Richard Dolgin Private Jeweler

I had a custom engagement ring made at another jeweler and the work left something to be desired. We brought the ring into Richard and he and his jeweler were able to correct the settings and made my ring right. We should have come here in the first place. Since then we have worked with Richard on a number of custom projects as well as getting some beautiful antique pieces. I would not go anywhere else and I highly recommend this jeweler!!

Richard is so friendly, he provides a level of customer service you won’t find anywhere else, and the ability to design spectacular custom pieces of jewelry. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Richard as he walked me through the process step-by-step. From start to finish, he was patient, thoughtful, creative, and directive in making sure I was getting exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend Richard for all of your jewelry needs!

Stay away! The lady who was supposed to solder just 2 diamond bands on to the top and bottom on my wedding ring put them on sideways ! They are off center with my wedding ring center stone. They are also now on the side of my finger. What's worse is when we confronted them with the mistake they made, they initially denied it. And when we kept pressing the issue both the lady and Richard, who is the owner, we're very rude and condescending to both me and my husband. Do not go to this Jeweler. We were looking for somebody trustworthy and who does good work. We just moved here, and thought we would try a small task to see how this Jeweler is. Not a good experience

Richard is very nice and helpful. He helped my husband and me find rings that we pictured for ourselves that were within our price range. He encourages us to bring in our rings for free cleanings whenever we'd like and has offered us great deals on our past purchases and future purchases with him. He has a large variety of rings and also sells other fine jewelry. Overall a great experience working with him and his staff.
