I brought a piece of jewelry here to get fixed. When I received it back, it was not fixed, but it was clean. I requested again that it be fixed and was called on the phone sayin...g it would cost an additional $150 to fix what I wanted in the first place. You said it would be too hard for you to do and not worth it. You apologized and told me you would not charge me. Well, what do you know when I went to pick it up, yes, you did charge me because you said you straightened something on it. No matter what, you wanted your money and you got your $50 out of me. I'm glad you feel better about yourself So yes, I had to pay it to have my jewelry returned to me. But I will never return and I am telling everyone I know on my bulk business mailings what despicable business practices you have.
