Kari has been in love with the art of videography since she was a college student, and decided to turn it into her full-time career. She has previously worked as a cameraperson with NBC10 in Philadelphia, so she is well accustomed to working under pressure. This experience taught her the art of visual storytelling, a skill that is apparent in her work to this day. Kari can document weddings in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware, alongside her home of Bucks County. Wedding videos from Ries Video Productions focus on capturing moments as they happen. Kari’s style is discreet. She prefers to document the couple’s natural interactions with each other and their loved ones, rather than interrupt with requests for poses. The story of the wedding day is told through moments both big and small, all of which are tied together for a cohesive final product. Understanding the importance of editing, Kari takes great care with perfecting her films. She is hands-on when it comes to finalizing the video, carefully choosing a soundtrack and designing cover art.
