d allowing us to make changes. She coordinated with our caterer as well and drop-off and pickup were straightforward. The items we rented were in great condition and as described as well. Made our wedding perfect - thank you!
Great service, product, and value! We just used Rick's Rental to provide a tent for our daughter's wedding. Due to Covid we wanted a large tent so our wedding guests could be out...
side and socially distanced. The staff at Rick's were professional and flexible. They helped me pick between their many tents and recommended one that was larger but cost less than the one I was considering. As the Covid situation changed over time, they adjusted my order and remained flexible up to the last minute. The rental was for the weekend but they set up the tent early giving us more time to prepare for the wedding. I would recommend using Rick's for any event rentals in Ithaca!
Tony and the whole crew helped make an anxious time come together fantastically. Prompt with supplies, answers and suggestions. Clean and good condition chairs, linens, tables, li...

Rick's was wonderful. We rented a tent for our backyard wedding. Delivery and pick-up were both smooth, and the equipment was clean and looked great. I'd work with them again for o...
ur rental needs and would definitely recommend them.
We rented tables, chairs, glassware, china, flatware and a space heater from Rick's on our wedding day. They were first of all, a great value in comparison to other rental houses i...
n Ithaca. They worked around the fact that we needed our items for a full weekend rather than just a day so we had time to set up and break down but we were charged multiple days. Sort of at the last minute on the set up day we started to think that we might need a space heater so we called them and they were able to deliver one the following morning before the wedding. Plus they bring everything in and put in the places you need it which was really helpful. Their staff was really friendly and helpful as well as the delivery crew.
I had the most wonderful experience working with Rick's Rentals. When I first called them, I knew Nothing about planning an event like this, and everyone I talked to at Rick's was...
So Kind and So Knowledgeable. They talked me through what size tent and dance floor I would need, and were wonderfully flexible about whether we might need another tent in case of rain (luckily, we didn't!) The chairs we rented from Rick's are especially beautiful -- when I saw them all set up in our yard, I was like "oh wow, this is a real wedding." The tent and the lights were similarly elegant. The crew that came to set everything up arrived right on time, and were super friendly and super efficient. And I can't stress enough how many times I called them with random questions or small changes to my order; each time they were nothing but courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!
We rented a large tent and a BUNCH of tables, chairs, linens, and place settings. Everything was delivered on time and where we wanted it. Given the state of the staging area (supe...
r wet soggy, it had been raining all day) I was surprised that they left the tables stacked on the wet and muddy ground instead of under another adjacent tent with a concrete floor. Also, be prepared for a second invoice after your event if you rent dishware to cover the cleaning. I'm not complaining about this, just making sure you know it's coming. I read about it in the contract and expected it. Pickup was done the next day and everything went quite smoothly. I will say, that if you don't feel you're being taken care of when you call them simply call back another day. There are a number of people that work here and while they all mean well, not all of them are truly customer service focused. Just keep calling until you get a good one. If all else fails... ask for Glen!

s that they had left everything at the venue from a wedding the week before, and we were under the impression that they were coming back to set up the chairs and tables, which wasn't the case and we had to get everything set up ourselves that morning.
Rick's provided me with my tent, tables & chairs, linens, and assorted dinner ware and serving utensils. Their website is informative and easy to use, the staff was friendly, a...
nd their prices reasonable. They were very helpful when I called with lots of questions about what size tent to order.
We were very happy with our rentals and service from Rick's. We got a bunch of stuff from them, including a framed tent with rope lights, tables, linens, and dishes. They were very...
accommodating as we changed our mind a few times with what we wanted and numbers, etc in the months before hand. Everything was delivered on time and picked up when it was supposed to. They did forget 2 coffee percolators, but when we realized and called them, they sent someone over with them immediately.
