n have a videographer. I can’t explain how relieved I am that we went with our gut. We’ve watched Rima’s beautiful video (we call it our favorite movie) too many times. He was recommended to us by the hotel where we were having our reception and it was a fantastic experience working with him from start to finish.
From the beginning he was so easy to work with. He was very easy going as to how we wanted the day to go/how we wanted to spend his time. He was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls.
The day of was great. Working with Rimas was one less thing to stress about. He was professional, and we barely realized he was there working the camera with his assistant. He also worked great with our photographer who he had never met before.
We got our highlight reel back insanely quickly. I can’t count how many times I’ve watched it. It was such a delight to share his amazing cinematography with our friends and family. Not much long after we got our video and it was beautiful. There were so many parts of the day we missed that were captured on film. I realized after the first time I watched that the last 30 minutes or so probably didn’t need to be there. It was just everyone drunkenly dancing (#openbar). I told Rimas my concern and he had no issues editing it. He quickly sent me the updated one. There was even someone I specifically asked to be in the film as little as possible and to not be in the highlight reel at all (#petty) and he did a great job listening to that request.
All in all I highly recommend reaching out to Rimas – even if you’re on the fence!

Also, you actually don't get to see a lot of what happens on the day itself, so it's really nice to be able to go back and watch the day from someone else's perspective. He surprised us with the edited highlight film after just ten days. This is definitely NOT your parents' wedding video - it was 3 minutes of one beautiful memory after another. I can honestly say I don't remember Rimas or his videography cameras being around - I've asked wedding guests and the wedding party too and they don't remember seeing videographer.
