nd made sure everything ran smoothly and that we (the bride and groom) were brought a plate before anyone else was served. They even packed up food for us to eat later in the night!

aff did an amazing job. We got compliments on the food all night long and many people asked who we used. They also packed a to-go bag for us with our appetizers, entree, and desserts!
Delicious and easy! Working with Jonya was so easy. She was the first and last caterer we contacted for the wedding. The tasting was great and relaxed. I was a little apprehensive ...
at first because their Instagram wasn’t your typical “perfect aesthetic” type but we were so happy it was yummy. Everyone complimented the food. They even saved a few appetizers for my husband and I after we were stuck in photos for almost an hour. They also packed a full bag of each item for us to eat later! They didn’t require any direction when they arrived (thank god bc we skipped on the planner).

ith our breakfast for dinner theme. She provided many options to choose from despite our large guest list. She was thorough with every detail and she communicated quickly whenever we had questions. At the reception, the servers were professional and efficient, ensuring everyone was served hot food promptly and that everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! Six months after our wedding, we still have people talking to us about the food.

When I was searching for a caterer, I wanted locally grown vegetables and healthy meat selections (Bison) created into a unique and flavorful meal. I received all of this with the...
individualized attention and perfection with Rio Brazos Fine Custom Cuisine. The food was amazing and the cake was to die for. Jonya, the chef, creates unique flavors through mixing Mediterranean, Mexican and Asian flavors with American comfort food. My vegetarian friends enjoyed their meal just as much as my meat-loving friends. Jonya was up for any challenge that I sent her direction. Not only did she find me local vegetables, but also vegetables with a purpose. She was able to have the vegetables purchased from a farm (World Hunger Relief Farm) that gives back to the Waco Community and participates in International Farming Efforts. I enjoyed knowing that a portion of our meal had a purpose beyond my wedding night.
The staff was personable and friendly. Food was delivered promptly and drinks were served with cheer. From my first meeting to the end of the reception, Rio Brazos went above any expectations that I had while being economical.
