The value of the food we got far surpassed the price we paid. #2 Their staff worked their tails off. Their service staff was quick, professional, and accommodating of our guests. #3 My guests have contacted me to tell me how phenomenal the food was. For me this part was so important. I've been to a lot of weddings and all of them I've remembered the food for all the wrong reasons. I wanted my guests to remember the food for the right reasons; Ribline totally succeeded! I can't say enough about how seamless it was working with Ribline's catering staff. We've since recommended them to our place of business who will be using them for future office parties. Thank you Ribline for making my wedding food something special to remember.

Additionally, they were super flexible as we had to limit our guest list due to covid-19 and they allowed us to put our non-refundable deposit towards our rehearsal dinner in order to ensure that we didn't lose out on that money. We have received so many compliments on the food, people LOVED! Our tasting was also a ton of fun and they spent a lot of time with us bringing us sample after sample of the most amazing food options. We wanted it all at our wedding! And the best part was how kind and fun they were to work with. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you!

rtabello mushroom bites topped with feta cheese and a red wine reduction, beach balls, and fresh fruit skewers. For dinner, we arranged for angus tri-tip with fresh salsa and BBQ sauce, BBQ chicken, homemade baked beans, mac and cheese topped with seasoned panko crumbs, farmers market seasonal vegetables, spring mix garden salad, and corn bread. Water, lemonade, iced tea, and coffee were also part of our arrangement. For approximately 8 hours, we had 8 servers and 2 bartenders. Needless to say, the experience was great and the food was delicious. Our initial meeting with Brian at one of the Rib Line locations was great. We had the opportunity to try many items on the menu. He was very patient with explaining each dish. We also got to know why he got into the business and why he loved his job. Over the next few months, we primarily communicated with Krystle, who was also very great. She entertained all of our requests, which was great. The team arrived as scheduled on the day of the wedding and everything went as planned. For anyone looking to hire a caterer for their wedding, we would highly recommend Rib Line!

and honey butter. My only advice is that you should be very specific about what your expectations of them on the day of are. If you want them to rinse dishes, cut cake...etc.
