ound Rita's online and without a tasting or anything we decided to go with them for our intimate, 12 person wedding. The food was beyond phenomenal, the service was impeccable, before during and after the event. They coordinated a number of rental vendors for us making our wedding planning far easier than it could've been. In a very stressful time we were able to lean on Rita's and our day would not have been as amazing without them in our corner. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you for everything and for making our wedding so perfect and stress free!

We had a member of the waitstaff that was assigned personally to us, to make sure we had everything we needed. They even sent us home with doggie bags that we enjoyed later that night! not hesitate to spend over an hour on the phone patiently answering all of our questions BEFORE we said anything about booking our wedding with her. Most of the other catering services that we called were either not responsive or were not willing to work with our limitations. Suzanne was incredibly flexible and allowed us to basically customize our hors d'oeuvres menu for the cocktail hour and worked with our budget. Suzanne truly listened to our vision and went out of her way to experimented with different recipes to perfect what we wanted. On top of that, Suzanne is super organized and thorough that she became almost like a 2nd wedding planner who oversaw all the details and ensured that everything went smoothly. Green Olive uses fresh ingredients and the food was delicious!!! It was a joy working with Suzanne and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a caterer for any event!

We had several meetings, she showed us around the kitchen they were going to use, and she handled the rentals (the cost per head covers food and ALL rentals: linens, table settings, glasses, etc). I felt in very capable hands. Even more importantly, on the day of the wedding I was told by countless people how wonderful the food was. There was a ton of it, for a reasonable amount of money, and it was all delicious. Green Olive also handled our dessert - three amazing flavors of cupcakes. My husband, our families, our guests, and I were all completely thrilled.
Green Olive Catering offers a great menu and high quality food. They worked well with the host site, were on time and easy to communicate with. Many guests complimented the food.

The only disappointment was that the cake, though delicious, was leaning slightly. It was only two tiers and not hot in the ballroom, so we were surprised at its appearance. But the taste and many guest compliments made up for it!
