And when we kept pressing the issue both the lady and Richard, who is the owner, we're very rude and condescending to both me and my husband. Do not go to this Jeweler. We were looking for somebody trustworthy and who does good work. We just moved here, and thought we would try a small task to see how this Jeweler is. Not a good experience

free cleanings whenever we'd like and has offered us great deals on our past purchases and future purchases with him. He has a large variety of rings and also sells other fine jewelry. Overall a great experience working with him and his staff.
