individualized attention and perfection with Rio Brazos Fine Custom Cuisine. The food was amazing and the cake was to die for. Jonya, the chef, creates unique flavors through mixing Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian flavors with American comfort food. My vegetarian friends enjoyed their meal just as much as my meat-loving friends. Jonya was up for any challenge that I sent her direction. Not only did she find me local vegetables, but also vegetables with a purpose. She was able to have the vegetables purchased from a farm (World Hunger Relief Farm) that gives back to the Waco Community and participates in International Farming Efforts. I enjoyed knowing that a portion of our meal had a purpose beyond my wedding night.
The staff was personable and friendly. Food was delivered promptly and drinks were served with cheer. From my first meeting to the end of the reception, Rio Brazos went above any expectations that I had while being economical.
