Richie Hart and his staff were wonderful! Richie is warm and friendly and very attentive (and genuine!) We were so lucky to find them. The MC at our wedding with Chris "CoCo"; he was exceptional! More than willing to work with us on our music choices, to help make our wedding everything we imagined! DJ Kool held it down! A complete honor to work with everyone there! We have received nothing but positive feedback from our guests!

Very professional and punctual. We had our wedding music and entertainment provided by Richie Hart and it was just phenomenal from the ceremony to the reception (at the Crescent Beach Club on 9/12). We have received so many fantastic comments about it.

Richie Hart and his team are the most amazing group of entertainers!! I know Richie personally, and always loved him as a person and friend, but as a client, just WOW!! Him and his team, had the whole wedding on the dance floor the whole night! I had a DJ/band hybrid, and each individual was amazing. My guests are still raving about the music, MC (Brian Miller aka Two Nice), Musicians, and just all over energy of the party. People didn't even eat dinner because it was just so fun. I 100% recommend Richie Hart - so fun but classy. <3 them!

We hired Richie Hart Events to DJ our ceremony, cocktail hour, and perform/DJ at the reception. Working with the team was a seamless process - we selected all the music and talked through creation of the timeline before the day. Richie & Debbie even spoke with my venue multiple times to ensure our setup was exactly what we wanted! The DJ/Band Hybrid (MC, DJ, sax player/vocalist, and percussionist) elevated our party and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! We also had the team bring "club lighting" which was better than I had imagined. Music was a priority for us, and Richie Hart Events delivered above and beyond.

We booked Richie Hart Events for our wedding on 12.12.21 as they are a preferred vendor for Harbor Club at Prime. We met with Richie Hart before we booked and especially liked that he was very familiar with our venue and immediately picked up on our music style. (We love popular music and Michael Buble). We chose to have a keyboardist (Tom) and sax player (Danny) for the cocktail hr. Tom played keys AND sang during the cocktail hr. For the reception, Danny played the sax AND sang along with music from Cecil, the DJ. Danny also was the emcee. The combination of the keys and sax during cocktail hr and the sax and DJ during the reception was perfect. The team made sure that they played all our music requests and also made sure to play special requests from our guests. Would definitely recommend Richie Hart Events for weddings and other occasions.

The dance floor was never empty!! My daughter had very specific requests for music and they worked all of them into their set without missing a beat.

Richie and his team were AMAZING. We did a hybrid of DJ/ band and people only left the dance floor when asked to sit for dinner and the cake cutting. We got so many compliments about our entertainment. The lighting and photo booth were also an added hit. Could not recommend Richie and his team enough- USE THEM!!!!

Richie Hart and his team DELIVERED! We did a hybrid setup for our wedding, including an MC, singer, percussionist, and saxophone player…and, just, wow! The party was non-stop!!! I wish I could recall the names of everyone who worked our wedding because they were top notch!!! Working with Richie was stress free and easy, I never his doubted his talents and therefore, trusted his team would not disappoint. I never left the dance floor on my wedding day and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you Richie!

We came across Richie Hart services through a recommendation from somebody else. I am a Latina and my husband is American, so we needed our wedding music to have a good mix of both our cultures. I explained this to Richie on our initial phone call and he said he had the perfect guy who completely understood my culture. He was right! He put us in contact with DJ Eddie! We also decided to have a percussionist for the reception. He put us in contact with John Ward. Best decision my husband and I made. They were both sooo amazing! They had everybody at our wedding dancing ALL NIGHT LONG! And I mean all night long, from all backgrounds and all ages, everybody was dancing. Eddie and John made our wedding so special and fun, everybody was playing with John (who, by the way, is an amazing salsa dancer). Eddie kept the beat going the whole time with minimal announcements, which is what we wanted. It did not feel like they were working, they were a part of it all and were having as much fun as everybody else on the party, which was a nice feeling for us. It was just perfect, Richie made sure to check in with us and made sure everything went well and all things considered we thought the pricing of it all was very fair. The next day, my husband and I said the music services was probably the best money we spent on the wedding preparations. A day I will never forget and Eddie and John are a big part of that. Thanks Richie for such excellent service.

I came across Richie Hart Events when I was desperately looking for my upcoming wedding entertainment. After I watched their videos, I knew exactly Richie Hart Events would not disappoint me. Richie Hart is one of the nicest person I worked with. Richie Hart Events had an amazing DJ, MC and a saxophonist who performed so well at my wedding I was getting a lot of compliments from my guests. We hired Richie Hart and DJ Loyal for our micro wedding in April 2021. To say that Richie Hart Events is amazing is a major understatement. We had to change our original wedding plans to accommodate the NY State guidelines and we were worried about being able to find a DJ at the last minute. We called Richie and he was unbelievably kind and helpful. He reassured us immediately and was able to schedule DJ Loyal to work at our wedding. DJ Loyal kept the party going the entire time and kept everyone on the dance floor! We will be working with Richie Hart Events for our larger October reception as well and I am so excited to plan the event because he was so easy to work with. Thank you, Richie!

We booked with Richie Hart for our DJ and photo booth for our wedding and so happy we did! Izzy was our DJ great energy and all solid music choices!! Would definitely recommend!

BRIAN MILLER IS THE BEST MC EVER!!!! Richie Hart events has a highly trained up to date DJ company. We were so grateful they got to do our wedding. People are still raving about it! The dance floor was poppin’ And never once was there a boring song. They had our wedding become one for the books! Amazing and highly recommend.

The only imperfect part of our perfect day. Buyer beware! About 36 hours before my wedding I received an email telling me I had to send them an additional $200 for the event. I had previously discussed schedule and even produced an exact timeline of the event. I got an email 3 days prior saying we were totally good-to-go on all logistics. It was an attempt at extortion. I denied it--- its not like $200 in the grand scheme of a wedding is a big deal, but I think that’s exactly why the felt so cavalier to demand it. I had paid in-full along with the initial contract and did not take a payment option instead. This was NOT about the money. When I said no- that it was completely inappropriate- I was told I had to ‘speak to Richie then.’ They were threatening to pull out (conveniently) with no time to find a replacement. When I spoke to Richie I explained that if the cocktail hour (that was in every single email we exchanged prior) somehow warranted $200 more I could use house music for that time. He said that’s what people often due which was why there was a mixup. He said they would do the event because they are such professionals but I would need to “take care of the DJ” because this $200 was “directly out of his pocket, not mine.” Essentially he inferred I would be a scumbag to not give $200 cash in place of sending him an authorization. In setting up the event you have to submit forms to plan out the day. Our set up was extremely simple with minimal announcements. The intro involved announcing only us and not the entire wedding party but the chosen song was not played. We provided a list of 6 songs for the entire event…. They played back to back immediately following the first dance- no mix at all. Shady AND inadequate--- They were pretty cheap, but Id suggest paying extra for a better vendor.

The audience raved about his many talents, and the mood he created throughout was sensational. The music selections were perfect and the audience loved his foreground and background presence. Anthony as DJ followed our playlist perfectly and knew how to change up the music to both energize and entrance the guests. Guests of every age enjoyed hearing their favorite selections. All the entertainers were just wonderful. Geronimo the Motivator was the star... he skillfully engaged the guests, created enthusiasm and energy for the dances, and encouraged participation and spirited dancing for everyone. David commented that three women arrived with canes but Geronimo had all three up dancing on the dance floor before the event was over!!! That’s one for the record books!!!! Richie, we can’t thank you and Jill enough for your ability to understand our vision, and for your professional acumen to make it happen for us. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of your professional services. It was just perfect. And Richie, we are very grateful that you came and managed the Opening events at The Hospitality Hour and the Ceremony. That was very thoughtful and professional, and your personal attention calmed my nerves which set the tone for thoroughly enjoying my wedding day and for which I will be forever grateful. Everything was perfect and is very much appreciated. We also used Metro Florist you recommended in Great Neck and we were very pleased. The centerpieces were elegant and moderately priced. The bakery was St Honore in Port Washington, and the cake was delicious and beautiful. In closing, bravo to you both for an outstanding musical event. We want to thank Richie Hart and Debbie Hart from the bottom of OUR harts ;). One of the memorable things my husband loved most about Richie is that immediately after the ceremony, Richie was right there to congratulate us with such enthusiasm. His energy is simply unmatched. I have never seen him without a huge smile on his face and you can just tell how unbelievably passionate he is about what he does. We knew that his band and DJ would be amazing, but they exceeded our expectations and absolutely blew us away. Their band is the best I have ever seen in my life. Their singers and musicians are so incredibly talented and are able to engage the crowd. The dance floor was packed all night. If I had to describe this company in one word, it would be charismatic. They are all so cool and down to earth and have a charm and energy that made the wedding so much fun. Their string quartet played so beautifully and their drummer was just having the time of his life!!! We are in awe at the delivery of their performance and we are just so grateful we found and chose Richie Hart. From Day 1 we felt like we were hanging out with friends instead of doing a business transaction, and that was a big part of what made the process so easy and effortless. And if you are looking for the best coordinator in the business, look no further than Debbie Hart. Even if you don’t need a coordinator, take her. She’s worth every single dime. Debbie has such a good eye and knows how to put together the most incredible and memorable party. She made all my dreams come true and was always easily reachable. She came with me to wedding vendors and helped me with nearly every aspect of the day. She coordinated the day so well and made siren everything ran smoothly. I didn’t have one worry or concern because it speaks volumes when you walk into a room with Debbie and literally everyone knows, loves, and respects her. She worked so hard for me and even helped fix my dress and hair. Her assistant Donne went above and beyond for us and she is one of the best parts of the entire wedding for us. We love you guys so much and if I could give you 10 million stars, I would, because you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the best night ever. This team did such an AMAZING job at bringing the energy. Our family and friends were dancing the entire night, and were talking about this company after the fact with how great they were. This team truly made our night memorable forever. Thank you thank you!

We got married at the Garden City Hotel and are so happy that we chose Richie Hart to provide our music and entertainment. We combined a DJ with an MC and live percussionist and saxophone player (this combo worked great) and our guests still rave about how incredible they were. We wanted our wedding to have a party vibe with people spending more time on the dance floor than at their tables. After just one conversation with Richie, we were convinced that he would be the perfect guy to keep our guests partying all night. He was both professional and genuinely excited about being a part of our wedding. As promised, Richie and his musicians were fun, energetic, and interactive with our guests, keeping everyone on the dance floor the entire night (bringing out bongos for people to play was a big hit). Richie Hart was absolutely incredible! They exceeded all of my expectations and beyond. Every single one of my guests had an incredible time and kept raving about the music and the entire set-up. If you hire Richie Hart Events, be prepared for a personalized experience you will never forget. We utilized the fantastic planning services of Debbie Hart, who not only kept me and my mother semi-sane through the process and the event itself, but help us plan every last detail of the day. Debbie is absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with and will be as hands on as you need her to be without ever letting you feel like you have no control or say over your event. Her experience and knowledge is part of the reason people are still talking about our wedding over two months out! When owner, Richie Hart, gets involved in your event, he gets completely immersed and strives to give you everything you dreamed of and more. Sometimes he can get a little overexcited and over the top and you need to rein him in, but that is just because he gets excited and wants to do more for you. Richie provided the lighting, photo booth, booked the entertainment for the evening, and also provided some decoration items that made our event unique and unforgettable. These two are quite a pair and when they are working on your event, there is no stopping them. Would never dream of doing this all over again without them by our side.

When looking for music for my wedding, the name that kept coming up was Richie Hart Events. I totally understand why! My husband and I wanted a fun, lively, but sophisticated wedding reception, we didn't know if this was possible with a DJ. However, RHE provided us with music & entertainment unlike anything I've ever seen at a wedding. The DJ was AWESOME, no one ever left the dance floor!!! The MC was personable & motivating yet understated. The added touch of live musicians created just the perfect elegance .We also had Up-lighting around the room and lighting towers in which I thought put the finishing touches for our beautiful Fall wedding. Their attention to detail & professionalism was beyond our expectation! I highly recommend Richie Hart Events to any bride!

We used Rh Entertainment for our DJ and lighting and words cannot explain how spectacular they were! We first met with the owner Ritchie who helped us with what we wanted (we wanted high energy, dance music, with minimal slow songs, and some italian thrown in)and after explaining the type of affair we were looking to have he suggested who out of his crew to use. Well, let me tell you how on point they were! Dino was our MC and our DJ was TOny (who has done weddings on WETV's platinum weddings) They were everything we wanted and more!! There was absolutely NEVER any empty space on the dance floor the entire evening! Everyone is still talking about how amazing they were! They made our wedding everything we envisioned and more! WOrds cannot explain how happy we were with using them! THey made our wedding a huge hit with all our friends and family! we cant wait for the next party we have just so we can use them agaiN!!! I cant forget the lighting either, it was a must on my list and it was worth every penny, the entire room was lit up in purple and exactly the atmosphere I wanted. **HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!**
