Rising Moon Films was absolutely spectacular to work with and so insanely talented. We were on the fence about using a videographer and we're so glad we did it and chose Rising Moo...
n. Mike was incredible, so nice, so professional and just a lovely human. His ability to tell a beautiful story through film is unparalleled. 10/10 would highly recommend using Rising Moon for your big day! Thank you so much, Mike!
We worked with Mike for our videography of our wedding on 9/28/24 and would highly recommend him for a personalized and high-quality documenting of your special day. Mike was with ...
us for the full weekend, capturing our rehearsal day and dinner as well as the wedding day. Mike is polite, professional and fun. He spent so much time making sure he captured all of the big and little moments that we wanted - even taking the time to travel with us and our wedding party on the ferry to capture additional special moments. Thank you, Mike for capturing the memories of our special weekend for us to enjoy for years to come!
My husband and I booked Mike/Rising Moon Films for our June 2022 wedding. Mike was amazing to work with! He sends out questionnaires and has conversations with you before your wedd...
ing day, making sure everyone is on the same page. On the actual wedding day, he was super easy-going/laidback and hustled to get every shot without being in the way at all. I had so many people tell me how hard he was working to get the perfect shots. He is also just a super kind person. When we actually got our wedding video(s) back, we were so so in love with them (highlight video and then ceremony & reception footage). The quality was superb and we will truly cherish the videos forever and ever. I would 100% recommend Mike/Rising Moon Films to anyone needing a wedding videographer, and am so happy we booked him for our wedding. Thank you SO much Mike!!
Best decision we made! We could not have been happier with Rising Moon Films for our wedding! Not only is Mike a wonderful person to have around on the actual wedding day, our wedd...
ing video perfectly captured all of the raw emotion, happiness, and excitement we felt. We keep watching the video over and over again and are thrilled to have our day perfectly preserved through Mike's creative and artistic vision.
From start to finish, the process with Rising Moon Films was spectacular. Mike is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond for his clients. We cannot recommend Rising Moon enough!
Speechless. We absolutely love the trailer & film from our wedding this past summer. Mike went above & beyond and not only captured our every request - footage of our ceremony, toa...
sts, & special dances - but produced the most high quality, beautifully edited wedding film we have ever seen. He worked with us and was accomodating to our original postponement from 2020, flexible with our budget, and easy to communicate and work with. We received our film last week, and we've watched it countless times. Our family & friends are so thankful that Mike captured so many special moments, on a day that seemed like such a blur, and on which many of our loved ones had to stay home for due to the pandemic. On top of all that, Mike has also made the raw footage he filmed that day available for us to purchase - something I never imagined I would be able to see! We are so fortunate to have been able to work with Mike on our special day, and highly recommend.
Where to begin! Rising Moon Films was truly a dream of a partner to work with. From day one Mike worked with my husband and me on a package that fit exactly what we wanted. We aske...
d for a short film of the entire day, but also full footage of our ceremony, vows and toasts. We knew the day would be a little bit of a blur and that we would want to be able to relive those moments again. We had always said we only wanted video footage for the two of us to re-watch, but after receiving our film we couldn’t wait to share it with everyone we knew! It was that good. Mike was easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and delivered the most unbelievable product. We hate forced photos, or staged moments, but our entire video feels candid and true to us. Mike did an incredible job capturing organic moments between my husband and I and our guests. He managed to include a perfect mix of the big and little moments – basically everything we would have wanted if we were able to do it ourselves. He even made a small addition to the final film at our request, which we are so appreciative of! Whenever we watch our video the emotion comes flooding back and you can really feel all of the love from the day. It’s more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and we feel so lucky to be able to relieve our day whenever we want. If you’re looking for a videographer to capture your wedding moments in a classic, natural and over-the-top beautiful way then Mike is 100% your guy.
Mike worked tirelessly to make sure that our day was a success and that he captured all of our special moments. Mike was extremely flexible and even stay late to make sure

ils and special moments were highlighted. He even picked up the slack when our photographer was unwilling to stay longer to make sure to capture our first dance. Mike is very kind and is not only an excellent vendor but a supportive friend on hand to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will be in the best hands if you decide to use Rising Moon Films!
If your looking for someone who makes you the stars of your own wedding in video footage, look no further. Mike has a way of capturing your day with an artistic touch!
Rising Moon was one of my favorite vendors at my wedding. Mike and Summer were both there taking video of everything but I would forget they were even around.
