We work as a team on your wedding day to ensure there is someone by your side at all times and that all areas are covered. Lastly, we believe in routine meetings from the day you sign the contract to the day you walk down the aisle to check every planning box efficiently and build a relationship to truly know you and bring your dream wedding vision to life! Riding Tandem provides a variety of packages to meet your exact planning needs - full wedding planning, partial planning, or day-of coordinating. it so easy for us. The team is extremely knowledgeable and was there every step of the way to help design and execute our perfect day. One of the biggest questions I was asked leading up to our big day was "are you nervous/stressed?" and the answer was always a confident "no". I knew that I just had to show up and our plan and vision we created over the last year was going to come to life perfectly and it did. They put together the most beautiful wedding! They know how to work efficiently and make revisions on the fly if needed and just overall should be your top pick for a wedding planning service in the greater Phoenix, AZ area!

She took the time to truly understand my vision, and when I walked into our reception space, I was blown away. The table settings exceeded every expectation I had—I genuinely felt like she knew my design style and exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn’t fully put it into words myself. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and she created such a detailed, organized itinerary for the day that every person involved knew exactly where to be and when. It made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. When unexpected challenges came up, Kaitlyn handled everything flawlessly. When the rain started, she was already prepared and transitioned us to the indoor reception space so smoothly that it didn’t take away from the day at all. And when our venue dropped the ball on lighting, she went above and beyond to contact the right people and make sure it was handled. As we approached the 2 month mark, we met more frequently and she helped with all of the communications across every vendor. By the time our day approached we felt huge relief that all we needed to do was simply show up and getting married. Could not recommend Kaitlyn and the Riding Tandem team enough!
