Risher Van Horn Florist

We were over the moon and so happy with the way all of our flowers turned out for our big day! We hired Risher Van Horn as the florist for our wedding this past November and I cannot say enough great things. Joan was warm and welcoming from the first time I sat down with her to discuss my vision and she truly brought my vision to life. I would strongly recommend Risher Van Horn and look forward to utilizing them again in the future.

Joan and her team are incredible! I had several meetings with her to discuss the overall look of our wedding day and all our floral arrangements turned out perfectly. The flowers were the focal point of our day: we had bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle and alter floor arrangements, welcome sign and seating chart arrangements, fireplace mantle arrangement, and short and tall centerpieces. We were able to utilize our ceremony flowers at our reception which made it that much better. My bouquet was a stunner and everything I'd imagined it would be. We highly recommend Risher van horn!!

After a bad experience with another florist, I’m so glad I was able to work with Risher Van Horn for our wedding flowers. Joan was an absolute pleasure to work with, very responsive and did a phenomenal job. I was blown away when I saw the beautiful arrangements on the day of the wedding. Everything was exactly as I had envisioned and perfect! After only a couple meetings and sharing some pictures, Joan nailed it and 100% captured my vision. She was even able to accommodate a piece of my grandmother’s jewelry and small glass butterfly from my mother into my bouquet to make it even more special. When we moved to the Collegeville area I really wished to use a local florist for my wedding. I am so happy I found Joan at Risher Van Horn. She is beyond professional and responsive. Despite postponing twice due to the pandemic she was so patient. With all the many ideas and changes to the style I wished to go with, she is amazing at design and took my ideas and spruced them up with results I am still blown away by ! Will absolutely use this florist for any future needs.

We were lucky enough to find and work with Joan at Risher Van Horn (RVH) for our September 2020 wedding. RVHwas the first florist we met with that collaborated with us, allowing us to practically, affordably and beautifully bring our vision to life! RVH was extremely supportive of any and all changes we had to make due to COVID. My husband and I were in love with the flower arrangements on our small/big day! Working with RVH will without a doubt take the stress out of your wedding flower planning.

Joan from Risher Van Horn was amazing! She brought my ideas to life and they came out better than I could have imagined! She instantly knew each and every flower/leaf/berry I mentioned and provided expert advice on how to best arraign everything. Joan made our event look amazing! She took our idea of pitcher plants and Australian flowers and turned it into a reality. Everything from the eucalyptus runners to the Protea arrangements was better than we could hope for. The pitcher plants intermixed made it all very stunning. Joan and her team really listened and made our day so beautiful. I don't think it could have been better.

Risher Van Horn summed up in one word? WOW. I am a self-proclaimed superfan of all things floral. I was a pretty chilled out bride except when it came to the flowers. I had a very specific vision in mind with a particular color scheme. RVH made it happen for us, and then some. Working with Trisha is a blessing. She is the nicest human you will ever come across. She's very patient. I would know, because I asked her a million questions and sent her lots of pictures of ideas I had. No question or idea was ridiculous to her. I appreciated how dedicated she was and am forever grateful. I even sent her a picture of one of my favorite flowers and she ordered it for my bouquet. One of my colors was a particular sangria purple -- Trisha worked with me tirelessly to get the color right. Talk about customer service! She deserves all of the recognition she can get. Now... the flowers. I GASPED when I saw them. I couldn't believe it. They came out so beautiful and even better than I had imagined in my mind. Breathtaking. Trisha and her team made my flowers look like a beautiful autumn sunset... let me tell you, guests were IMPRESSED. We got countless compliments on how beautiful and well-put together the centerpieces and bouquets were. The flowers were high quality, too. I truly wanted to keep every single flower and hoard them in my house like a psycho, but didn't want to start our marriage off on the wrong foot so I let guests take them home. :P Trisha and the Risher Van Horn team - Thank you so much for all of your hard work. We loved everything. I may not live in the area anymore, but will always recommend you to friends and family still living there. Thank you for being a part of our special day.

There is not one bad thing I could say about the service I received or the quality of the product the delivered. I worked closely with Trisha who is amazing. We sat down and I showed her my pinterest board, what I wanted and what I didn't want. I shared my budget and we she made it all happen within the budget. Not only that, I knew she would take care of set up the day of. I was nervous, not knowing exactly how it would look that day. She did do a mock up of the table set up and took photos for me. I basically just prayed it would work out. It was above and beyond everything I wanted! Trisha heard how I wanted it to look and completely delivered. I would 100% recommend them to anyone getting married!

We worked with Trish and our wedding was on May 6th. Everything was perfect from the first time we met up all the way up to the wedding day. When I met with Trish to talk about what I wanted, details, and price I knew they were our florist! Right away she knew what direction I was going and started throwing back ideas to me, which I loved. She understood our theme and what I wanted. Trish was so easy to work with. I stopped by the shop a couple of times to drop off pieces of my Mom and Nana's wedding dress so we could use around the bouquets. Our ceremony was outside and we had the gazebo and aisle chairs decorated. Everything turned out wonderful, all the flowers were gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We were so happy with our wedding day floral services from Risher Van Horn. I worked with Trisha in planning and executing our floral ideas for our wedding day and she was very professional and creative and also willing to help us create our vision within our budget. The flowers we ordered for our bridal party, reception, and wedding cake were delivered on time and set up without any interruption to us while we were getting ready for pictures and our ceremony. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Risher Van Horn and specifically Trisha. She was the best to work with and I knew going in to my meeting with her that the bridal party flowers, centerpieces, church flowers, and cocktail hour for the reception would be beautiful. I got a bonus to see her work because she also did my brother's wedding back in May. I loved my bouquet, it truly came out even better than expected. Not to mention, the flowers were beautiful and the cost was incredibly reasonable especially considering the size of the bridal party, number of tables at the receptions etc. I will also say, I had a sort of late addition to include flowers for the cocktail hour and Trisha was very accommodating in both choosing affordable flowers that went with the color scheme as well including a special extra touch with the houndstooth ribbon. I would highly highly recommend Risher Van Horn and Trisha, she was so sweet, attentive and always available for questions/concerns.

We just had our wedding this past weekend, October 29, 2016, and our flowers were spectacular. My cascading bouquet was breathtaking!! Everyone could not get over how full and gorgeous my bouquet was!! Richer Van Horn Florist, especially Trisha, did an amazing job with all our flowers!! We are beyond pleased!!

Absolutely stunning bridal floral crown and bouquet for the bride and bridesmaids. The flowers stayed vibrant all night and well into the next day. The green wreaths we used for our centerpieces were not exactly as I had pictured, but overall would use Risher again.

From the beginning Trisha was very easy to work with and listened to everything I wanted. She was extremely accommodating even a few days before the big day! On our wedding day our personal Flowers were delivered early at home and they looked beautiful!!! I got compliments from all of our guests!!! When we got to our reception venue the centerpieces were beautiful as well and smelled wonderful!! The flowers lasted about a week after our weddiNguyen and I'm still enjoying my bouquet!!! Risher Van Horn did a wonderful job with our flowers. During my initial consultation, I had no idea what I wanted for the bouquets. Trisha was patient with me as I looked through their many flower books. She also went into the greenhouse and pulled flowers to give me a visual of what she was thinking. It was perfect! Amazing! Wonderful! Professional! Creative! Richer Van Horn with stylist and florist Trisha O. totally knocked our floral arrangements out-of-the-park! After a meeting together, Trisha O. immediately understood my ideas, my budget, and how to attain it all. She offered solutions to adjust for the budget accordingly and was so CREATIVE in her execution of the vision. She crafted the most beautiful brooch and floral bouquets which perfectly balanced the nature with the metallic. The centerpieces were transportive - I truly felt in a different world being surrounded by them in the hall. She truly understood me AND has the vision and ability to make it happen. Trisha O was sweet and delightful at the drop-off at the hotel and even showed up at the end of the night to help take apart and hand out the centerpieces. Truly, Risher Van Horn and Trisha O. made my wedding day very magical and beautiful.

Janeen and Risher Van Horn are amazing! Janeen was a pleasure to work with. She took ideas from my Pinterest pins and created the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements. My flowers were absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Janeen and Risher Van Horn a million times over again! They rocked it and made my ceremony and reception look so lovely!

Janeen was amazing to work with! I came in after having a bad experience with a florist a few weeks before. It was a big sigh of relief when I left Risher Van Horn. Our daughter met with Joan at Visher Van horn to go over what she wanted. The Flower where perfect and just what we wanted so beautiful and fresh. I ever was able to take some home and they lasted anther week. As far as the pricing. It came in just where we thought it would be.

We used them for our wedding and we're beyond impressed! The bouquets were absolutely amazing and the center prices were fantastic! Janeen and everyone these were so great to work with. They had such creative ideas to help us with the planning. I'd absolutely recommend using them for not just weddings but any event that you want floral arranengements for!

We chose Risher Van Horn as the florist for our wedding, and are so happy that we did. They were pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful. The wedding flowers were beautiful - I absolutely LOVED my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. They were also incredibly patient we us - my dad built our chuppah for our wedding so when the florist was trying to plan how to decorate it, she didn't have much to go off of as the chuppah was in the process of being built. I don't usually take time to write reviews....all too often, service providers fail to fulfill their promises. Risher Van Horn is DIFFERENT! I approached them with a smaller budget and a tight time constraint. They were happy to accommodate my needs and budget...and the flowers were even more beautiful than I imagined. With excitement I HIGHLY recommend this florist!!

I am so happy with the service and product we received from Risher Van Horn. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! The sneak peak of our family photos show how well the flowers designed for myself, my husband and our parents coordinate and it makes the photos look spectacular. On top of that, we came into the shop with a bare bones budget for flowers. It was the last item to check off of my list and I had drained my budget to nearly nothing. Risher Van Horn came up with the great idea of using wildflowers for our centerpieces, which complimented our autumn themed wedding remarkably well. Our wedding was outdoors and so we rented greens just to spruce up the space. It was perfect! Everyone was fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone I know. Risher VanHorn was my florist for my July, 2015 wedding and I could not have been happier! They are a local florist who is really committed to making your vision come true. I showed them some of my favorite pictures of bouquets on Pinterest and they re-created them perfectly!! Risher is dedicated to quality and perfection unlike some of the other florists in the area (who told me they would use cheaper flowers as "filler" in my bouquets). They were always attentive to my questions and any last minute changes I had to make. Their set-up and delivery to both the church and my house was on-time and professional. When I started thinking about flowers for my wedding it was a little overwhelming. Where do start? Risher Van Horn is a local florist that my family and I have used in the past so I decided to start with them. I'm so glad I did! I went to the initial meeting with a very specific vision in my head. My family uses Risher Van Horn for any occasion so of course I was going to use them for my wedding. As usual, they did not disappoint!
