efinitely recommend doing a trial because she is amazing at taking feedback and adjusting to give you exactly what you want. My hair and makeup stayed completely flawless from 9 AM until midnight, even through tears and a ton of dancing. I would gladly recommend her to anyone who needs their hair and makeup done in the city. Also, for South Asian brides looking for an artist who can actually match your skin tone, you can completely trust Katya. My skin is really tough to match, but she did it beautifully. She covered everything I wanted covered while keeping it looking totally natural. Her assistant was also incredible and did a phenomenal job on my mom, executing exactly what she envisioned for herself. Katya and her team put in so much hard work with so much grace, warmth, and skill. They are absolute rockstars and I am so so incredibly happy I booked them!

had a photoshoot for which we needed a balance like that, and Katya did a great job :) I must say it was also very efficient, didn't take much time at all because she knew what she was doing. My face is a bit hard to match tone to because of redness, but Katya had no such problem. Here's a little picture below :)

On the wedding day, she and her assistant took care of me, my MIL, and two of my bridesmaids. They were on time and came very prepared. We were done earlier than our anticipated end time and she even came to the venue to do some touch ups before I put my dress on. She made me feel so special and like a true princess.
