Throughout the event, they can be passed from table to table or set in one location, like a welcome table or at the bar. Recording begins once the phone is lifted off the receiver and ends when the phone is hung up. Messages are then saved to the phone’s internal memory card and delivered to you via a USB flash drive after the celebrations end.
