About this vendor
Photography and film, from one studio.
Most couples hire a photographer and a film team who have never met. Then two crews negotiate for the same three feet of aisle, and you end up with two versions of your wedding that look like different events.
We do both. Same studio, same crew, same read of the day — so the photographs and the film feel like one thing, because they are.
HOW WE WORK
We direct where it helps — portraits, the wedding party, family groupings — and step back where it would only intrude. Your vows in your own voices. The room after dark. The glance nobody staged.
You will never be asked to pose. We give simple direction, and ten minutes in most couples forget we are there.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Photographs graded by hand, by the person who shot them — not sent to an outside editor. A film cut from the day's real audio: your vows, the speeches, the music under the room. Teaser and full-length edits depending on your collection. 4K throughout, with drone coverage where the venue allows it.
WHERE WE WORK
Based between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, photographing weddings across South Florida — Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Naples, the Keys — and travelling worldwide for couples who ask. Fully insured, and used to working with the venues and planners who require it.
BEFORE THE DAY
Booked couples receive a short guide covering the things that quietly decide how a wedding photographs: how much room to leave the morning, what belongs in a detail box, whether a first look suits the two of you, and how to run family photographs so they take twenty minutes rather than an hour. About four weeks out we build your timeline together.
Photographing South Florida weddings since 2014.
Every enquiry is read and answered by Rimas — usually the same day.

He not only made use of every song we asked for, but also timed up the scenes perfectly to the lyrics! I cant imagine having anyone else video our special day, and Im forever grateful we made the right choice!!!

onal and polite and such a joy to have guide us through our photos on our wedding day since we are a pretty camera shy couple in general. His experience and expertise really shined through in our photos and videos. They are AMAZING!! We love the quality of all of our photos and all the videos. Getting to have so many photos and a full ceremony/reception video plus a teaser video and a highlight video is absolutely wonderful as we get to see and relive so many moments throughout our whole wedding! It was also all so easy to share with our family and friends afterwards as well! Our wedding spanned 2 days as we had a Hindu ceremony one day followed by a more typical western style reception the next day - Rimas and his team were literally god-sent in capturing every moment across both days. We truly appreciate how much the whole team went above and beyond to help ensure our wedding went great and was captured beautifully!

The flow, the shots, the alignment of the music…everything was perfect. I think his pricing is also very fair for the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend him and use him again.

n have a videographer. I can’t explain how relieved I am that we went with our gut. We’ve watched Rima’s beautiful video (we call it our favorite movie) too many times. He was recommended to us by the hotel where we were having our reception and it was a fantastic experience working with him from start to finish.
From the beginning he was so easy to work with. He was very easy going as to how we wanted the day to go/how we wanted to spend his time. He was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls.
The day of was great. Working with Rimas was one less thing to stress about. He was professional, and we barely realized he was there working the camera with his assistant. He also worked great with our photographer who he had never met before.
We got our highlight reel back insanely quickly. I can’t count how many times I’ve watched it. It was such a delight to share his amazing cinematography with our friends and family. Not much long after we got our video and it was beautiful. There were so many parts of the day we missed that were captured on film. I realized after the first time I watched that the last 30 minutes or so probably didn’t need to be there. It was just everyone drunkenly dancing (#openbar). I told Rimas my concern and he had no issues editing it. He quickly sent me the updated one. There was even someone I specifically asked to be in the film as little as possible and to not be in the highlight reel at all (#petty) and he did a great job listening to that request.
All in all I highly recommend reaching out to Rimas – even if you’re on the fence!

ic video of it. He is able to capture your day without having you 'pose' or do things that aren't natural. He is always there (most of the time without even knowing it) and captures all the special moments. My favorite part about his work is his films are so natural and fluid, he is not capturing you posing for a picture on camera. He is truly an artist and his videos are second to none. I would highly recommend to trust him to capture some of the most important video you'll ever have.

e. Rimas captured our wedding day and all the special and priceless moments so tastefully and artistically. Watching the video back, my husband and I felt that we were truly reliving the best day of our lives all over again. We are over the moon and actually went forward to upgrade to the full package after seeing how amazing our highlight video was. I really cannot say enough how overjoyed and happy we are with Rimas. Having this video means so much to us and to our families- after the wedding day ends (in a blink), it is so beautiful to be able to relive it and to have it documented so beautifully forever. We are so thankful to Rimas. If you want someone who is professional, talented, prompt, accommodating, and someone who truly puts his heart and soul into his work, then without a doubt, choose Rimas Films. Thank you SO MUCH Rimas!

d that he and his assistant were there. They were total professionals. And when it came time to view our videos, we were blown away!!! The level of craftsmanship was beyond compare. The music blended into visuals seamlessly and in perfect coordination. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when we shared the videos with our parents. I strongly recommend Rimas for your wedding. He’ll create a masterpiece!

re is in his craft. The video encapsulated every important detail, and those who were in attendance was able to relive the day, but also was able to showcase how beautiful everything was for those who were unable to attend. Rimas and his team was such a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly professional, creative and detail oriented. About 8 months before our wedding day, still with uncertainty about hiring a videographer, but when I came across Rimas and his video clips, I knew right then and there we HAD to book him. Each wedding video he has done depicts his heart, soul & sincerity he creates for each couple. We can’t thank Rimas enough for what he has done for us. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Love,

e makes you feel like he isn't even there. Capturing the moment from at far to allow us to enjoy the night. He is extraordinary, a true artist in his trade. Our wedding was a night we will never forget and Rimas ensured we had every moment captured and recorded to last a lifetime. We have been blessed to have had such as amazing person capture our moment in time and transform it into what seems like a scene in a movie. Our wedding sneak speak is perfect, it captures all of the important moments in just a few minutes. Everyone that has seen it has told us what an amazing job he did. The detail and hard work he put into making the 5 minute sneak peak is amazing and we cannot wait until the final video is ready to go! Thank you Rimas for capturing our night and making it Magical!
We originally had not planned to use a videographer for our May 2018 wedding, but the more people we talked to, the more we realized that we needed one so that we could relive all ...
of the special moments of our big day. Rimas was recommended to us by our photographer and he more than exceeded our expectations. I was worried about feeling like there would be a camera in my face all day, but he quietly (and almost invisibly) captured everything I hoped he would and so much more.
We received our 5 minute video within 2 weeks of our wedding and my husband and I were both in tears the first time we watched it. His editing skills are superb and every transition was timed perfectly to the song that he chose to go with our video. We immediately shared it to social media and got an overwhelming number of messages from family and friends letting us know just how incredible it turned out and how perfectly it captured the entire day.
We truly cannot recommend Rimas enough to anyone searching for a videographer. He is incredibly professional, responsive to emails, and has a wonderfully calming demeanor. We are so looking forward to receiving our full length feature film from him soon! Thank you so much Rimas!

our wedding day and he was very calm and focused the whole time. I barely even noticed he was around! He also worked really well with my photographers. On a side note, I later found out that my husband had not eaten much before the wedding and Rimas offered him some snacks to get him through the portraits. How sweet and amazing was that?! When we received our highlight video and full video, we were in awe of the amazing job he did. All the emotions from our special day came back and we could not be any more grateful for this beautiful keepsake we now have of our wedding. Thank you so much Rimas! We love you!

t, he perfectly encapsulated not just who my husband & I are as a couple, but all of the emotions our big day made both of us (and our families). I meet Rimas when he filmed my twin sister's (who went to GMU for film herself) wedding last year and seeing his amazing work with her & the fact he was so personable and professional working with her my family & I knew I'd need him for my big day ~ and he pulled through in spades! It was extremely important for me that my poor health not be the "belle of my ball" and although I was back in my wheelchair by the end of the night Rimas masked my major moments and made me look like a healthy princess. Your wedding day will fly by and is so full of wonderful moments that you'll want to re-live that only film can commemorate. My fairytale was turned into a Hollywood-grade film & I encourage everybody to make their's one too!

ese beautiful weddings and getting emotional over people I didn’t even know, that’s when I knew that I had to have him for our wedding at The W Hotel DC on July 1st, 2017. He is unbelievably talented and worth every penny! He made the entire wedding party, family, friends, and guests feel so comfortable in front of the camera and at times, you didn’t even know you were being filmed and that helped capture all of the beautiful moments of our wedding. Receiving our digital short and being able to share it with everyone was probably one of the best feelings because it was so amazingly well put and the compliments kept coming in for days! If you are so lucky that Rimas Films is available for your wedding, don’t even think twice, give him the deposit tomorrow, you will NOT regret it! Thank you again for capturing our perfect day!

edible work of art I have ever seen! I had spent hours/days firstly, debating whether or not we should get a videographer. It wasn't until I saw Rimas' work that I was convinced this was no longer a "nice to" but a "need to". My husband and I have so much family overseas that were unable to attend for various reasons (financial, health etc), including my father-in-law. Rimas has given us the most precious gift of a FLAWLESS video of our wedding to be able to share with them. I am forever grateful to him. He is the utmost professional and is an artistic genius who's passion truly resonates through his work. I am a fan for life of Rimas'. Not only does he capture memories frozen in time, but he also captures the emotion of the day. He asked me if I wanted to pick the music for our video, but I trusted him wholly and the song he put to our video could not have been more perfect. Everyone that sees our video cries! Thank you thank you THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We love you!

well with my photographer and other vendors. He made sure we went about our day uninterrupted and filmed everything so naturally. After a week he surprised us with our wedding trailer. It was so beautiful! It truly captured all the best moments of our very special day, I seriously can't stop watching it and reliving our day. All of our guests and others were so impressed and couldn't stop complimenting on what an amazing job he did on putting the video together. I can't wait to see the full feature. I'm honestly so happy I booked Rimas. It was one of our best decisions for our wedding and I would recommend him any day!

e and knew we had to book him– hands down one of our favorite vendors. He was so low key that we barely noticed he was filming for the whole day and I think that added to the incredible candid shots he got of us and our guests. We received our highlight video two weeks after our wedding!!! It was such a surprise to receive it so soon and the quality of the film is absolutely amazing, our friends and family have all said it’s the best wedding film they’ve ever seen. We cannot wait to see the “feature” length - he is incredibly talented! I cannot recommend him enough – he has given us such a beautiful way to look back on our wedding day.

rfect filmmaker and when I finally stumbled upon RIMAS FILMS, I knew it was everything I wanted! Rimas is exceptionally talented and his cinematography skills alone are a force to be reckoned with! He was so pleasant to work with and helped capture so many special moments from my wedding. He even sent me the highlight reel days after the wedding! My husband and I have received so many compliments on this video - countless - and nobody can believe that we have such a high quality, cinematic film of our wedding that we can pass down to our future children! It is absolutely timeless. Photographs are wonderful as they help capture moments, but a film captures the entire essence of your day from beginning to end. You really won't regret booking with RIMAS FILMS - I can't recommend them enough!!
For almost our entire engagement, I said we didn't need a video. It would be just another strain on our budget. How often have you sat down and watched your parents' wedding video ...
over the years? Boy, am I glad I changed my mind! The video is a way for people who couldn't make it to your wedding to still share in your special day. Also, you actually don't get to see a lot of what happens on the day itself, so it's really nice to be able to go back and watch the day from someone else's perspective. And what a perspective it was!! Rimas did an amazing job. He is a total professional, shows up on time, and captured every important part of our wedding...plus so many little moments that made it "us". He surprised us with the edited highlight film after just ten days. This is definitely NOT your parents' wedding video - it was 3 minutes of one beautiful memory after another. Among the many praises from our friends: "That is seriously the best wedding video I have ever seen! Well worth it!" We loved working with Rimas and recommend him highly. Can't wait to see the documentary edit :)
At the beginning we had some doubts on having or not a videographer on our wedding day. Finally we made the right decision and booked RimasFilms. Today we could not be any happier....
The service we received exceeded our expectations.
We are super impressed with how quickly our wedding video was completed- we received it less than three weeks after we got married! We just watched the video last night and could not stop our tears from the happiness, that’s how spectacular it was.
Rimas is a professional and conscious so we never noticed he was there and he managed to capture the moments we were not aware of. He capturing all the special moments on our special day with all the small details that really counts (flowers, ceremony, tears, toasts, first dance etc )
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are looking forward to seeing your work at my sister’s wedding next year.
RIMAS FILMS, undeniably, without a doubt, hands down...BEST DECISION EVER!!!

hat he was exactly what we had been looking for! Initially we were not going to have video for our wedding but decided late into the planning process that we HAD to have it. I found Rimas on a Facebook blog and fell I. Love with his work right away! I didn't want the typical wedding video. I wanted to feel like I was watching my love story over and over again for years to come. We wanted those candid moments and true expressions to really shine through and Rimas ensured us that he could truly capture those things. He was very professional and kept great communication leading up to our special day. He showed up early and ready to begin. For the remainder of the day and night we barely saw him, he blended so well and captured the most breathtaking moments. While we were on our honeymoon, he sent us a very nice email thanking us for everything and even included our highlight reel. Fast!! Couldn't believe how quick we were able to look back and remember our day. Every bride will love this service! We were totally smitten and cried our eyes out while we watched it over and over again. We look forward to seeing the finished product! Brides, I highly suggest you meet with Rimas; you won't be disappointed. His artistry and eye for detail is unspoken. Rimas, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! Jon and I are beyond happy 😊

th traveling to several different locations for video, and extremely professional. One of my biggest concerns leading up to the wedding was that the videographer would be very noticeable and distracting throughout the day. I can honestly say I don't remember Rimas or his videography cameras being around - I've asked wedding guests and the wedding party too and they don't remember seeing videographer. It is truly amazing the footage that he captured! I didn't even see him the whole night and yet he captured everything! He was on time, captured every special moment, was pleasant to work with and his final product is truly priceless. It's a treasure that we will have in our family forever.
I can't say enough great things about RIMAS FILMS videography service
