Richard and Tara captured my brother's wedding years ago and I was so impressed with how organized they were plus the photos were beautiful; so I booked them for my wedding in August. Best decision ever! Not only are they wonderful people to work with, they are extremely talented. My family members and friends are still raving about our photos. We cannot wait for future milestones as we already know which photographer we are going to choose. Thank you again, R&T for capturing all of the special moments from one of the best days of our lives!

5 stars are just not enough to give Richard and Tara for their amazing work! They have the most contagious personalities and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. They are so flexible - we had to reschedule our engagement shoot many times due to weather and every time they worked with us to reschedule quickly. They are so creative and have such an artistic perspective on photography that you will have a hard time picking which photograph is your favorite! They truly are a power couple that will make all of your photography dreams come true. We got all of our engagement and wedding sneak peeks back almost immediately and our actual photographs back in a timely fashion. I can not say enough good things about Richard and Tara and would pick them again in a heartbeat for any photography needs! Thank you guys for making our wedding day spectacular!

Richard & Tara were so kind, fun, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed having them capture our day. They were familiar with the venue and were able to take some breathtaking shots. Our pictures look incredible and we are so happy we chose them.

Richard & Tara did our wedding day photos and I can not say enough good things about them. They were easy to coordinate with and work with. Wow, where to start. There aren't enough words to describe how AMAZING this duo is!!! We are so lucky and thankful to have had Richard and Tara capture our special day! They made the happiest day of our lives even happier than we could have ever imagined !! Their knowledge of poses looking natural, lighting, and creativity, is absolutely incredible. They are very professional but yet so comfortable and laid back at the same time. I have a complicated family and was worried how we would be able to get the family photos done. Tara made it stress free and was so professional and organized when it came to coordinating my family for the photos, I was so impressed. We got all the family pictures that I wanted and there was no headache or drama at all! I have received SO MANY compliments of how great our engagement and wedding pictures turned out! Richard and Tara are amazing!! They captured our wedding day perfectly!! All the pictures are so wonderful its so hard for me to pick which ones to blow up for our house! They are so easy to talk to and so sweet! They joked and laughed along with us while taking pictures and totally put us at ease! My husband hates taking pictures but they made him feel so comfortable by joking with us that his genuine smile shined right through :) They killed it! We had a very large wedding party and they handled it incredibly, they joked with us and got everyone to smile and look at them when needed! I could go on and on but bottom line is, I would recommend them to anyone, 10/10 hands down!! :) Richard and Tara thank you for everything!!

From the moment we met them Richard and Tara have been so reassuring/easy going and amazing to work with. From the initial meeting, Tara made us feel like good friends more then clients. Working with Rchard & Tara for our October 2017 vineyard wedding was a great experience and our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful! They were wonderful with providing direction for the photos and everyone in our families and wedding party loved working with them. Leading up to the wedding, they were very helpful and accomodative and made everything so easy for us. They were extremely responsive and instrumental in helping us establish a timeline for the day that worked for everyone. We needed one more BIG piece of the puzzle to wrap up our wedding planning, the photographer. We decided to go with Richard and Tara. From the beginning of the planning stages to our staggered-day wedding to them being so accommodating, we knew we made the right choice. We absolutely loved working with Richard and Tara Photography for our wedding this past October 2016 in Baltimore Maryland. It goes without saying, but they were beyond amazing! Not only were they extremely helpful in planning the specific shots and logistics of the day, but they were easy going and integrated seamlessly into our family and wedding party. I loved working with Richard and Tara before and during my wedding. It was wonderful taking engagement pictures with them, it eased both mine and my husbands nerves about professional pictures. They were well prepared and organized and it made everything less stressful. They captured the day perfectly with all the posed pictures to all the candid pictures. Richard and Tara were prepared for the rain with umbrellas and were still able to capture beautiful outside pictures. I could not be more pleased with the quality and quantity of pictures that I received from the wedding.

My husband and I have worked with Richard and Tara for many years. Ironically enough, his family as well as my family have used them for various occasions and therefore it was no question when we asked them to come and photograph our wedding in Mexico. We felt a weight lifted off of our shoulders knowing that they were there to capture our special moment. They are fun to work with and very professional ! Richard and Tara were easily the best vendor we worked with during our wedding process. They made us very comfortable (at least for me I am not a huge fan of standing in front of a camera) and do INCREDIBLE work. We used Richard and Tara photography for our 2015 same-sex wedding. Words cannot even express the magic they created through the medium of photography! Let me first say Richard and Tara are a pleasure to work with as they have new ideas and look at the industry with eager eyes. You can truly tell they LOVE what they do. Their passion for their work comes through in their photography. From beginning to end their professionalism was top notch. Tara answers questions and calms concerns in minutes. Literally her response time is lightning fast. That is really important especially when dealing with two brides! We loved the fact that we got two photographers for our wedding. We were able to get shots at different angles that you would not be able to achieve with just one photographer. The way Richard and Tara work is so natural. I have had professional photographers take my picture many times, for many different types of events. By the end of the night I would always be so “over it” between the constant tweaking or shots and positioning, other photographers turns your night into a puppet show, rather than an enjoying evening. Richard and Tara got all the shots we could have ever imagined and they did this all while feeling like friends of the family. Now that we are on the other side of the wedding I am glad we went with such professionals. A wedding goes by in the blink of an eye and as cliché as it sounds you will NOT remember everything, and your pictures will last as your memories. There are things you miss, things you forget, and things you never even knew happened. Professional pictures are the key to remembering your special night. The pictures take your event and turn it into a beautiful story. We have almost one thousand pictures and I can honestly say we love every single one of them. Each is better than the last. The pictures Richard and Tara have given are gorgeous works of art that we will always treasure. Richard and Tara are the best photographers in town!! They were very flexible on our wedding day (we had lots of rain) and even helped us decide where to stand for our ceremony when we had to relocate due to weather. The pictures took our breath away and captured our intimate ceremony perfectly. They did not give us generic photos but took the time to get to know us and make the pictures ours. We really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend their services!

Richard and Tara were great to work with. They are true professionals and so easy to get along with. We used them because they did our cousins wedding last year and their pictures were amazing. They are now doing another cousins wedding next year because they are so great! I would highly recommend them!

Richard and his wife Tara were the photographers at my wedding and they were amazing. They were so friendly, and always in the right spot, but never in the way. The pictures turned out wonderful, we are having a hard time picking our favorites because we love them all. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

I don't think I could say enough good things about Richard and Helen. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and reception, and it absolutely poured down rain the entire evening. They adjusted to the indoor setup quickly, and still got our requested pictures done. They even stayed after the reception to take pictures outdoors in the rain (we really wanted outdoor pictures with our venue as the backdrop). They offer very reasonable package price options (there are less expensive options than the package we ultimately went with). We haven't gotten our wedding pictures back yet, but I have no doubt they will be amazing (our engagement shoot photos were)! Overall, extremely professional, patient and they're really great at what they do.

I absolutely loved this husband & wife team! Tara did all the communication leading up to the wedding and was very responsive, accommodating, professional, and helpful in working with us to get what we wanted. They created a detailed timeline in order to get all the pictures we wanted and kept track of specific shots I wanted throughout the day. Very easy to plan with leading up to wedding day. Engagement photos are free. They print one and display at your wedding. The final product is absolutely gorgeous. They took over 1,500 photos on wedding day, created a schedule beforehand to make sure no shots were missed. Artistic and original photos, really capture the feel of the day.

I was Maid of Honor in a wedding that Richard and his lovely wife shot earlier this year. What I found most memorable about working with them was their laid-back demeanor; they came to the venue and immediately got to work, always staying under the radar and out of the way. No scrambling to grab shots, no frantic bossing of the bridal party, but totally calm, collected, in control, and incredibly pleasant. These are just the type of people you want following you around on your wedding day. Their work speaks for itself, but not everyone with the artistic and technical know-how is as easy-going and delightful. Their great sense of humor is a bonus.

Richard did a great job at our wedding. He was super nice, flexible and relaxed. He did a great job dealing with 10 people moving in different directions. Our pictures are beautiful and I cant wait to see the photo book. We have a ton of pictures and they are the perfect mix of traditional, modern and artsy. There is not enough praise that I can give to Richard and Tara Veytsman. They truly captured the our magical day. They were punctual, flexible, professional, kind, inspiring, and fun! They were the highest quality work and the most reasonably priced. The option to get ALL of our pictures on CD was wonderful!! They made our engagement session relaxed and enjoyable...and we were able to choose anywhere to have it. They captured the essence of our wedding day in a way that I cannot describe. I look at our pictures and still get tears in my eyes...my husband and I plan on using them for all future events and family portraits and highly recommend them for any and all events!!
