Ricochet started as a passion project between two dreamers, Anhy and Tu. Although bartending is a trade as old as time, we believe we have what it takes to revolutionize the standard of mobile liquid catering. Planning an event can be stressful and demanding, and it is our pleasure to help clients kickback and enjoy their event. We take pride in being trained, licensed, and accomplished bartenders in long standing establishments across Greater Seattle. What made Anhy and Tu stand out was their genuine kindness and energy with our guests, they truly blended in as part of our celebration. We also appreciated the tasting experience offered in selecting our custom drinks for the evening months before. We highly recommend Ricochet to anyone planning an event in the Greater Seattle Area - our guests can not stop complimenting our drinks and Anhy & Tu even days after our celebration. cious! Anhy kept in great communication with us and gave us her opinions on things as well as helping us figure out the amount of alcohol we needed to supply for the amount of guests we had. Due to my wedding size, they set up two bars. One being full service and the other for beers and quick stuff which was nice. Guests didn't have to wait much at all. Highly recommend this team and their staff!

the venue as different times, creating logistical complexity which Ricochet handled effortlessly. With a professional approach, delicious premade customized drinks, consistent/speedy service, and even a surprise special delivery to the head table of a custom smoked whiskey drink, Ricochet pulled out all the stops and made our event very special. Importantly before the event, Ricochet gave useful and accurate advice about how much alcohol to buy based on our guest count and our collective drink preferences. Ricochet brings expertise from their active participation in the bar/restaurant business, meaning you will get restaurant-quality service and knowledge at your event. All of their presentation (linens, signage, guest engagement) was absolutely top-quality, creating a wonderful experience for us and for all of our guests. Attention to detail is wonderful; Ricochet even stored the kegs in a ‘salted’ ice bath to chill the beer more quickly and continuously. From the knowledgeable and insightful inputs in the months leading up to the wedding to the professional and top-quality execution on the day of the event, I would wholeheartedly and definitively recommend Ricochet for your next big event!
