l never have to worry about outside noise (or being too noisy), but close enough that you can get to HEB/necessities quickly.
The staff was great to work with and handled my COVID reschedules with grace (RIP my March 2020 original date). The price was also fantastic! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique spot.

with Tammie, who was wonderfully helpful with everything we could think to ask, even helping us move tables herself while we decided on a layout. We are also appreciative of everyone else who worked behind the scenes, who we didn't actually meet, they all did an amazing job. The venue is fairly small as wedding venues go, with a capacity a little over 100, but their price is the best we could find in the area, and it was perfect for us. We would HIGHLY recommend it!
