Right as Rayne Events

I interviewed a few different planners before diving in and Kinsey made me feel comfortable and confident immediately. From vendor choices and full design planning to conception, couldn’t have been smoother. Lindsey and the team stepped in on my wedding weekend when Kinsey had a personal emergency and they didn’t skip a beat! I’m a procrastinator so having Kinsey keep me on track was extremely helpful.

When my wife and I decided that we wanted to get married in Colorado while living out of state, we knew we would be overwhelmed with decisions and keeping everything together, so we looked for a planner and found the team at Right as Rayne. We were/are beyond blessed that we found this amazing planning team. From our first meeting with Quincy, to the day of our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch, everything was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank Kinsey enough for listening to the ramblings of our design ideas and coming up with the most beautifully designed wedding day, and accommodating all of our little changes and tweaks that we wanted to make throughout the process. Kinsey has such an amazing eye for design and we could not have been happier with how every aspect of the design process turned out. We were fortunate enough to have Kiera work on creating the design of all of our paper goods, including our signs, programs, and even our cocktail napkins. Everything she touched turned to gold and she was wonderful to work with, and created the most stunning pieces for our wedding day that completely matched the vibe we were going for better than we ever could have hoped. Quincy was our main planner, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She was there for us from the beginning of our year-long planning process, and even took the time to check in on us when she was out for maternity leave. When we first started planning for our wedding, we were not expecting to have too many moving parts, but by the day of the wedding our vendor list had grown exponentially and we could not have kept everything in line if it was not for Quincy, who took everything in stride and gave us such a (mostly) stress free experience. Throughout the year Quincy was always just a text or zoom meeting away no matter what time of day during my wife’s spiraling stress moments, and would often just send us a text to ask how we were doing even if we did not have any decisions to make at the time or a meeting with her planned. On the day of our actual wedding, she let my wife and I enjoy a completely stress free day so that we could just enjoy the day and each other while she handled every little thing that came up with grace, and she only ever told us there were issues after the wedding had ended; otherwise we would have never known. She also made sure my wife and I always had a drink in our hand after the ceremony, and we never had to ask for one, which may be a small thing but added to our enjoyment of the night so much. Quincy made our dream wedding happen and became a huge part of our lives during the last year and became a life-long friend to my wife and I, and we will forever be grateful to her and the team at Right as Rayne. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose the team at Right as Rayne every single time. They are truly the best of the best and we miss working with them so very much.
