Our package included engagement photos, unlimited coverage, and the album for a very reasonable price. Patrick was very attentive and really listened to what we wanted.

ng pictures. I am rating on the wedding day experience and the engagement pictures. Make sure you come prepared with exactly what you want. They were not very creative in this aspect and the pictures were subpar.
The photographer was a little stand-offish and unpersonable. If you don't have ideas as to what you want your pictures to look like, he's really good at having ideas... if you have...
your own ideas (especially if they disagree with what he thinks), beware.
The photographs came out beautiful, but the photographer made parts of the day slightly unpleasant. He even went as far as to call the mother of the bride an idiot for putting the groomsmen buttionieres on the "wrong" side.
You need to definitely not be afraid to speak your mind.
Rice Photography is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Patrick is a true professional and great at what he does.

he made sure to touch base with me and get direction, which was sort of nice.;He claimed to be skilled with photojournalistic style, but we got little of this in our final product. He also disappeared periodically during the reception. No idea where he went. There are only a handful of pictures of my mom during the wedding and reception- this was very disappointing. Once he received his full payment he always seemed to be 'out.' I also hear the turnaround time for digital pictures is 2-3 weeks for some photographers, per Patrick it's going to be atleast 6-8 weeks.

at we got every picture that we wanted. The pictures came out great!;It is somewhat difficult to choose pictures for the album. They didn't give us a lot of guidance and/or instructions to pick be able to pick out really great photos for the album. Then, when we met with them to plan the album it took a lot of time because we had to go back and change many of the pictures we had picked out. Whereas, if they had given a little direction from the beginning it would have gone easier. The same was true for our Parent's Albums.
