We booked our wedding with Rikasa with the intention of having an elegant, black and white, modern industrial wedding. The event manager Stephanie had perfectly appropriate response timing during the planning process and handed everything over to her trusted assistant Liz for the weekend of our wedding due to being out of town. They both had put together a flawless timeline of how our day would go just as we wanted it, along with great communication with our DJ and Officiant. We brought our decor to the venue a week early, they set everything up for us beautifully and sent photos our way to make sure we liked it.. We had our ceremony on Rooftop 53 and everyone was smoothly transitioned to Room 53 for our reception. Dinner was spectacular as well. We truly didn’t have a single thing to worry about the day of our wedding, I can’t thank Liz enough for everything she did for us the day of, especially easing my nerves.
We had our wedding/reception at Rikasa Rooftop. The Rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Before the ceremony we had fruit, and the best scones I have ever eaten. Delicious! Paloma did an amazing job with the music, organization, and service. She was on top of everything. She even asked our cousin who was breastfeeding if she wanted the left over fruit for her 2 hour ride home. How extremely thoughtful. The chef made a special meal for my son who has garlic and egg allergies. My son gave his meal a 2 thumbs up. Everyone enjoyed the brunch buffet. The chicken and waffles were a huge hit! The bartender was extremely kind, and no one waited for a drink. He was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Rikasa is the place to go for the most memorable wedding/reception. We are impressed.
Everything was perfect. Rikasa's staff made everything go so smoothly. Such a fun night!!
I wanted a whimsical, elegant venue for our micro-wedding. Rikasa was perfect. Each of the 4 floors have a completely different vibe. Paloma and Stephanie were very accommodating. We wanted to get married on the first floor in front of the glass fireplace. I also asked if cocktail hour could be downstairs by the long bar. Then, guests would be brought up to the 3rd floor to the reception room, gorgeous with exposed brick walls and classy overhead lights. Paloma communicated with me every step of the way with questions about my preferences and accommodating for the vendors’ different arrival times (photographer, cake, florist, musician, videographer). She always got back to me to answer my questions. The food was phenomenal. Every guest commented on the excellent service and delicious food. They let us pick signature drinks, which were a fun touch. They cooked the filets to each guest’s specific temperature preference. Everything I brought or had delivered-place cards, napkin rings, favors, and centerpieces, were arranged beautifully that day with lovely candles they added for ambience. The linens we rented from them were meticulously arranged. They went over the itinerary with me before the wedding. When I arrived, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was perfect. Paloma and Stephanie communicated between floors on headsets. It was seamless. The little dessert cups were a big hit, besides the wedding cake. Everybody told me it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve been to, and that’s thanks to Rikasa. It was a perfect night because of their attention to detail, patience, kindness, and organization skills. I couldn’t have been happier with Paloma and Stephanie, the process, and the wonderful end result. I highly recommend going to check out Rikasa if you are looking for a unique and beautiful venue with delicious food and great service. It was a 10/10.
