Phoebe was fantastic. Our weekly meet ups definitely eased some of the stress from our planning leading up to our wedding. Phoebe was very professional and organized throughout the process, contacting all of our vendors, providing a table and chair layout (it was such a cool 3d program!), setting a detailed timeline of our day, all with a smile. We had a DIY venue and Phoebe was more than capable for arranging extra help and making sure that everything was planned and executed. She expertly coordinated with the many vendors of a DIY wedding and was able to manage the day without a hitch. Thank you for making our wedding day and experience so perfect!
My now husband and I were super impressed with Phoebe and all her help during our planning process and how great she was on our wedding day. We didn't hire Phoebe until around two months before our wedding and I am so glad we did, there are so many things we as brides don't even begin to think about while you're in the whirlwind of wedding planning, let alone on wedding day. It's so nice to be able to trust a professional with those tasks and to be able to let those stressors go on such a big day! Phoebe really took the time to listen to us during our meetings and make sure our day was ours.
If you're thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, do it. (Phoebe specifically!) You will not regret it!
