Rick’s bakery did an amazing job with our wedding cake! The cake was delicious and they made it look exactly like our inspiration picture. They were also very easy to work with! I ...
would highly recommend booking them!
Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous and our son’s cake and cupcakes were amazing!!!
And the taste and moistness of our desserts were spot on!!
Our cake was supposed to be delivered between 1-2pm, it did not show up until 4:30pm and they did not communicate that it would be late/did not answer phones when we called. The ca...

rts, and so do I. Highly recommend them for anyone getting married!
I would not recommend Rick's Bakery for wedding cakes. From the beginning, communication was a huge issue, and unfortunately, things only got worse from there. On my wedding day, I...
looked downstairs and was horrified to see that my cakes were all incorrect. I had ordered four two-tier heart cakes with short phrases. Two of them were supposed to be white with burnt orange piping and writing, and the other two were to be white with dark green piping and writing to match my color palette. Instead, the cakes were decorated in peach and lime green—nothing like what I had requested.
To make matters even worse, we paid in full with a check that took over two months to cash, despite numerous calls to their wedding department asking when it would be deposited. When we brought the mistake to their attention, they refused to reimburse us, despite the fact that the check had still not been cashed. Instead, they offered a gift card to their store, but even that didn’t cover the amount we originally paid.
On a positive note, our cutting cake was simple and gorgeous, and despite all the heart cakes being the wrong color, the flavor was good. However, after spending so much on cakes that were made incorrectly, I can’t overlook the poor service. Why would I want to return? The entire experience was a nightmare, and I’m incredibly let down by their lack of professionalism. I would not trust Rick's Bakery for any special occasion cakes.
Rick’s barkery took great care of our needs to make the wedding cake special.

at cake so much that we only had a little left!! We got sheet cakes in addition to the two tier cake, and it was much more affordable than I anticipated! Kayla was an awesome help, and she helped after the meeting when I was uncertain about a detail. Everything was so easy & yummy!
Great experience with the cake tasting through the planning. Was able to customize the cake flavor with the bottom tier being vanilla cake with caramel apple filling. The only conc...
ern we had was the cake was delivered rather early and the humidity of the venue (inside/outside venue) caused the cake topper to not be able to stay on and the cake started to droop on the side of the topper. Everyone raved about how delicious the cake was. We look forward to going back for our 1 year anniversary cake. You can't go wrong with Rick's.
We had the almond cake with amaretto frosting from Rick’s bakery. They were great to work with and made our cake gorgeous (not to mention delicious)! Also included in the wedding c...

Our cake and all the desserts were delicious! We got everything we wanted and it looked amazing.
We had a Rick’s Bakery cake, so of course it tasted magnificent!! Our contact was very helpful and created a cake that was exactly what we envisioned!!
Rick's Bakery was awesome to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted, but they showed us different options of cakes they had done in the past and completely changed our minds. Th...
ey other thing I loved was they made great Gluten Free options. I have a gluten allergy so it was important for us to find a bakery who could make a cake or cupcakes gluten free so I could still participate in the day! If you are like me I highly recommend Rick's GF cakes they were delicious and I don't think our guest even knew the difference.
SOOOO, we did our taste testing during Covid- this posed a difficult task considering everything had just begun to open up. Rick's was ready with a plan. Ricks had our tasking requ...
est ready and bagged up for us to take in the car. We loved the variety of fillings and cake combinations. We settled on the white chocolate cake with alternating layers of raspberry and blueberry filling. At the wedding the cake was a huge hit. Rick's matched our inspiration photos perfectly and they were on point with the delivery time. Several guest including our wedding planner told us that this was the most moist cake they had ever tasted from Rick's-our wedding planner was surprised to hear that the cake was the white chocolate option- she / other guest expressed this was an amazing cake! I would 100% recommend Rick's- they were wonderful
When I was in college I had the privilege of working at Ricks Bakery, so it was only natural that I wanted my wedding cake to come from there!

ful and intricate cakes, and I have seen Ricks create thousands of them. But we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful and tasty ours were! I wanted a simple cake with light icing, and a white chocolate drip. Ricks truly delivered! We had powdered sugar donuts placed all over, and it was a huge hit with our guests. The grooms cake was a fish jumping out of the water, getting grabbed by a hook...Ricks created this vision beyond measure! Our guests (and my now husband) were absolutely mesmerized by this cake.
We had ordered cake for about 150 people, thinking we would give our 300 guests an option of cake or tiramisu. When COVID hit, we had to drop our guest list to 50.
On the bright side, I was looking forward to lots of extra wedding cake. But the next day when I went to pick it up from my parents house, the only thing left was our topper I had specifically asked to save! Our guests loved the cake so much they actually took extra home with them. We could not have asked for more from Ricks. If you get the chance to use them for your wedding, absolutely do! They do not disappoint.
From the tasting to the delivery of our cake everything went great!
Their wedding team was great with communication and making sure that everything was just as we wanted it.

Our cake was delicious and beautiful. We heard Rick's was the best cake in AR and they did not disappoint. The team created a cake that was EXACTLY what we wanted. Thank you!

Best cake I’ve ever had. I don’t like wedding cake and I ate probably half the cake myself. I loved that they let me design every single detail of our cake. Each tier had a differe...
nt flavor and icing and they were all AMAZING! They bring it at the right time, give you boxes to take left overs and give you a cutting guide to cut it after photos. I will now be driving to them for all my cake needs in the future. Worth every penny!

very to the reception venue as it sat on top of a very steep hill. We expressed our concerns at our first meeting with Rick's Bakery and they went to the venue to see for themselves and even drove up the hill to ensure they could properly deliver the cake!! That is next level customer service! Everyone at the reception raved about our wedding cake, it seriously was perfect! Some of our guests loved our cake so much that they went to the bakery the next day to buy mini cakes to take home! There's no doubt that Rick's helped make our day perfect and marvelous. Go try it out for yourself and see!
Amazing cake!! Even our guests were raving about it!
We worked with Katie to order a small wedding cake for us to cut and a dessert bar for our guests with cookies, brownies, and cupcakes! The cake was beautiful and delicious! I want...
ed a "naked" cake with some berries and Rick's delivered! The dessert bar was a huge hit with our guests! We over-ordered on desserts, which was a great decision because guests were walking away with one of each dessert on their plates! At the end of the night we only had 2 brownies, 1 cupcake, and a handful of cookies leftover. If that's not a shining endorsement, I don't know what is! Thanks Rick's!
Tastiest cake ever. VERY reasonably priced and the cake was phenomenal and looked great - exactly what we wanted. They were very easy to work with, too. Highly recommend - all thei...
r baked goods are delicious. We also got key lime pies and donuts from Rick's for our wedding in place of traditional groom's cake. So yummy!
Our cake was delivered on time and was exactly what we asked for- perfect and delicious!
From the initial phone conversation to the in person consulting appointment, Lindsay was amazing to work with and very insightful as to our budget and various options we could have...
our both our wedding and groom's cakes. The resulting cakes were more than we could imagine and absolutely delicious. There was not much cake left over at all (because the kids devoured the groom's cake and chocolate covered strawberries!), but there was more than enough for everyone at the wedding reception. Couldn't have picked a better bakery and would recommend them to anyone in the Springdale area.
Lindsey, the wedding coordinator, was so great to work with! Our cake and groom’s cake were exactly what we wanted. We met up with her and got samples of the cakes (that were all s...
o delicious!). You can pick a different flavor for each layer for no extra charge. They also provide a box for the top layer if you choose to save it. The price was very good for how tasty and beautiful the cakes were. Our venue was in Fayetteville so we had free delivery. They only require a $50 deposit and it goes towards the total of the cake amount. We love Rick’s and we are so happy we chose them for our special day!
Rick’s and a fabulous job with our wedding and groom’s cake! Our cakes looked exactly how we described to them! They dropped off promptly for our rehearsal and wedding day. We rece...

to my questions, professional, and friendly. If you are having an afternoon reception and don't want to serve a large meal, I strongly recommend their catering. Their sandwiches looked & tasted great- we had many guests go back for seconds! :) Their cake is also outstanding, and they have options for every budget, too. Thank you, Rick's Bakery!
Not only were my cakes beautiful - they were delicious! Our guests gushed about how great they were. Lindsey was very easy to work with to make sure the cakes were exactly what we ...
wanted!
I couldn't have been happier with our cake! It was so delicious that I insisted on eating at least half of the top that was supposed to be saved for our first anniversary (I didn'...
t get a full piece at the wedding. It was so good the guests demolished it so I would suggest asking someone to save a couple of slices for you!). Our appointment to taste test and design the cake was scheduled to be an hour long but I think it may have only taken us 30min. We quickly chose the chocolate with alternating layers of chocolate mousse and chocolate mocha filling. We didn't get a traditional topper and chose to decorate it with fresh flowers instead. I delivered the flowers to Rick's the day before my wedding and asked for someone to "just put them on there however it looks pretty" and they really did it. The wedding cake is a pretty big deal to me and this cake was like a dream.
Our cake was beautiful and tasted amazing just like we knew it would! It was extremely comforting how they communicated with us. The man that delivered the cake was very helpful an...
d even though we had to do a lot of adjusting and shifting to get the cake in a refrigerated area he still tried to decline our tip. I would definitely recommend Rick’s to anyone for their wedding.

ea! They created a cake that was exactly what I wanted, and had so many flavors to choose from, which was fun to pick! I have people STILL asking where I got the cake and what the flavors were. Also, instead of saving the top layer and freezing it to have for the first anniversary (freezer burned) they will make a replica layer for your first anniversary! So happy with our cake, just wish I could've eaten more of it!
I have used Rick's Bakery for years- they make amazing cookies, donuts, sausage rolls, and now I know they make amazing wedding cakes! Lindsey was my coordinator with Rick's and s...
he was a pleasure to work with. She was accommodating, including making a last minute change I requested the day before the wedding. The design was simple, elegant, exactly what we had talked about when we met. And of course the cake was absolutely delicious. I had so many compliments and everyone liked it so much that there were no left overs even though we had planned for more cake than guests.
AMAZING, the cake was gorgeous and the taste just delicious!
We met with Lindsay and wasn't sure what we wanted but after looking at pictures and talking through options we chose what we wanted. Rick's executed this flawlessly & we had so ma...

ing appointment that allowed us to pick from several flavors of cake and icing combinations that suited our tastes. We received tons of help from their wedding coordinator who helped us pick a classic bridal cake with roses added that we brought in on the day of (perfectly replicated an image of a cake we loved) and helped us to have a Razorback football field groom's cake that was perfect for any hog fan! Their cake was moist, sweet, and delicious. We chose Italian creme cake for our bridal cake and Death by Chocolate with ganache for the groom's cake. They delivered to our venue and we were so impressed with the finished product. Check them out for your event!
Rick's did a great job helping us select a wedding cake and pies. As neither the groom or I like or care about cake at all, they guided us through options that would please the mo...
st people, and they had plenty of personalization and design options! We also wanted pie to serve at the reception, and they helped us pick out several different types of pies. Everything was delicious and a huge hit with the guests!
The cake was exactly like we had planned. The cake topper was perfect and the flavor was amazing.
Perfect cake!
It was perfect! Everyone at the wedding loved the cake and was sure to tell me!
I love ricks bakery for their cookies so I knew I would like them for their cakes! It was so good and so pretty! They were super easy to work with.
