, and confidently guided us through every shot. All of my bridesmaids raved about her on my wedding day, too, because she made taking photos FUN which is so crucial and it really showed up on everyone's faces in the photos that they were enjoying the process! We are sooo grateful and THRILLED that we had Riany (and her lovely assistant shooter) to capture our big day, and most importantly, the photographs turned out stunning!

Going into it I was nervous because my husband and I can be awkward for lovey photos. Then, to top it off, I pinched a nerve in my neck the week of my wedding and was still quite a bit stiff on our wedding day. I was so nervous to see our photos. I literally could not believe them when I saw them… they looked so natural as opposed to staged, you couldn’t see my stiffness, and the quality was amazing. Most of all, Riany absolutely understood and captured my version. She has the perfect combination of the ability to direct you, while also making you forget she’s there. Our photos are timeless, romantic, and just perfect. Thank you Riany!!

start? First, her photographs are dynamic and so lovely – she succeeded in capturing the atmosphere of our wedding with a playful style that we find so refreshing. We really didn’t want our photos to be too formal or cliché, and we shared some inspiration photos from the web with Riany ahead of our engagement shoot. She was so excited to work with us in trying to give our photos the look we wanted. She clearly invested time into studying the inspiration photos and completely surpassed our expectations, working with several different techniques and styles. Second, Riany is an infectiously joyful person who was nothing but a pleasure to work with. We are not people who normally feel comfortable having our pictures taken, but she made us feel at ease and was just so fun to hang out with. Third, Riany has this magical skill of getting wonderful, intimate photos of the wedding without being intrusive. We of course did some family portraits, and occasionally she asked a group to come together, but for the most part she blended into the party and snapped wonderful photos. She was so attentive to the two of us, making sure that we looked good (for example, gently taking an empty appetizer plate from our hands before taking a picture). Riany is everything you would hope for in a wedding photographer – she was extremely responsive, communicative, and timely in both her photo shoots and in terms of editing the photos. We are thrilled with the set of photos that we got from our wedding. She captured the night perfectly!

She was always super efficient with getting back to me right away. Not only does she communicate in a timely fashion, but she also gets your photos back to you right away. After both our engagement session & our wedding which was this past weekend 12.4.21, she had sneak peek photos for us the very next day. And our whole photoshoot was to us in about 2 weeks tops. For our wedding we also had a videographer and they worked side by side so we'll to make sure to capture the special moments on our wedding day. Riany is just absolutely fabulous, not only is she a talented photographer, but she takes the most stunning pictures. She takes so many natural shots and the editing of the pictures is gorgeous. If you pick a photographer you will be so happy going with Riany she is the best!

She got everything on our shot list and truly listened to our priorities, and sent us over 800 photos in less than 2 weeks! She was also was super organized and had us submit our photos we wanted before hand so that we got them all on the day of. She even helped with communication with the caterer the day of. . From the engagement shoot to the wedding day, she was so easy to talk to and such a pro at coordinating and helping us get the shots we wanted while also enjoying the day. She also has great turnaround times and I loved getting so many sneaks peeks the day after the wedding as the adrenaline was dying down I got to relive some of my favorite parts of the day. Our families loved her and we did too.

After talking with her and looking through her portfolio, we knew we had to have her. We hired her early on, and when she took our engagement photos, we were so impressed with how she made us look. My husband and I are not people who are used to posing for the camera, but somehow Riany made it effortless. She was so easy to work with and made us feel comfortable on our photo shoot. Fast forward a year to our wedding, and we were even more impressed. Riany kept in constant contact with us until the day of and had asked for our requested shots in advance. On the day of, we even had a fiasco where, for the location I picked for our first look, there were two other wedding couples doing first looks and even a wedding ceremony happening. Riany was the first to let me know, and we coordinated a different spot for the first look, which ended up being even better than the original location. Throughout the rest of the day, Riany made us feel relaxed and every pose felt natural and easy. She even helped us coordinate our huge family photos, which was a feat in and of itself. She gave us our sneak peek literally 18 hours after our wedding, while we were on the way back from our hotel. Her turnaround time is AMAZING. She delivered our photos to us 2 weeks later, which is so crazy to me given how many photos she gave us (over 800). All in all, if you're considering Riany for your wedding, you need to get in touch with her and book her immediately. I couldn't have imaged a better photographer for our wedding, and we are so lucky to have found such an amazing photographer and person.

he camera. My husband and I are very camera shy but you would never know it from the pictures she was able to get of us. Every single picture she took was stunning. I am so grateful we hired Riany and have the treasure of her photographs to continue to remember such a special day. Riany was always communicative and was extremely flexible when we had to change our date from April 2021 to August 2021. Any vendor that was flexible, kind and understanding through the pandemic really showed how they conduct business and truly care about their clients. I am already recommending Riany to friends and family!

rom the beginning. When COVID hit and we decided to reschedule our wedding for a micro wedding on a new date, she was great about moving to the new date with us. I was a little nervous about photos since I am camera-shy, but we did our engagement photos with her and she made us feel so at ease with her friendly demeanor. And the photos came back absolutely STUNNING: emotional, warm, dramatic, and beautiful. We got so many compliments on how they looked. Our wedding photos were even more beautiful, and she and her second photographer Danielle were so warm and friendly and down-to-earth that day. They both were so helpful, offering to carry my makeup and things and even joked about being my additional bridesmaids. When the sun got too bright during our wedding ceremony and got in my eyes, Danielle even quickly moved to adjust the window blinds so that I could see. After the wedding, we got so many compliments on how beautiful the photos were, and some of our friends even asked if Riany and Danielle were our friends or friends of the family, since they seemed so friendly and we were so comfortable and at home with them. Riany even took it upon herself to correct the color of my wedding ring in the ring shots when the jewelry store messed up my wedding ring order and I was forced to use the incorrectly colored ring in the wedding ceremony. And our photos came back quickly, exactly by the time promised. We heard so many horror stories about friends of ours not receiving their photos until months after the deadline, and we were so glad that we did not need to worry about that with Riany. In short, we feel so thankful to have had Riany by our side during our wedding and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly photographer who produces stunning photos!

She worked really well with our dog walker we had there to help with our pup and helped us get amazing photos we will cherish forever. Riany was very open to trying anything we wanted but also suggested a few ideas that helped us get great photos. It was hard to pick a photo for the Save the Dates because they were all THAT good.
