I found Rita’s Floral Designs on The Knot and to be honest, I didn’t search much more after I read the reviews and saw that in addition to the praise she received from many other brides, she was listed as “affordable,” which was something I was looking for! Working with Rita was so seamless. I was surprised that she picked up her phone the first time I called her. I introduced myself and told her what I was looking for and she immediately knew all the questions to ask to help me ensure I got everything I was looking for. She emailed me a quote quickly thereafter. Additionally, she and I were able to text many times leading up to the wedding, which was helpful because there were a few times I had to remove or add things to the list. I was also able to just text her all of my inspiration pictures. The texting made it so much easier on me as a busy bride and it’s something I wish all vendors were able to do! Rita also made a special stop to the Airbnb the morning of the wedding so that my photographer had some fresh blooms to use for our details pic. Then she went to the church and then the reception hall as well. I really appreciated her doing all of that and everything ended up right where it needed to be! Thank you, Rita, for making such gorgeous arrangements for my big day. The bouquet turned out exactly like I wanted and you made it all so seamless for me!

Wow. One thing I don’t regret is hesitating when I was considering booking an online florist or DIYing, because then I wouldn’t have found Rita. I was so impressed when Rita walked in with our bouquets I almost cried! I really wanted to be able to communicate one on one with the person creating and installing florals. She truly listened to everything I wanted and was able to achieve the look I was going for based off my inspiration pictures and my wedding theme. I have used Rita’s Floral Designs for 2 major events., my wedding and my husbands 60th birthday. Rita is creative and meticulous. There is not one leaf out of place. The floral “towers” she created to act as the corners of the dance floor were beyond words.

Rita is accommodating, responsive and best of all she understood my vision perfectly and it was executed better than I ever imagined.

My biggest regret is that I didn't get to meet the amazing woman who made the gorgeous floral creations for my wedding! Hands down, Rita was the vendor that stressed me out the least. She answered all of my questions, made great recommendations for my vision, executed it, and was reliable from the beginning. All of our communication was through phone or email. On my wedding day at delivery she was the sweetest and placed all the flowers just where we requested. She responded promptly to anything my mother and I requested through the whole planning process. I am very happy to write a note about Rita's Floral Design, as all was Beautiful. Planning a wedding from a different state, there are additional worries regarding choices , but Rita was wonderful. A few conversations and photos of ideas, Rita knew exactly what the vision was. She suggested flowers and style, and the end result was a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony as well as beautiful aisle floral arrangements and floral bouquets. The reception table florals were also perfect. All done with a couple of conversations as Rita's art of floral presentation was lovely! All was done punctual as she brought my daughters bouquet up to the room, well before photos started. I must add the quality of Ritas work and how easy and personable she is to work with, as to whatever ones budget is, I would definitely recommend Rita!

I have used Rita for over 6 years for 3 weddings and 2 bridal showers. I can't say enough about the beautiful work she does. She has always been able to bring each vision to life in the most beautiful way. And she is such a pleasure to work with. Rita decorated my chuppah for our Jewish wedding and hung our tallit on the top. The exceeded all my expectations!! When I walked down the aisle and saw our chuppah I was shocked at how beautiful it was. She is fairly priced, professional, and a true talent!

Rita was very kind an easy to work with. She accommodated many changes that I had throughout the process of planning my wedding. My only issue was that I was disappointed with the color of my arrangements as they were more vibrant that what I was expecting and didn’t quite match the colors of the inspiration photos I had sent, but overall the texture and style was still perfect and they still looked good with the rest of my choices. Everyone thought they were beautiful which was nice and I was the only one who noticed the color issue. Overall, I would recommend Rita.

Rita did such a stunning job with the florals for my wedding. She created a bridal bouquet, grooms boutonnière and cake flowers that were based off just a few photos of inspiration and some notes. I wanted fresh summer jewel tones and some succulents and she nailed it! My wedding took place at Horseshoe Bend so I had to coordinate a pick up the day before the wedding. She is so easy to work with and quick to respond.

Rita did a fantastic job with our wedding florals! We wanted our flowers to have pops of blue in them and she made it happen with the bouquets, boutonnieres, & floral piece for the ceremony arch. Rita was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and set up everything promptly on wedding day. She even took the time on wedding day to switch out my bouquet wrap to a sentimental bouquet wrap that was made from my mom’s wedding dress. Rita was absolutely amazing - she was very patient, flexible, and professional. I met with Rita twice prior to my wedding, and we had to make a lot of changes. She was unphased, and worked to incorporate all of the flower types I wanted with the budget we needed. There was no pressure to increase our spend or negative comments about unrealistic expectations. We went a bit non traditional with purple flowers, and she spent a lot of time picking just the flowers that I wanted for the look I had envisioned. Additionally, I was dead set on getting anemones for my bouquet, and while she warned me they were hard to get and even harder to keep looking fresh, she got them and they looked stunning. They even lasted in my bouquet for five days after the wedding. She hand delivered all the flowers herself, and even dropped in to see me and wish me the best of luck. At the end of our reception, she came back to pick up some of her supplies and stopped in to talk to us once more. I loved that she really seemed to care about us and wanting to help make our day special. You can't go wrong hiring her! Just look at how many people have given her five star reviews :)

Rita was amazing! At our first meeting with her, she laid everything out super nicely so it was easy for my fiance and I to understand. She has so much experience and made my vision come to life! On the day of I couldn't believe how beautiful the flowers looked. I really wanted sunflowers but was worried, as February is not the season for sunflowers where I live. However, she assured me that she could get me sunflowers and that she did! They were absolutely gorgeous (I still have some around my house just because I love them so much). I will be getting my bouquet preserved so I can remember those gorgeous flowers for years to come. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING floral creations Rita put together for my daughters wedding! From the time we first met in the dining room of her home office, until the wedding day, she was a dream to work with. Her demeanor put my daughter at ease immediately and she listed to our ideas without trying to push us in any specific direction. Rita provided all of the floral arrangements for my September wedding at the Kiva Club in Phoenix and they were gorgeous! We planned our wedding from out of town, and Rita worked with us via phone, and in-person meetings to plan our arrangements. She was warm and inviting, detail-oriented, professional, knowledgable, and make us feel confident that things would be perfect the day of the wedding! She even welcomed our dog into her home :) Rita arrived early to the ceremony to set up, the floral arrangements were freshly cut, and exactly what we'd asked for. I spent about an hour going over my vision of how I wanted my flowers to look for my wedding. Rita took detailed notes during our time together and provided me picture examples of the different types of flowers she thought would make my vision come true. After that day, I didn't speak about the designs again with Rita and when Rita delivered the flowers, the bouquets were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I had so many compliments on my bouquets and her decorations on our unity candle table and gift/guest book table. I will say that I did occasionally speak with Rita between August and my wedding regarding changes I needed to make and Rita was quick to respond to my calls/text messages and the changes were easily made. She also provided me with accent flowers to use for my wedding cake. There was a little snafu on the date I delivered the flowers to the cake decorator as the decorator required more flowers than I had in my hands. I called Rita right away and she was able to accommodate the last-minute change. My cake looked amazing! She is truly a professional and a perfectionist who goes above and beyond what you could imagine your flowers to look like. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
