Rice Village Diamonds

Rice Village Diamonds was wonderful to us! I had my grandmother's wedding ring, but she had lost the diamonds long ago. Gil helped us find the right diamonds to replace the missing ones. He told us right away what we should buy. He explained why we shouldn't settle for lower quality diamonds and didn't try to upsell us on anything fancier. They also refurbished the ring and cleaned it several times in preparation for engagement photos and the wedding itself. These guys are great!

My fiancé and I had an AMAZING experience working with Gil for my engagement ring! I initially visited the store with a friend after my fiancé asked me to start looking and to give him some ideas. As soon as we walked in, Gil greeted us and after a short discussion as to what kind of rings I was interested in, he showed us lots of options. He let us take pictures of the rings I liked and let me try them on. He did a great job of letting us enjoy our girls day and didn’t put any pressure on us. While I were there I fell in love with what is now my ring, so Gil made sure I had pictures and a video of the ring. My initial plan was to find a few styles I liked and then show them the my fiancé and leave the rest up to him, but after I told him about THE ring , we set up an appointment to meet with Gil together. Again, Gil was very welcoming and patient. He showed us the setting that I loved and spent a lot of time explaining diamond quality and what would look good in the setting I chose. He then showed us a variety of diamonds that would work in a range of prices. Again, he was never pushy and really took his time with us. My fiancé went back on his own to purchase the ring about a week later. He said that Gil was again patient and easy to work with. They custom made my setting around the diamond to ensure it would fit perfectly. It took about 2 weeks according to my fiancé, but he said that Gil asked if it needed to be ready by a certain date. After the proposal, I was amazed by how beautiful the ring turned out! I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it and I smile every time I look at my left hand! I’m a veterinarian, so my hands can take a beating, but I’ve had no issues wearing my ring- we picked this particular style because it has a flatter profile, so easier to wear at work. Basically, we had a great experience working with Gil and I have a gorgeous ring!! I would highly recommend Gil and the Rice Village Diamonds! We can’t wait to go back and pick out our wedding bands!

Gil and his team did an amazing job helping me create my custom made engagement ring. He really got to know me and he went to the ends of the earth to find me the perfect pink sapphire. I thought it would be way out of our price range, but he made it happen. If you want to get a great deal and be treated like family every time you walk through the door, give them a try, you won't regret it!!!

Rice Village Diamonds was a fantastic choice for our wedding bands!! We looked at all the "usual" places but never found bands that we liked, because I wanted a yellow gold band with a design but no diamonds, which seemed impossible to find. We stepped inside Rice Village Diamonds once and found the perfect ones! They are so unique and beautifully made. The ladies we worked with were so kind, always remembered us when we came in, and were endlessly patient and knowledgeable. They look fantastic on us! Wonderful place to get your bands.
